Good afternoon, I have a package being shipped to San Francisco from American Eagle via OnTrac. My tracking number is C[redacted][redacted]. Upon tracking my order, I see that I purchased my jeans on December 1st. However, since December 9th, the message "Held in stock. Please contact us. San Francisco, CA" has been displayed. I have made several attempts to contact them but have not received a response. I am scheduled to fly out on December 16th and will return in January. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently placed an order with Fashion Nova, but I need to update my shipping address as I have moved since then. I have been trying to resolve the issue with the undelivered package #D[redacted][redacted] since Tuesday morning on 9/7/21. I have spoken to three different representatives and provided the same details each time. Despite receiving an email from Children's Place on Monday stating that my package was delivered, I found nothing by my door, in the hallway, or by the stairs. My Ring doorbell did not capture any delivery either.
Each representative mentioned they would reach out to the driver, who reportedly does not electronically scan deliveries but hand delivers them. The driver will supposedly investigate where they left the package. I suggested to a representative this morning that as I live in a gated Retirement community, it might be useful to first verify if the driver entered Rossmoor in Walnut Creek. I just want to know what happened to my package.
I would appreciate a prompt response.

I recently ordered a set of replacement parts crucial for my wood planing machine (Order #D[redacted][redacted]) on 11/9 with expedited shipping. Despite the promised 2-day delivery, the package has been significantly delayed with OnTrac. It should have arrived by 11/12 as it was in Phoenix on 11/12. Today is 11/18, three days past the promised delivery date.
I contacted customer service, and they assured me they would investigate the delays and provide an update via email, which I have yet to receive. Due to their weekend closure, I cannot pick up the package in person and have incurred losses due to delays totaling over $10,[redacted]. The company refunded the costs but cannot compensate for the lost work contracts.
I urgently need OnTrac to deliver the parts by tomorrow, 11/19, at the latest to avoid further income loss.

I am disappointed with the delivery of my packages. They were left in front of my garage and someone took them. If they had been left at the front of the house, they might not have been stolen. I was at work when they were delivered and when I came home, they were gone. Unfortunately, our complex doesn't have cameras, so I can't confirm if the packages were stolen or not delivered. I just want a refund; I don't even need the order to be reshipped.

My parcel (tracking number D[redacted][redacted]) reached Seattle on December 4th, just an hour and a half away from my home. However, since then, the OnTrac system has continuously shown a "delaying event," pushing the delivery date back each business day without any clear explanation or timeline for resolution. This was a gift ordered well in advance, but the lack of updates and constant delays have left me unsure if I'll ever receive it. My delivery address was incomplete, causing issues with receiving my package. I have attempted to contact Fashion Nova without success. Despite responding to their emails and sending a message to [redacted] with the correct delivery address in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, I have not received a response. This package was intended to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, and due to the current situation with Covid, it is not feasible to order another gift. I am disappointed by the lack of communication from Fashion Nova.

I encountered another issue with Ontrac recently. The delivery person was careless and threw the package towards my door from a distance without any regard. This isn't the first time I've had problems with Ontrac. Previously, they repeatedly delivered my packages to the wrong address even after multiple complaints. As an employee at USPS, I understand the fast-paced nature of deliveries, but there's no excuse for such unprofessional behavior. I have evidence on camera of the delivery mishap. I'm disappointed with Ontrac's service and hope future deliveries will improve. I usually prefer to avoid Ontrac for shipping but my wife chose them this time. If needed, I can provide the video as proof. Hopefully, my upcoming shipments won't be handled by Ontrac.

The drivers from your company have been consistently careless with deliveries, either tossing them over the neighborhood gate or leaving them outside. This has occurred multiple times recently, indicating the same driver may be responsible. This morning, I observed one of your drivers throwing a package from his window over the gate and into the bushes around 9:00 am. Fortunately, I was able to retrieve the package and personally deliver it to my neighbor, Kristin Curry.

I am experiencing difficulties with the delivery of a package from Chewy to my address. Despite several attempts, the package was not found at my location after being marked as delivered. I have contacted Chewy multiple times to arrange redelivery. Initially, I inquired about picking up the package at the facility, but it is inconveniently located two hours away. Following instructions to redirect the delivery to Walgreens, I confirmed with Walgreens, only to find out that it was not feasible. Chewy then suggested rerouting the package to Dollar Tree, but I am uncertain if it will reach me. The tracking information indicates it is headed for Walgreens, although my address is [redacted] E Sunset Drive, Bellingham, WA [redacted]. I have completed an online form and attempted to call without success to ensure the important medication for my cat reaches me. I am available at home all day to receive the package. I am experiencing frequent problems with OnTrac deliveries. The driver consistently leaves packages outside my gates, exposing them to rain and mud without notifying me. I have provided my gate code to all delivery services, yet this issue persists. There is a call button outside the gates that the driver could use to ring my phone, allowing me to open the gates remotely. It is frustrating that packages are left outside all night, regardless of the weather. I am considering informing my online retailers to avoid using OnTrac due to these recurring issues. Today's package from Chewy was mishandled, prompting me to advise Chewy to opt for a different delivery service in the future.

I recently had my third delivery experience with OnTrac, and it was the worst one yet. Each time, the packages were mishandled. Firstly, a 10x13 photo was carelessly left on my garage door. Secondly, a 5x7 photo was placed behind a pot of flowers, which I only found after receiving a delivery notification. Today, another package arrived, this time a Shutterfly shipment left near my mailbox in a 5x7 envelope, exposed to the elements. Luckily, the items were wrapped in plastic. I plan to inform my supplier about the delivery issues and request a different shipping carrier going forward. It's disappointing to hear that other customers in my area have had similar complaints about OnTrac. It's frustrating, especially since I have a clearly visible front door and a covered porch where packages could be left safely. It makes me wonder about the quality of the employees that are hired by the company.
