I am eagerly anticipating the delivery of my medical supplies in Los Altos by OnTrac. The online tracking information shows that the package reached the San Jose facility on December 4. Unfortunately, the delivery has been rescheduled five times without any success. Despite my attempts to contact their customer service at [redacted], I have not been able to reach them. Additionally, I have not received any response after filling out the contact form on their website.

I recently purchased a package from Best Buy for $[redacted].71. Initially, when I received the tracking number, I was surprised that OnTrac was the chosen shipping service over a more well-known one. After researching OnTrac, I became increasingly concerned about whether I would receive my package. The shipping was delayed by a few days, and the tracking updates were inconsistent, but the delivery itself was my biggest issue.
I have attached a video from my Ring doorbell, showing how poorly my package was handled by the delivery person. The $[redacted] product was not placed in a plain box, was left far from the door with an exposed label, and was dropped carelessly. Furthermore, the delivery person didn't even ring the doorbell. This experience with OnTrac's service was unacceptable.
I believe that for Best Buy to trust such a subpar service with valuable products is worrisome. If I have another package shipped by OnTrac, I will cancel the order promptly. While my shipping was free, there are more reliable and better shipping services available than OnTrac.

I checked the tracking information for my package, and according to it, the package was delivered to my front door on Tuesday, December 10. However, I did not receive the package.
I was in my front yard working on my garden from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on 12/10, and the package supposedly arrived around 12:30 pm. I find this impossible as I would have noticed the delivery from Ontrac. My surveillance system also confirms that no one came to drop off any packages. I even spoke to my neighbors, and they did not receive the package either.
Despite being home and actively outside, I did not see any Ontrac delivery van pass by. I urge Ontrac to investigate with the delivery person to locate my package. I simply want them to acknowledge the issue and take responsibility for the lost package. I hope they can inform the company that shipped the items so they can resend the package or arrange a refund. I have reached out to Ontrac via email multiple times with no response.

My package was marked as delivered on 12/10 at 12:34 pm. However, my family and I were outside the entire time from 9:00 am to 3:00pm working on our front yard, and we did not see any delivery person. I have surveillance cameras that cover the front of my house and the street, and they show that no delivery was made by Ontrac at that time. I am concerned about the status of my package, why it was marked as delivered when it wasn't, and I expect accountability from Ontrac if the package is lost. I request that they address this situation promptly.

My package was scheduled for delivery by OnTrac on the 9th, but it has not arrived, and now it's the 16th. The package was coming from LA to Orange County, CA. When I initially called on the 10th, they couldn't provide a delivery date. Now, I am struggling to reach their customer service. Unfortunately, I have also not received any response from the seller. The package contains Christmas presents for my son, and I am quite frustrated by this situation.

On Friday, I called about a package not returned to Zara. I have not received a callback regarding the package that the driver from Pit Stop picked up a week after dropping it off. I will make sure to avoid using OnTrac going forward and will also inform others about your poor system operations. Today, I was told that my package was delayed and held at the warehouse because the driver couldn't locate my house on Google Maps. I suggest using GPS for accurate directions. USPS, FedEx, UPS, and even OnTrac have delivered to my house without any issues in the past. My address is directly located on Hwy 95A E. I am deeply disappointed with your company. I have been unwell for the past week, and this delivery was for an order of aspirin from Walmart, which I couldn't find locally due to the lack of essentials in my small town. I have been eagerly anticipating the delivery of my Insignia 50” 4K Smart TV from Best Buy via Ontrac. Unfortunately, it has not reached me as expected. Despite tracking my package regularly, the website kept showing delays. I was supposed to receive it on Saturday, June 6th, but it did not arrive. Throughout this time, I patiently waited for the issue to be resolved. However, on June 9th, I received a call from either an Ontrac or Best Buy representative inquiring about my package. I informed them that I had not received my TV. Later that day, when I arrived home, the Ontrac driver claimed to have dropped off the TV in front of my house on Saturday. I am skeptical about this claim as there is no record of the delivery, just the driver's verbal assurance.

I have encountered a disappointing issue with undelivered orders consistently dumped on the side of the road near my property. Three orders were tampered with, and items were pilfered. Concerned witnesses have notified me each time, and despite reporting the problem to Walmart.com customer service, the situation persists with no satisfactory resolution. I want to report multiple incidents where my orders were dumped on the side of the road far from my property, with some packages being tampered with and items missing. My package arrived at the warehouse where local delivery drivers depart from to my house on May 30th. It has been there since then. Each day, the tracking number indicates it will be delivered that day, but by the end of the day, it changes to "delivery delayed." I reached out to customer service, and they mentioned that my package is lost in the warehouse. However, they have not updated the status to lost so that I can start a claim with the retailer I bought it from. I am disappointed with OnTrac and would appreciate it if someone at the Stockton warehouse could locate my package and update the tracking information to "ready for pickup at Stockton warehouse" today.

I am urgently seeking assistance regarding a delivery matter. Recently, the first part of my order was sent to my address, unit #[redacted], on July 6. However, despite the clear instructions, the delivery was redirected to the management office of Highland Place Cooperative. I had to personally retrieve it from there.
I am now expecting the second part of my order, which includes bulky packages of potting soil. I specifically opted for home delivery to avoid having to transport these heavy items myself. I am writing to share a concerning incident regarding my recent package delivery. I have provided a video link captured by my Ring camera that shows the delivery person tossing the package over a small border fence: [redacted].
Despite having a border fence around my flower bed to prevent damage from delivery persons, the individual chose to throw the package rather than walk a short distance to the porch. This risky move could have resulted in damaged plants or broken items.
This particular delivery method by the Blue Apron carrier raises concerns, especially since the Ring camera usually fails to record these deliveries. I have already notified Blue Apron and wanted to bring this issue to your attention to prevent such incidents in the future.

I recently contacted Vitacost about my order # [redacted]64 that did not show up. Ontrac claims to have delivered it today at 10:58 AM, but this information is incorrect. I have surveillance cameras in my building and will review the footage from 10:30 to 11:30 AM to confirm if they attempted delivery. Despite Ontrac's error, I wanted to highlight that there was a perishable item in the package. It would be helpful if they could improve their delivery practices to ensure successful drop-offs, possibly by following the lead of USPS, UPS, or FedEx by knocking on doors. I am Andrea Doll from Mammoth Lakes, CA, [redacted]. I am disabled and live upstairs. Lately, the Ontrac delivery person has left my packages at the bottom of the stairs, even for light packages like a 12 pack of Red Bull. UPS has no problem delivering heavy packages to my door. Why is the delivery person being lazy? I have never had this issue with your service before. I am concerned about theft. I would like to request a phone call to discuss issues with lost packages and the behavior of a particular driver. The driver has been dropping packages far from my doorstep, and when he does deliver to my door, he drives at high speeds on my dirt road where my dogs roam. I have politely asked him to slow down, but he responded rudely, threatening to drop packages at the road instead. This poses a risk as it is a busy public road where anyone could take the packages. I insist on packages being delivered to my door and the driver driving below 25 miles per hour to avoid harming my dogs. I am concerned for their safety, and if anything happens to them due to his speeding, I will take legal action.
