I made a purchase from Forever21. My package was in transit smoothly until it reached Cincinnati, Ohio on December 2nd. Since then, there have been no updates on its location. I paid for my order and am eager to receive it. Despite the tracking stating it would arrive the next day, each day passes without any delivery. I am concerned and would like clarification on the status of my package. It's frustrating as I fear it may have been lost or stolen. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am concerned about a delivery driver who consistently leaves packages at our front door without bringing them inside as instructed. Our manager witnessed this behavior and tried to remind him to bring the packages into the office, but he disregarded the request. The driver operates a white long van. I recall having a contact number for a manager named Carlos, although I am unsure if he is still employed with the company. My package has been delayed for about a week. I reached out to customer service through chat, but the experience was disappointing. The representative abruptly ended the chat while I was still typing, leaving me frustrated and without any assistance. The lack of updates about my package is concerning as it remains in the same area. I am unsure of its current location. The overall service, including customer service and shipping, has been unsatisfactory. It seems there is a lack of responsibility to deliver items in a timely manner. The customer service team appears to be unaware of customer concerns. I am curious about the training methods in place for customer support. This has been my first and very poor experience. I am eager to receive updated information on my package instead of repetitive delays.

A package was delivered to [redacted] Canby Avenue, Northridge, [redacted] for P. E. at 3:45 pm. The carrier threw the package over the gate, causing the items inside to break. Despite the gate being marked for the carrier to ring the front desk, he did not do so. I witnessed this as I was seated at the front desk. When I confronted him about not ringing the bell, he was rude and did not apologize. He drove a white van with the OnTrac logo.

I was notified that my package was delivered, but according to the carrier's photo, it was delivered to a different address. The lost package I'm claiming is D[redacted][redacted]. The carrier claims it was delivered, but based on the photo they provided, they delivered it to the wrong address. You can check OnTrac's website and verify by the photo of where they left my package with tracking number D[redacted][redacted], which does not match the delivery address, it's a different house. You can compare it with the photo of other deliveries I've received, for example, this one successfully delivered by the same carrier: D[redacted][redacted]. You'll see they mixed up the address. They keep insisting it was delivered to the correct address, despite the evidence I'm showing them. I don't know what to do anymore.

¿Cómo puedo comunicarme con ustedes para actualizar mi información? Es una molestia tratar con Ontrac o LaserShip cuando solo ofrecen un número que te deja en espera y luego cortan la llamada. I have an order that they claim they tried to deliver, but I confirmed that my address is clearly visible in the delivery instructions. I am puzzled why this particular package is having difficulty reaching me when all others arrive without any issues. Today (June 11th), I am expecting two deliveries: D[redacted][redacted], which supposedly had an attempted delivery yesterday while everyone was at home. The second one has the tracking number 1LSCZM3001W3JP9. However, when I tried to track it, the site did not recognize the number. It is frustrating to face these challenges. I believe businesses should offer live assistance to handle such matters with ease.

Our business relies on receiving parts promptly. We have been ordering from Rocky Mountain ATV in Payson, Utah and used to get our packages around 1:30 PM the next day. However, in the past few months, our orders have been arriving later in the day, and sometimes they are not even delivered to our door when we are open. This delay is affecting our ability to complete machines on time for our customers. We would greatly appreciate it if the deliveries could be made earlier in the day, as they were before. Thank you.

I encountered delivery issues with OnTrac, unlike UPS and FedEx. Explained directions but still sent boxes back. Frustrated with lack of assistance. Two packages from Temu seem to have gone missing, but the third one was found, although it was placed in my mailbox illegally. This is a federal offense and could result in postage costs. Kindly deliver future packages to lot number 36. Turn right before the deer crossing sign and look for the last trailer on the left, which is green. You can leave the items on the garbage can or inside the gate. Please avoid putting anything in my mailbox again, as it is not a secure drop-off location. My yard is monitored by cameras for security purposes.

I have just sent an email and require urgent assistance! I was trying to track my package and check for updates, but noticed that the status hadn't changed on the OnTrac website. Despite Shein confirming they shipped it 3 days ago, the OnTrac virtual assistant mentioned there was an open case labeled as an error/complaint. After reaching out to customer service via SMS, I was informed the case was closed due to a shortage. Now, when I try to track my package, there's no information available and I'm advised to contact the sender, Shein, though they lack a direct phone number for customer support. OnTrac also seems challenging to reach by phone. I spent over $[redacted] on my order and am hoping to avoid canceling my items.

The delivery driver attempted three times to deliver a package from Bath and Body. I reside in an apartment with a call box on the outside of the building that requires entering code [redacted], which when dialed, calls my cell phone. By pressing 9, it will buzz the door for the driver to open. I have another package being delivered by the same company, and I hope to avoid a recurrence of the previous issue. I had to cancel my last order because the driver did not attempt to use the call box despite me being home all three times. If the office is open, they can leave the package there. When they arrive, they can text me at [redacted], and if I am home, I can come down to open the door and retrieve the package. It seems perplexing why the driver finds it challenging to understand, as we are not the only location with a security box.

I am expecting a delivery today, but I am unable to track its current location. The package was originally close to Rochester, New York, in New Jersey, about a five and a half hour drive away. I am frustrated that the delivery seems delayed, as it was scheduled to arrive today. I would appreciate an update on the delivery status or a refund for my order.

Yesterday, I expected a delivery, but the driver didn't leave the package. Today, they attempted again with instructions to leave it over the fence at my address. Unfortunately, I got a delivery notification today with a photo showing the package was delivered to another address entirely, number 3 in a different building. It seems my package was wrongly delivered elsewhere.

Package Issue with Delivery Services I have been home eagerly awaiting delivery of my package. However, the delivery person claims they attempted delivery on both Friday and today without me seeing them. I have stayed home all day and not seen any delivery truck. I request that the package be left inside the hallway door and the delivery person moves on promptly. My package number is D[redacted][redacted]. It is frustrating to witness others receiving more valuable items without issue while there seems to be a problem with the delivery of my package from Temu.
