I have a flight booked from Entebbe to Kansas City departing on October 1st.
Considering the current political situation in Uganda, I am concerned for my safety traveling to Entebbe. I have discovered that Flight [redacted] originates in Kigali, so I would prefer to depart from there instead.
Additionally, on my return journey, I have a layover in Kigali and would like to change that to a stopover.

Given the unrest and potential for protests, I kindly request a waiver of the change fee to modify my ticket so that Kigali becomes both the starting and final destination instead of Entebbe.

I had booked a car at Dublin Airport for August 11th to August 18th. However, at the Dooley car office, the operator, representing Fox Rent a Car, was unable to process my Mastercard. He mentioned that other car rental suppliers in Ireland also have issues with Mastercard payments. I am requesting a refund of $88.00 for the Collision Damage Plan and compensation for the inconveniences I faced, including hotel costs, taxi fare to Dublin, and the overall hassle. I plan to share my experience online to raise awareness about the issue I encountered. I was left stranded without transportation to get my family, including young children, to our destination. I need assistance canceling two flights booked through Orbitz. Attempts to cancel online failed, prompting me to call, but the international charges from Australia pose an issue. Sadly, due to my wife's recent wheelchair confinement from a broken heel, our trip to Yellowstone needs to be canceled, along with the flights from Vancouver to Jackson Hole and Salt Lake City to Denver. Both bookings are insured by Travel Guard, so I believe I can seek reimbursement through a claim. I kindly request guidance from Orbitz on canceling these flights.

I recently rented a car through Orbitz, but unfortunately, the rental company did not provide the car I had requested, resulting in additional charges. The first vehicle I received needed service, so I exchanged it for another car that had an emergency light on. I typically book my accommodations through Orbitz and was disappointed with the subpar service from the rental company, especially after reading negative reviews about A1 Rental Cars in Hawaii. Their customer service was below satisfactory standards. Upon calling to confirm my return time, they incorrectly noted 11 am instead of the booked time of 12 pm, which was confirmed by Orbitz. The person on the phone was disrespectful, laughing at my concern for clarifying the correct return time. With 15 years of experience in customer service, I have never encountered such unprofessionalism. It is frustrating that Orbitz partnered with a company that does not prioritize customer service and quality rentals.

I booked a multi-city ticket that included a flight with Air Canada. Despite following Air Canada's instructions to obtain a transit visa, I was prevented from boarding as I had a previous expired Canadian residency. I contacted Orbitz for assistance in changing my flight but was informed it was not possible. Due to time constraints, I had to book a new flight with a different airline to ensure I reached my destination on time. The information provided by Air Canada on their website did not mention this issue, causing me inconvenience and additional expenses. Orbitz customer service acknowledged the incomplete information provided by Air Canada but was unable to offer a solution. I am disappointed in the lack of assistance from both Orbitz and Air Canada and would like a refund for my ticket. On July 29, I bought an airline ticket from Krakow, Poland, to Richmond, VA, USA, with a departure date of August 31 and a return on September 18 through ORBITZ. The itinerary number is [redacted][redacted], with ticket number [redacted][redacted] and confirmation numbers MTAJ8D (KLM) and HTWV9H (Delta). When I arrived at the airport in Richmond two hours before my flight, the Delta agent informed me that my ticket was never issued and not in their system despite showing proof with the ticket number and seat reservations. After a lengthy discussion and a call to Delta, I was told I had to purchase a new return ticket for an additional $1,[redacted].35 to travel to Krakow. I had no other choice but to authorize the additional payment to Delta, ending up paying for the return flight twice.

