My credit card account was hacked, so I've already canceled my card. I will receive a new card soon. Could I use a Visa gift card to pay for my Pandora subscription until the new card arrives? P.S. Due to my divorce, I'm now using my maiden name, Matthews. P.S.S. Our school system transitioned emails; my new email is [redacted], replacing [redacted]

I forgot my password for the new iPhone 11. My previous phone got disabled suddenly on 9/24 at 10 pm due to an iTunes message. Despite paying $85 to a tech who couldn't fix it after 3 hours, we ended up buying two new iPhone 11s for $[redacted]. My apps couldn't be transferred due to the phone being locked by a Best Buy geek for a trade-in. I need help recovering my account password and accessing my emails to reset passwords for services like Pandora. I also have an inactive Sony headset. Looking forward to enjoying music again. I encountered an issue with my disabled cell phone due to forgetting the password. As a result, I ended up purchasing an iPhone 11 since I couldn't access any information from the disabled device. While I own an Apple iPad, only a few apps were transferred over, leading to difficulties as each app required sign-ins. Unfortunately, my locked phone had to be wiped clean to trade it in for $[redacted], as our attempt to disable it for $85 the day before had failed, causing frustration. I am currently working on restoring more apps to ensure functionality. The fear of entering the wrong password and potentially disabling my phone is daunting.

I think I might have created multiple Pandora accounts over time. I would like to close all my accounts except for the one I am currently paying $4.99 for Pandora Plus. I am facing difficulties with logging in on my phone and Tivo Bolt Vox, as they restrict the number of skips I can do. I suspect I have accounts under Webian@[redacted] and possibly webian1954@[redacted]. I would like to retain my Pandora Plus subscription, but I am unsure which email address is associated with it. I am experiencing issues with Pandora on my older Vizio Smart TV. Previously, it worked fine, but ever since the terms update, it consistently errors out when trying to open Quick Mix. It will open to My Stations without a problem. However, if Quick Mix is left as the last option and I am signed in, it will consistently error out without providing an explanation once Quick Mix is chosen. I wanted to share this because I believe I am not the only one encountering this problem.

I don't have an account with you. Charges are appearing on my Walmart account ending in -[redacted] for 07/11, 08/13, and 09/11. My credit card company advised me to contact you to identify the person responsible, confirm that the issue is fixed, and notify them when resolved. I recently began a one-month free trial with Pandora Premium. Upon signing up, the offer included the first month free, followed by the next few months at half price. However, I have been charged the full price of $9.99 after the initial free month. This charge was not supposed to occur until after the discounted months. I would appreciate clarification on this matter as the situation appears to be a bait-and-switch tactic.

I recently started a free trial of Pandora with my new email, [redacted] My previous email, [redacted], is no longer active, but I had a Pandora Premium subscription linked to it. I want the old email subscription canceled to avoid being charged for both accounts. I love listening to Pandora without interruptions from ads and would like to continue doing so. I am unable to access my Pandora account, as my phone is broken, and I no longer have access to the email linked to it ([redacted]). I can't make any changes to my account or reset my password. I still use Pandora on my smart TV and Xbox One but can't manage my subscription. I want to cancel my subscription linked to the email [redacted] Please reach out to me via the email provided below.

I recently subscribed to the $4.99 monthly service just now. The charge went through on the app, but I am still hearing ads every 3rd or 4th song. I am wondering if it takes up to 24 hours for the changes to reflect. I am hoping for an ad-free experience with your service. Thank you.

Yesterday, the shuffle feature vanished on my Pandora account after my screen went blank. I had to reset my password, and now the shuffle option is no longer available. I have contacted customer support four or five times, and the only response I received was a generic "thanks for the suggestion." I have been a loyal Pandora Plus subscriber for years. Both of my TVs are Vizio brand. I expected better communication from your team given my long-standing history with your service. The case number associated with this issue is [redacted]. This is my third attempt to communicate this issue. I am frustrated that there is no phone support available. I am encountering difficulties accessing my Pandora Premium on my new phone. When I attempt to recover my account, it prompts me to sign up for a free trial of Premium. I am concerned about being charged twice. If this problem is not resolved promptly, I will cancel my subscription tomorrow. Please address this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.

I am unsure how to use Pandora and am seeking guidance. I attempted to set up Pandora for my birds' room by using a 19" Tv and a Roku. I also connected Pandora to my laptop and car. However, during a car trip, I encountered issues. Despite paying for a subscription, I couldn't play Pandora in the car without connecting via the app on my phone. Soon after, I received a notification indicating someone else was using my Pandora account, likely the Roku in the birds' room. This led to playback issues on both my phone and car, making my drive stressful and causing a traffic violation. I require assistance with understanding Pandora: finding operating instructions, determining if I can stream on two devices simultaneously, addressing the appearance of an offline account, clarifying subscription types, establishing if a phone is necessary for car playback, and locating volume controls. I appreciate any support provided.

I recently received a headphone set that came with a complimentary Pandora trial. When I tried to activate it, I couldn't find the app on my phone, so I assumed the registration didn't go through. Later, my wife asked about a charge on our Discover statement for Pandora, and I explained that since I couldn't access the app, we shouldn't have been billed. It seems we've been paying for a service I haven't used. I've been attempting to cancel the trial before it converts to a monthly subscription by calling and going online, but I've had no luck so far. I need help to prevent further charges. Thank you.

I have a big inconvenience. I use an iPhone 7+ and 5c. When I download an entire album, all the songs in the album show up individually in my list of songs. This frustrates me and deters me from downloading whole albums. I like the albums, but I may not want every song listed as collected. Unlike when I + a song from a station, I end up creating a new playlist and moving each album song one by one. This process is cumbersome. Is there a way to avoid this issue?

My Pandora radio has not been working for about two weeks now. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled the app. However, when asked for my password, I couldn't recall it. I clicked on the "Forgotten Password" link and confirmed my email address, but I haven't received any emails from Pandora. I have checked my junk and trash folders but still no luck. I have attempted the password recovery process multiple times from various locations, but I have not received any emails with the necessary information. I had a Pandora account that got canceled due to a credit card update. Recently, I switched to a student account as I am currently a student. I wanted to continue with my previous ad-free subscription, so I updated my credit card information and resumed services. I was contacted by the American Express Fraud department about a $58 charge. I usually have monthly drafts, so I'm unsure why this charge appeared. Can you please clarify this for me?

I'm not very tech-savvy, but I've been using Pandora for a while and enjoy the stations. Recently, while trying to create a new station, I accidentally activated Pandora Premium without meaning to. I did not intend to sign up for this service and I'm concerned about being charged for it. I just want to go back to using the free version. Please assist me in ensuring I won't incur any charges. I recently upgraded from Pandora Plus to Pandora Premium for $12.99, but then I noticed it's actually $9.99. Can you clarify this for me? After the upgrade, I found out that I can't skip tracks anymore. As a dance instructor, being able to skip songs instantly is crucial for me. I think I want to switch back to Pandora Plus. I'd appreciate some guidance on that. My desired outcome is to have unlimited skips, no ads, and possibly receive a refund if owed. Thank you. -Julianne R.

I accidentally tapped a button on the screen while reaching for my phone, and now I'm being prompted to accept something I'm unfamiliar with. I simply want to avoid any charges being applied. Unfortunately, I can't specify the exact button I inadvertently pressed since I was grabbing my phone, not intentionally subscribing to anything or claiming a free offer. I have no interest in freebies, trials, ad-free music services, or any charges on my account. How can I determine which button I mistakenly activated? Just to reiterate, I am not interested in trial offers, signing up for ad-free music services, or any similar subscriptions.
