I recently purchased a six-month subscription to OurTime.com, but encountered numerous issues with the service. I contacted customer care and requested a refund based on the time I actually used the service. After some back and forth, they offered a partial refund of $21.99, which is significantly less than what I believe is fair. I am requesting an additional refund of $46.77 to accurately reflect the time I utilized the service. Customer service hung up on me while waiting for a supervisor, so I am now requesting a prompt response and resolution within 24 hours. Hello. I recently registered for the first time and paid for a 6-month subscription. However, I am not satisfied with the website. Users can easily click buttons like "I like your profile," "Tell me more," or "Let's chat." The filters based on distance are not accurate because I live close to Tampa Airport, making me visible to users from far away locations. I had been with your company for about a year, but last year, I became ill and was not very involved with the company. Around May 25th, I received an email from you, but I couldn't open it. When I tried to resolve the issue on the website, it asked for a password that I couldn't remember. Upon requesting a password reset, I was supposed to receive an email, which I never got. When I tried to contact the phone number provided, it was out of service. Upon reviewing my bank statements, I noticed that monthly fees were deducted from my account from May to August, totaling around [redacted] pounds. I have since blocked any further deductions from my account and am now left with no way to reach your company. I canceled my subscription back in November, but it seems like my request was ignored. I'm still receiving notifications and being charged for a service I no longer use. I had to visit the bank to stop the payments. I've now contacted the bank's dispute team to request a refund. When I initially signed up on the site, they required a six-month subscription commitment. However, trying to cancel is completely disregarded. This has been a frustrating experience for me. I wish more people were aware of this issue as the site is reputable for connecting individuals but lacks proper support when it comes to subscriptions and payments. I canceled my subscription on January 25th, [redacted], due to personal reasons and financial constraints after the initial 3-month contract. Despite this, payments have continued to be deducted, causing stress and sleepless nights. I have visited the bank seeking resolution.
The difficulty in canceling and the distance of suggested profiles have been frustrating. Once this issue is resolved, I intend to cease using dating sites altogether due to the distress caused. Direct communication with a company representative would be beneficial. I have attempted to cancel multiple times. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

I signed up for ourtime.com on April 2, and everything was fine until April 4. Since then, when trying to access potential matches, all profiles appear as "unavailable." Now, when attempting to log in, I'm prompted to verify my identity, but clicking on it doesn't work.
Yesterday, I managed to log in briefly, but accessing "my account" was not possible as it was "temporarily unavailable." Following a friend's advice, I tried changing my password. During the process, I was asked to provide credit card details, which I did. However, I received an error message stating the card didn't match. I verified that it was indeed my only card and checked the number multiple times.
I am being billed for a service I can't use, and I can't access my account to cancel it.

I keep receiving an error message when trying to log in, saying my phone number is registered to another user, which is not true. I have had the same number for 8-10 years. I have found a temporary solution by double-tapping on my picture, but I am frustrated by this recurring issue that wastes my time. I cancelled my OurTime subscription a few weeks ago, and now I received an email saying they want to autocharge me $[redacted]. I did not request this and will not pay for it. This has happened before, and I believe OurTime is a scam.

Hello, I inadvertently created a profile on OurTime on March 8, [redacted] while exploring the site casually and did not complete any sign-up or make any payments. Subsequently, I created a new account with a different email address, unique alias, and attempted to pay, but encountered an issue with the payment process.
Currently, I am unable to access either account due to a prompt requesting verification via my phone number. Upon entering my phone number, the site indicates it is associated with another account, rendering me locked out of both. I wish to delete the initial account to utilize the second one, which contains my photos and completed questionnaire.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with Ourtime for the past two weeks. Despite reporting this problem multiple times, I am still unable to access any profiles on the site. Not being able to use the service for nearly two weeks is unacceptable, and if this matter remains unresolved, I would like a refund. Additionally, I am not receiving any messages, exacerbating the problem. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. I will attempt to contact support again on Monday. This recurring problem has greatly diminished my opinion of what I once thought was a superior platform. The lack of resolution, unresponsiveness, and feeling of dissatisfaction during calls have led me to reconsider renewing my subscription. It is frustrating that this problem persists without a clear resolution in sight.
