Can I schedule a specific delivery time for my package with OnTrac?

Unfortunately, OnTrac does not currently offer the option to schedule a specific delivery time for packages. The delivery times are determined by the driver's route and the volume of packages being delivered in a particular area. However, OnTrac does provide estimated delivery windows to give customers an idea of when their package is likely to be delivered. These estimated delivery windows are typically within a few hours and are provided on the tracking page. Customers can track their package in real-time to stay updated on its progress and adjust their plans accordingly. Although OnTrac strives to deliver packages as quickly and efficiently as possible, they prioritize optimizing route efficiency and ensuring timely deliveries for all customers.
