My funds are currently on hold by PayPal Europe for our swimming trip business. We run a seasonal operation for 12 weeks during the summer, offering boat swimming trips. It's puzzling that PayPal requires a tracking tag for customers swimming in the sea. Despite reading PayPal's official explanations, the guidelines provided do not seem tailored to small, temporary businesses like ours. Dealing with PayPal has become frustrating due to their vague policies that seem more focused on profit-making than helping their clients like us.

I recently received an email from PayPal stating that $[redacted] was added to my PayPal business account, but to receive the amount, I need to increase my account limit. I am required to ask the customer to send an additional $[redacted] and then refund the amount back to them. The email seems suspicious, and I need help determining if it is a scam. The email I received mentioned an issue with crediting my account due to the account limit not being suitable for a business user. It instructs me to contact the last payer (salarwillams) to send $[redacted] to expand my account limit. Once this is done, my account will be credited with a total of $[redacted]. The message assures that the transaction will be secure for both parties involved.

I am experiencing issues accessing my PayPal account. While I know my password, the phone number associated with the account for verification purposes is not mine. This suggests someone may have gained unauthorized access and changed the number. I am unable to log in or contact PayPal due to the need to be logged in for chat support, and the automated phone numbers I have tried are not helpful. I have evidence of my actual phone number receiving notifications from PayPal. I am simply looking to speak with a live representative to resolve this matter, but unfortunately, I am unable to log in to do so.

Hello, I need help, I can't access my account. My name is K.I. Ruslanovna. My login is [redacted], why is the system not letting me in? I opened the account in Kazakhstan. I wanted to use it while in Korea and entered the password incorrectly once, but I remember the password. An SMS was sent to the old phone number linked to the account, but as I am in Korea, I couldn't view the SMS. Please help, as I made a transfer from TikTok to PayPal and now I can't access the account to withdraw $27 to my card.

I discovered fraudulent transactions and promptly reported them. The refunded funds were sent to a closed bank account, which I have relayed to both the bank and PayPal. However, PayPal has not properly refunded me and have been unhelpful, providing false information and being unprofessional. I have been diligently following up on this issue, which stems from their error.

I have been receiving emails instructing me to wire specific amounts of cash into my PayPal account with transaction IDs and receipts from my affiliate marketing commissions. However, when I check my account, there is no record of any incoming payments. I previously called twice regarding this issue, and I have traced the emails back to people claiming to be from PayPal. I am currently facing a challenging situation. My rent payment was delayed, and I'm at risk of eviction in 48 hours. To improve my financial situation, I started offering online services and tutorials, which have been well-received by clients like Belinda Marien and Michelle Roberts. I was counting on the payments from these transactions to prevent my eviction. However, PayPal is causing obstacles by not allowing me to withdraw the funds promptly. This is causing me immense stress, and the difficulty in accessing my own earnings is frustrating. I feel like I'm being unfairly treated by PayPal, making a simple process unnecessarily complicated. Once I can transfer the funds to my bank account, I plan to close my PayPal account. I believe there are better alternatives that will not subject me to such challenges.

On Thursday, July 27th, we received an email from PayPal about a transfer of funds we didn't authorize. We promptly filed a claim, reported the fraud, and updated our passwords and security measures. Another unauthorized transaction on August 1st led us to file another claim and change our password once more. Surprisingly, we discovered a $98,[redacted] transfer on July 28th without any notification, despite never linking the account. When contacting PayPal, they dismissed our case as normal activity, ignoring the unusual payment amounts and our claim for protection. PayPal's failure to take precautions allowed two more unauthorized transactions. They exhibited negligence by not safeguarding our funds despite our initial claim on July 27th. We are requesting the return of all the funds to our account.

I have multiple PayPal cards but I am not sure which card is linked to my phone, Gmail accounts, and devices. I recently received a business card, but it seems to have expired. I believe I have money in one of my accounts, but I am unsure which one. Some of my cards expired recently, including one last night. I am having trouble understanding which card is associated with my PayPal.me account. Despite having numerous accounts, I only see seven PayPal accounts.

I am having trouble accessing an old account linked to my email alias because it's tied to a phone number I no longer have access to for two-factor authentication. When I tried to change my password, there was no option to update my phone number. It immediately prompts for the old phone number after logging in with the new password. I'm concerned someone may have gained access to my old number. It's frustrating that there isn't a direct solution provided for this widely faced issue. I would appreciate any assistance. I am facing issues with unique IDs in my Konto dial-in connections. Everything seems to be routing to the wrong accounts, IPs, and so on, particularly during electricity blackouts. This problem was first noticed in December-November [redacted]. It involves Office [redacted] and Norton, where there appears to be only one line and indirect WAN/LAN gates into devices. Recently, a wallet was found on one of my devices, which does not belong to me but to my neighbor, and there seems to be a link to a Microsoft Account associated with phone number [redacted]8. I need to delete all accounts under my name and under the name of my husband, Clemens Wickermann, due to concerns about unauthorized access and synchronization issues that have caused misunderstandings between us.

I bought an item that turned out to be a counterfeit from a vendor called Stracraft Network Limited. They originally offered a partial refund when I contacted them, which I found unsatisfactory. After involving PayPal, the vendor now promises a full refund if I return the item to China, but the cost of secure shipping there is too high compared to the item's value. I am adamant about receiving a complete reimbursement and am willing to return the item within Germany. The purchased item is a self-cooling dog blanket that does not function as described, bought for 30.32 Euros on July 23.