Our son boarded United Flight [redacted] from Indianapolis to Washington (IAD) on Sunday, September 30, at 7:45 a.m. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled, leading to an unexpected journey back to Indianapolis, which is 70 miles away. I recently booked a flight on Orbitz.com for a round trip at the price of $[redacted].91, which was advertised to include taxes and fees. However, at the checkout stage, the price increased by $54.95, attributed to taxes and fees. I have evidence in the form of a screenshot showing the advertised price which supposedly included these extra charges. On September 20th, [redacted], I received an email regarding a refund with receipt # [redacted][redacted] for USD [redacted].00. The refund was processed on September 21, [redacted], to Visa ending in [redacted] belonging to Lissett Nunez. However, after a month, I have not received the refund in Venezuela. I had an awful experience at Europcar in London. I booked a car through Orbitz, received a confirmation and a text to pick up the car at the Europcar Desk. When I got there, they claimed they had no reservation for me even though I showed them my confirmation. The staff was unhelpful, uncooperative, and not willing to honor my booking as it would have required an upgrade. The branch closed early, and I had to rebook for the next day with another company. I expect compensation for the taxi cost and the inconvenience caused. I advise avoiding this particular Europcar branch.

I had booked a flight for November 1, [redacted], to Beijing with a stop in Shanghai, but had to cancel due to visa requirements which were not communicated to me in advance. My Orbitz.com Itinerary Number is [redacted].
I feel disappointed by the lack of information provided by your service, leading to extra expenses and stress. I had to book a new flight for November 2. Currently, I am at the Chinese consulate trying to obtain a visa, hoping to leave for Beijing on November 2 and worried about my connecting flight to Vietnam on November 5 from Guangzhou.
It would have been helpful if I was informed about the visa requirement beforehand, saving me the trouble I am currently facing. I am requesting some form of compensation considering the inconvenience and costs incurred.

Hello, I spoke with a customer service supervisor today, and she confirmed that I would receive a refund. She mentioned sending me a voucher number for the refund as Orbitz made an error in my name over the phone. The booking was for "Pete Witner" from Tegucigalpa, Honduras to San Jose, Costa Rica for a flight departing around 1:10 p.m. on 10/29/[redacted]. However, the confirmation showed "petwit." She was meant to send the information to [redacted], not [redacted] Additionally, I made a hotel reservation for the Costa Rica Guest House on the same date, but upon arrival in San Jose, no reservation was found. I contacted Orbitz customer service to change my trip to Korea to another booked trip to Palm Springs. The process took nearly three hours to finalize flight, schedule, and hotel reservations. I had to provide the necessary information for reservations about seven times due to communication challenges and misunderstandings. Although I am disabled and struggle with severe anxiety and other health issues, I am not wheelchair-bound.
The service representatives repeatedly claimed that my Korea trip only included flight reservations, despite my request and documented confirmation of hotel reservations in my itinerary. I have email documentation to prove that the hotel was reserved when I booked the trip. Imagine the stress of being abroad without a confirmed hotel reservation. The situation could have triggered anxiety and exacerbated my health issues.

I flew to FLL on Friday, November 9th, and experienced a flight delay due to weather, which was understandable. I contacted Orbitz that morning to reserve a rental car, clearly specifying my preference for an affordable rental car at the airport. Despite affirming my request twice, the Orbitz representative booked me with Easirent. Upon arrival, I was directed to another location to catch a shuttle to Eazirent, where I faced delays and car issues. After a prolonged wait and multiple attempts to reach Eazirent, I arranged my own transportation to their office. Dealing with damaged cars and unsatisfactory service, I finally obtained a suitable vehicle after a significant delay. The time-consuming ordeal caused me to miss a crucial event on the trip. I intended to escalate the matter to the company's CEO. This entire situation could have been avoided if the rental pickup had been at the airport as promised. I urgently need assistance with our booked accommodations at the Miami Guild Hotel. We were informed today via email that they cannot provide the room we reserved which was supposed to be near the cruise ship terminal and include a kitchen for three nights starting tomorrow.
Instead, they are offering a standard room without a kitchen at the East Hotel, mentioning that they won't cover the additional cost for the kitchen unit. I believe we should not have to bear this extra expense for what was promised.
