Despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful in regaining access. I'm frustrated with my Pandora experience. After using it on Alexa for years, it suddenly stopped working unless I upgrade to premium, which I do not want. Every time I try to contact support online, the connection drops. I find navigating your website difficult. Please revert my service to its previous state, where I can use Alexa to play my stations, or I may consider canceling my account. Keep in mind there are other music streaming services out there.

Every time I try to log into the app, it immediately closes. After deleting and re-downloading it, the app works briefly before indicating someone else is attempting to access my account, even though no one else has access. I changed my password, which temporarily resolved the issue until last night when the glitches reappeared. Repeating the process of deleting and re-downloading the app fixes the issue temporarily. I am seeking a solution to this recurring problem and wondering if there is a way to manage the devices that are accessing my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I find it incredibly frustrating that there is no customer support phone line available to help with technical issues. Recently, when trying to use Pandora on my devices, I keep receiving the following error message: "Error: The device does not support the current audio codec." This problem arose suddenly, as the application was working perfectly until now. I have encountered this issue repeatedly for the past three days on both my iPad and LG smart TV, devices that were functioning fine previously. It is disheartening that there is no longer a phone number provided for technical support. I am considering canceling my membership due to this ongoing inconvenience.

I want to clarify that I am not racist. In my family, we have individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds. Recently, I came across a Black Lives Matter advertisement regarding the NAACP on the radio. I am concerned about allowing what I perceive as a racist group to advertise, especially considering the negative views they have towards other ethnicities and law enforcement. As a proud wife of a Law Enforcement Officer, my anxiety about his safety has increased since these events unfolded. Every time he leaves after our daily prayer for protection, my fears are heightened. B.

While I am not a paying subscriber, I have always enjoyed the music your service provides. Recently, I was disrupted by a BLM commercial playing amidst my music. I was deeply disturbed by this as I believe the group aims to sow destruction and chaos rather than seeking social justice. I wonder if your company is fearful of this domestic terrorist group, giving them a platform on your site. The true issue here is not social justice but the dismantling of America. The name "Pandora" should perhaps be reevaluated for its implications. As a proud American who values God, respects the National Anthem, and proudly displays the flag, I have taken the step to remove the Pandora apps from my devices and erase it from my computers. I recently discovered that I've been charged $99 a month for Pandora services, even though I only ever used the free version with commercials. This charge was made to my Mastercard without my knowledge. As someone on disability, this unexpected expense is concerning as it was charged to my essential Social Security funds. I never received any billing statements about this from my Mastercard, so it was a surprise to find out about these charges recently. I need a refund for the months I was unknowingly charged for this service. It seems these charges have been going on for quite some time, possibly even a year or more, as I noticed the charges going back several months on my Mastercard statements.

My name is Russ Noll and I had a Pandora account for six years. I used [redacted] as my email and marcia as my password. When I tried to play my stations, I encountered issues. I mistakenly used a seven-digit password in the settings. I attempted to create a new account but faced the same problem. I realized activation required a mobile device, which I don't have due to physical limitations. Using my new TV's remote is challenging. On my previous TV, logging in was simpler. I keep receiving a message saying, "Someone else is listening," even though the account is solely under my name with no sharing privileges. I click on "Let me listen," but the music stops after just one song, and the message reappears. I'm unsure how to prevent the radio from switching back and forth like this. Can anyone assist me? I recently got a new computer, and the specialist transferred all my previous files, links, and applications.

I have a Pandora subscription with a military discount at $7.99 per month for no ads, unlimited skips, playlists, and albums. Recently, my account suddenly switched to a free version with ads, limited skips, and missing playlists and albums. I have contacted Pandora multiple times through emails and calls, but the issue persists. I expect Pandora to resolve this and return my account to the paid subscription I am already paying for. I will not pay extra for a problem that Pandora needs to fix on their end. Please address this matter promptly and restore my account to its original state.

I'd like to offer my viewpoint on patient care at Maine Medical Center. With 36 years of experience at MMC, I take pride in our patient care. The hospital has supported its staff greatly during the pandemic, providing resources like negative pressure rooms, more ICU beds, top-notch PPE, and additional staff to ensure the best for both us and our patients. At MMC, we deliver exceptional nursing care while having a say in decisions affecting us and those we care for. In [redacted], amidst the pandemic, Maine Medical Center and four other MaineHealth Hospitals achieved an 'A' grade in Leapfrog Hospital Safety ratings, the highest grade possible. This recognition is based on various safety measures and speaks to our commitment to patient safety. I value our shared governance approach, where our input matters, and we are empowered to provide outstanding patient care. Many of us share this sentiment, as shown by a recent straw poll with over [redacted] signatures in five days from nurses opposed to unionizing. Hello, I am Nicole B. I contacted your company a month ago regarding a refund that I was supposed to receive by now. Unfortunately, I have noticed that my account has been charged again. I purchased iPods with a Pandora promotion for my 7-year-old daughters for Christmas, which we never used or activated. Despite this, we have been charged throughout the year without utilizing the service. My young daughters are unable to manage such technology, and I have never engaged with your service personally. I respectfully request a full refund and to cease any further charges. As a disabled mother coping with the loss of three children in a fire and dealing with PTSD, resolving this situation is causing me significant distress. I am experiencing issues with my Pandora station. My main station displays the correct name but plays songs from unknown artists. When I switch to other stations, they are correct. Yesterday, while using Pandora, the music suddenly stopped, and my computer went black. I tried rebooting with no success. Today, a friend helped me clean and defrag the computer. Pandora seemed fine, but now when I open it, unfamiliar songs play. I suspect my station may have been hacked as there is no sign-in tab available. Normally, signing in resolves these issues, but this time it hasn't. It seems like a different genre altogether. I need help signing in and recovering my original station. Thank you. - Larry A.

I have encountered a significant issue with my Pandora music account, which holds hundreds of hours of curated music. Initially, the app was unresponsive, prompting me to delete and reinstall it. Unfortunately, this action resulted in the loss of all my saved music. As a devoted music lover, this loss has deeply affected me. I have a Premium Family Pandora subscription using my email at [redacted] I expected my family to be able to listen while I am too, but this is not the case. Instead, it shows that someone else is listening and gives the option to let them listen. This issue has been ongoing for years, and I only recently discovered this website. Can this be fixed, or will I have to continue seeing "Someone else is listening"?
