I contacted customer service recently because I had trouble accessing my account after getting a new phone number. They helped me log in and mentioned a second account that I wasn't aware of. They were supposed to call me to discuss disputed purchases, but I haven't heard from them yet. I'm not sure if the holiday impacted the call, so I'm contacting them again for assistance.

I recently applied for a PayPal credit card and was approved. There was a promotion for $40 off the first order of $75 or more. After speaking with Synchrony Bank, they mentioned that it's a PayPal promotion, so I am reaching out to you. I made the purchase immediately upon approval, as it was stated that the $40 discount would be applied right away if the order was placed at that time. However, I have yet to see the credit applied to my account.

I recently made a $[redacted] payment using the PayPal app. The app notified me that the payment went through successfully, but it indicated that the recipient would only receive the funds by March [redacted]. This delay is not acceptable as I anticipated an immediate transfer of the money. The PayPal transaction shows as successful, whereas my Discover app shows it as pending. A Discover representative mentioned that you might be able to facilitate a force post on the transaction. In the past, my PayPal transactions to other individuals have always been processed instantly. Why is this particular transaction experiencing a delay, and is there a way to expedite it?

I rely on PayPal for my family and receiving payment from my part-time job. Recently, I received a notification that my account was flagged for suspicious activity and required me to submit requested documents to lift the limitation. Despite explaining that the transactions were legitimate, my account was permanently limited within minutes of submitting the documents. The banner on my PayPal now states I cannot open another account and my funds will be held for [redacted] days. This situation is frustrating and unfair.

I am requesting to speak with a supervisor regarding a dispute that has been ongoing for a month. I am certain that I do not owe anything. During my last call two weeks ago, I was assured by the representative that the amount in question would be reversed. I have been attempting to contact your customer service for an hour now, but the phone system keeps disconnecting me. I have already devoted at least 6 hours to resolving this matter over the phone. The situation is unacceptable.

I recently updated my account with my new phone number. However, since my phone broke, and I can no longer access the number originally linked to my PayPal, I am unable to reset my password. The verification process requires my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. I need assistance with resolving this issue promptly as I need to access the funds in my account.

Dear PayPal team, I encountered some issues logging into my account lately. I learned that PayPal has been blocked in Iraq, requiring the use of a VPN to access it. I managed to log in using the VPN, but then I changed my phone number and removed the old one from my account. When I tried to log in again, I was prompted with security questions I had set but forgot the answers to. Unfortunately, I didn't note them down, leading to my account getting locked. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as I need access to my account for transactions on platforms like Redbubble. I have a small balance of $34 from Redbubble in my account. I made a purchase on Walmart.ca for $[redacted].72 and paid with Paypal. I later got an email from Paypal about a new $10.61 charge from Walmart without any explanation. Walmart did not inform me at all. I contacted Walmart, but the explanation I got was confusing. Now, I am reaching out to Paypal hoping for a better outcome. I am requesting a refund for the second charge of $10.61. Thank you.

Sometimes, I transfer money from my personal PayPal to a business account connected to my mortgage payments. Despite not using the business account for business purposes for more than a year, PayPal now requires a tax ID due to their assumption that I've been receiving payments. As a result, the recent transfer I made to myself is on hold. I would like to request the funds be returned to my personal account since they will not be released.

I recently received an email from PayPal stating that a $[redacted] payment for [redacted] Deluxe security was authorized from my account, which I did not approve. When I called PayPal, they guided me through a process using AnyDesk to protect my account. I was asked to buy gift cards from Target, Amazon, Sephora, and Nordstrom Rack, as well as open a PayPal Credit account. The gift cards were sent to both myself and tuskyjacky@ gmail. com. They provided a confirmation number Pp9718fmj. I am unsure if I should close my American Express card, which I use for PayPal, as it did not work when I tried to pay a fee using it. In addition, I had trouble paying the JustAnswer fee with PayPal as the amount was fixed at $42. Any advice would be appreciated.

Dear Sir or Madam, I paid for an item through PayPal that was never delivered. PayPal's initial response indicated that buyer protection is not available in this case. Before escalating the matter, I am attempting to resolve this amicably here. Summary of my situation: I purchased an item via the Facebook Marketplace and agreed to pay through PayPal because I believed it to be secure. I was provided with an email address linked to the PayPal account for sending the payment. Surprisingly, after transferring the funds to the provided address, a different recipient with a different email address appeared in my PayPal activities. How PayPal handles this internally is unclear to me. The seller is no longer responding, seemingly deleted their Facebook account following my inquiries, and the item never arrived. My PayPal account has been closed, and I still have over $3,[redacted] in it. PayPal said it's on hold for [redacted] days. I would like to request that the money be sent to me by mail. I have spent 7 hours on the phone with Paypal trying to resolve the issue with my card and bank transfers. Despite no issues with my bank, Paypal has not been able to assist me. I informed a supervisor named Tim that unless the problem is fixed, I will involve my U.S. bank in the matter. If Paypal cannot address this, I will have to discontinue using their service.

Each time I try to use my credit card, Paypal blocks it. Recently, our credit card was replaced by the bank, and we do not have a Paypal credit card. Despite having enough funds in the account, every new attempt to use the replacement card is blocked. This issue is concerning as it affects our non-profit business operations. Right now, I'm in the middle of a $[redacted].65 transaction with Black Network Associates, and Paypal's interference is causing significant delays. I seek advice on how to permanently resolve this ongoing interruption.

I am a PayPal UAE user experiencing issues receiving OTP for the past few days. After contacting PayPal, they advised it's related to my network operator, Du Telecom. Despite troubleshooting with Du Telecom, I am still unable to receive OTP from PayPal. I kindly request the removal of 2-factor authentication so I can access my account with just my password. I was speaking with James and our chat was disconnected. I want to clarify that I do not have a Paypal account. I have been receiving phone calls from a debt collector regarding a matter with Paypal, but as I do not have an account, I am confused as to how my information was obtained. I also received a statement recently, which upset me. I am a recipient of Social Security benefits and would like a refund to my debit card for the amount charged, either in full or half. I am not willing to pay for something I have never had.

I have been unable to transfer money from my account all day. I called earlier and waited on hold for 2 hours. I was informed of a technical difficulty by a PayPal representative and was told that someone would call me back, which did not happen. A message on my account mentioned that the issue was due to exceeding my limit. However, I was only attempting a quick transfer from PayPal to my bank, which I believe should not count towards the daily limit as it was a simple transfer. The representative mentioned that the limit resets at midnight, but I am still unable to proceed. Furthermore, I am being asked for verification, which the previous representative assured me would be bypassed. I am looking forward to resolving these issues.
