I signed up for a one-month subscription, not for automatic renewal, but you went ahead and charged my iTunes account without permission. I am not a member, and I do not wish to be one. I have been receiving what I believe is spam mail regarding a membership that I do not have. The email is from contact [redacted], which seems fictitious. It mentions charging my account $[redacted].65 with an invoice number of [redacted]5 from desirert.com.
I want to clarify that I have never been a member of this company, visited their website, or have any intention of doing so in the future. If this is your company, please cease sending messages about deducting money from my account. If this is not your company, I request that you take action against those harassing me.

I now request the removal of the username and password from my account and ultimately wish to close the account. I paid for services until Aug 23 and would like a refund. I expect a prompt response within the hour, now it is 5:30. If necessary, I will seek legal assistance to resolve this matter. Despite assurances from a representative earlier, the problem persists. I received another email following my conversation with your representative this afternoon regarding this issue. Due to someone attempting to make unauthorized transactions on my debit card, I had to change the number, leading to difficulty in accessing my account. None of these problems are my fault. Your organization has attempted to bill me twice. Please resolve this situation as soon as possible.

A few weeks ago, I connected with someone on Ourtime named Dominic Hoffman. We exchanged emails and grew to trust each other. We planned for me to visit him in my hometown, but the day before my trip, he unexpectedly had to go to Dubai for a business deal. He asked me to cancel my flight and urgently requested £2,[redacted], claiming he didn't have the funds in Dubai. I hesitantly considered his request but sensed it might be a scam. My experience with OurTime has been a nightmare that continues even after canceling my subscription. I paid for a 6-month subscription in November last year. Soon after, my email was hacked, and I started receiving messages meant for someone named Rachel. Despite resetting my account and changing my password numerous times, I continued to receive messages intended for Rachel, who I never spoke to. Feeling unsafe on the site, I canceled my subscription to prevent auto-renewal. Today, my credit card company notified me that OurTime tried to charge my account despite my cancellation. This invasion of privacy has left me frustrated, and I have tried multiple times to contact customer service with no success. If I don't hear back, I will have to escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau.

I recently received emails from OuTtime on June 20th and 23rd, [redacted], indicating that someone had logged into my account from locations near Asia and South America. However, I cancelled my account in March [redacted] and have not accessed it since. It was alarming to receive these notifications considering my account is no longer active, and I am puzzled as to who accessed it. I remain in Canada and have not traveled outside the country.
On July 1st, [redacted], I received another email stating that a subscription had been purchased using my account, even though I had cancelled it along with the associated credit card. I did not initiate this re-subscription, and I am perplexed by these events, especially since the credit card is no longer valid.
I kindly request an investigation into this matter and would appreciate your prompt response, as I wish to discontinue any association with Our Time and avoid making payments for a service I did not authorize.
