Hello, good afternoon. I am reaching out here because I feel completely scammed and robbed of the money I worked hard for to earn my salary. I placed an order on Shein in March and to this day, I still have not received my order. I have tried to contact customer service a million times in every possible way, and they keep telling me that the time to claim has expired. This makes me really angry because I essentially got robbed. I paid 69.9€ for that order and it was never sent to me. I asked my neighbors and searched the neighborhood for weeks when I was notified that it had arrived, but no one had delivered any packages to the neighborhood. To this day, I have not seen my order. I feel terrible about what has happened. (Order number: D[redacted][redacted])

I would like to report a concerning issue with my delivery driver. The driver left my package outside, instructing a random individual to take it upstairs without confirming their identity or notifying them of the recipient. Unfortunately, this led to two of my packages being stolen last week. I find this lack of security unacceptable. Additionally, the absence of a live customer service phone number for immediate assistance is frustrating. I believe these issues need to be addressed promptly to ensure the safe and secure delivery of packages in the future.

I recently made a purchase from Temu, with ONTRAC handling the delivery. Today at 3:18 PM, I received a text message stating that my package had been delivered to my front door, but upon checking, I couldn't locate it anywhere. I even placed a sign at my driveway indicating the delivery area, but the package was still missing. I've been trying to contact ONTRAC via phone and email, but I haven't been successful in reaching them.

I was expecting my delivery on August 26th. Disappointingly, it arrived four days late, and to add to that, it never actually made it to me. Despite my consistent attempts to file claims since the supposed delivery date, no progress has been made. Contacting customer service has been a struggle, as I am only met with automated responses redirecting me back to the seller company. The error lies with them either misplacing or misdelivering my order, especially when my address details with them are accurate.

I received an email from SHEIN on Saturday afternoon stating that my order was delivered at 11:30 AM. However, I wasn't at home at that time. I checked my Ring camera, and there was no delivery seen. I waited until returning home to check the mailbox, but the order was not there either. I am unsure why I received the delivery notification email if the order was not actually delivered. I hope to hear back from you promptly as I have been unable to reach anyone by phone. Thank you.

Tracking Number: C[redacted][redacted] shows as delivered to [redacted] Emerson Ave, Apt. [redacted], Los Angeles, CA [redacted] on August 30. However, I can confirm that the package was not received as I have reviewed my security camera footage which shows no delivery attempt on that date. I am seeking clarification from OnTrac on the actual status of my shipment and would like a refund from Anthropologie for the undelivered items. I have also reached out via text to the number listed on Google. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Last week, I placed an order with Fashion Nova, but the package was returned by OnTrac due to delivery issues. Despite providing clear instructions and my contact details for the delivery driver, the package was still sent back. Fashion Nova issued a refund in store credit but retained the shipping fee. I then made a new purchase with the same information provided, and today is the final delivery attempt before it gets returned. I am concerned that the delivery drivers are not following instructions. I need to ensure that my details are on the account, especially for this current order (D[redacted][redacted]). I am concerned about the way your driver delivers my packages from Temu. The packages are being left on the driveway in front of my mobile home, exposed to the weather, instead of placing them three feet to the left on the covered porch. This has resulted in damaged boxes and even damaged upper mobile home skirting. I have video evidence of this behavior and his white box truck. I would like this issue addressed promptly to avoid any further damage or inconvenience. Thank you.

I did not receive my package despite it being marked as delivered. This was a replacement order after experiencing the same issue with the initial delivery. I am quite confused about the status of my package. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service provided by your company, especially the difficulty in reaching someone over the phone. The package was intended as a birthday gift for my sick nephew, potentially his last birthday, and now he has nothing to open. This experience has led me to decide against using your services in the future. I am requesting to speak with a manager to address and resolve this matter promptly. I am facing an issue with OnTrac regarding the delivery of my packages. Despite receiving notifications that my package couldn't be delivered, OnTrac claims to have successfully delivered a package from the same company to my neighbor at the same address. Unfortunately, I am struggling to communicate with OnTrac as they do not provide a direct contact number for customers. The seller also seems unable to assist in changing the delivery address. This situation is frustrating and I wish OnTrac had better customer service options in place.

My delivery address was closed on Monday, 10-9-23. The delivery was supposed to be left in the public lobby but was missing when I went to retrieve it today. I am seeking a telephone number to speak with a live person to address this matter. Thank you. The delivery was meant for my US Post Office box, which has a public lobby accessible for P.O. Box holders. Although the Post Office was closed for the holiday on Monday, On Trac delivery left my package in the lobby. Unfortunately, it was not there the following day. Typically, deliveries are made the next business day when the Post Office reopens, as done by other services like UPS and FedEx. It might be beneficial to hold the delivery drivers accountable for their actions.

I've been trying to reach customer service, but the line is constantly busy. I already submitted all the necessary contact and shipping details for my delivery, which is currently on hold. The shipper mentioned that there might be some damage to the shipment, and it appears to be at their Middletown, CT hub. I'm eagerly awaiting further communication from the company. Unfortunately, the handling of this situation has not been satisfactory, and I have yet to receive any updates in the past 7 hours. Hopefully, I'll hear from them soon to resolve this matter.

I received two packages from Temu, both assigned the same tracking number (D[redacted][redacted]). One package containing 9 items arrived this morning, but I had to return it as per Temu's instructions via UPS. The other package with 2 items, under different Temu P.O. numbers, is yet to be delivered, despite the tracking indicating it already has. I noticed that the tracking system displayed the same photo of a package on my doorstep for both shipments.

However, I have been in touch with the company, and they say they do not have any package for me, and therefore, it has not arrived. I have been experiencing issues with Ontrac delivery services. My package has been with them for 16 days. Despite multiple assurances that it would be delivered, there have been delays. A supervisor contacted me to confirm details about my apartment building, and since then, there have been no updates. The tracking information now shows that the package was delivered last night, which is not accurate as I did not receive anything. I am frustrated by this situation and considering involving my attorney.
