As a new customer of Old Navy, I recently received a 20% off coupon for my first purchase. The coupon indicated "no exclusions." However, when I tried to use it on my granddaughter's 7 items totaling $67.00, it didn't work. Customer service explained that exclusions applied despite the coupon stating otherwise.

I visited your Asheville store at the Asheville Mall approximately 6-7 weeks ago. My daughter bought me a gift card before my surgery, and I wanted to check the balance. The store employee I spoke with had difficulty checking the balance but eventually gave me a card wrapped with a written balance of $[redacted], which was accurate. Now that I am recovering and can go out with caution wearing a mask, I inspected the card at home and discovered it was a different card. My daughter paid with cash, and I haven't told her yet. As a veteran recovering from open-heart surgery, I feel deeply disappointed and unsure if it was a mistake or intentional. I'm hesitant to involve my daughter as she may publicize the situation. I feel embarrassed and upset, any help you can provide would be appreciated.

I made an online order and later discovered it was headed to an outdated address. After contacting customer service, they assured me they would cancel the initial order. I then resubmitted the same order with the correct address. Recently, I received an email notifying me that both orders are in transit. The order number for the shipment going to the incorrect address is 12YS02J. Unfortunately, I am unable to retrieve it from the outdated location.

I made a purchase on November 29 and selected expedited shipping for over $20 for quicker delivery. The estimated arrival was December 2, but as of now, the tracking information shows that the package hasn't reached the UPS facility. I placed an order on November 17 with order number 12jbnsw. It was divided into three packages. Two packages arrived without any issues, but the third one appears to be lost in transit. This package was shipped by Pitney Bowes and then transferred to USPS. Since November 30, there have been no tracking updates. I tried reaching Customer Service, but I faced challenges as I was disconnected from the chat twice before finally getting assistance. The representative advised me to wait until today for the estimated delivery date, but it is already 5pm and I doubt the order will arrive today. I am disappointed by this experience as I urgently need the items (maternity clothes for my third trimester). Is there a way to expedite the reshipment of these items rather than canceling the order?

I placed an online order on Nov 30. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it would take 21 days to ship due to selecting the wrong shipping method. On Dec 2nd, just 2 days later, I called to cancel because my order was still waiting to be filled. Even though the representative said they would try to stop it, the order is now being shipped out today, a week after my cancellation attempt. It's frustrating that the order couldn't be canceled promptly when the shipping process took so long to begin with. I am disappointed and will be returning my items to shop elsewhere. During this challenging time of COVID and the holiday season, I had a disappointing experience with my online order from Old Navy. After receiving my leggings with an anti-theft tag still attached, I had to visit the store, defeating the purpose of online shopping to avoid in-person contact.
At the store, the clerk's behavior was unprofessional. She seemed to accuse me of theft without apologizing for the inconvenience. Witnessing her improper mask use and hygiene practices, I felt uncomfortable. Despite proving the leggings matched my receipt, she initially doubted my purchase.
The clerk's insistence on giving me a bag to avoid suspicion of stealing was unnecessary. This ordeal left me feeling like a criminal rather than a valued customer. It was a regrettable encounter that casts a shadow on my desire to shop at Old Navy, particularly at the Empire Mall location in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Improving customer service training for employees, especially during a pandemic, is crucial to prevent customers from feeling mistreated and wrongly judged in the future.

The tracking information shows that it arrived in San Marcos, CA on 12-12-[redacted], but it was supposed to be delivered to [redacted] Whipple Street, Oceanside, California [redacted] for Briana Storch. Unfortunately, the package has not reached its destination as intended. The email I received states that it arrived in San Marcos, California. This package is a Christmas present for my great grandson, and since I am on social security, I cannot afford to send another gift or pay $[redacted] again. I made a purchase at Old Navy today but have not received my Old Navy credit card yet. The associate couldn't find my account using my social security number, so I couldn't use the card and missed out on discounts. The credit card account said my card was mailed on Dec 2 and should arrive soon. They mentioned the associate could have called customer service to locate my account. I ended up using my Visa card but would like a credit for the discount I missed out on with my Old Navy card.
