I just want my order, which was a gift. I am extremely disappointed that I cannot get any help. Spent 7 hours calling Old Navy, the Post Office, UPS, with no luck finding my package. I am beyond upset at the lack of care. I will be sharing my experience with others. The communication is unacceptable. I have been disappointed with the quality of Old Navy's women's t-shirts for the past few years. Each time I ordered, I noticed small holes in the shirts that progressively worsened. When I raised this concern in-store, I was dismissed and told it was likely due to how I wore them - which I found unsatisfactory. Recently, I purchased three shirts and found them to be even worse. One shirt already had holes the first time I wore it. Though they were inexpensive at $8 each, the declining quality is frustrating. Due to the pandemic, I won't be returning these shirts and will just repurpose them. I don't expect a resolution from Old Navy, simply wanted to share my experience. I am encountering multiple problems with my order (#: TDLL7NV) placed on June 29.
Problem #1: The initial shipment listed in the email claims to have been delivered on Monday, July 13. However, I have not found the package in my mailbox or at my doorstep, despite checking with my neighbors.
Problem #2: The second shipment (UPS Tracking # 1zax8991yw[redacted]2) shows an expected arrival date of July 6, but I have not received it or any delivery notification. When attempting to track the package, the system indicates an issue with the receiver's name and a potential return to the sender, erroneously mentioning Coconut Creek, Ohio instead of Coconut Creek, Florida.
Problem #3: Although the "Square Neck Jersey Cami for Women" order was received, the package contained an incorrect item – an XL pink button-down blouse – instead of the expected cami as per my order confirmation. The cami details are: "Square-Neck Jersey Cami for Women Color: Kiss the Sky Size: S Price: $5.97 Qty: 1 $5.97".

I am encountering multiple problems with my order placed on June 29, which is referenced with order #: TDLL7NV.

I recently earned Old Navy cash and attempted to use it to purchase jeans online. However, I encountered issues during checkout despite multiple attempts. Trying to get assistance over the phone proved difficult as I waited for 45 minutes with no luck. Although I received $20 in Navy cash as compensation, it cannot be used without making an additional purchase. The website also did not credit my cash during checkout, resulting in me overpaying for the jeans. I hope to have my $30 retro-credited to my last order, receive a refund for the overpayment, and be provided with a gift certificate instead of more Navy cash. The long wait times for customer service calls and the lack of an available chat option have been frustrating, especially during the challenging times of COVID.

We have been unsuccessful in reaching Old Navy via phone, so we are attempting communication through email to seek assistance with our issue. We made a purchase of several items for the summer season, opting for fast shipping as well. Unfortunately, we have not received any of the items despite receiving an email indicating their arrival. There was no delivery receipt or notification regarding picking up the items at the post office. The separate packages are associated with different tracking numbers: TDFBKKK for Old Navy, 1L[redacted]04 for LaserShip, and 12A13F31YW[redacted]7 for UPS, all of which do not allow us to retrieve our items. We are contemplating requesting a refund due to this recurring issue, as it has never occurred in previous orders. Prompt clarification and resolution of this matter are greatly appreciated. I placed an order for two sets of face masks on July 2nd under order number TDKH65M. The items were dispatched on July 3rd, and I was given an estimated delivery date of July 8th. Subsequently, I received a notification from Old Navy on July 13th that the package was en route. Not having received it by July 23, I contacted UPS as the tracking information indicated it was shipped through UPS and had reached Bridgeport NJ on July 6 awaiting pick up by USPS. Upon contacting UPS, they informed me that the tracking number did not belong to them and advised me to reach out to USPS. After speaking to a representative at USPS who could only confirm that the package was still in Bridgeport N.Y. awaiting pick up, I was left with no further information. Despite a follow-up call this week from USPS, I remain unaware of the package's whereabouts or if USPS has retrieved it. Any help in locating it would be greatly appreciated. I'm writing to share a concerning experience at Old Navy in Legends Outlets, Kansas City. Today, around noon, I was shopping there with my daughter and grandchildren. Having already spent $[redacted] at Gap, I invested another $[redacted] at Old Navy.
Unfortunately, I faced a distressing situation due to my health issues, including Arthritis and sciatica, and needed urgent restroom access. Despite being equipped with sanitizer, wipes, and my mask, the manager denied my request, forcing me to endure a 10-15 minute journey to the nearest restroom. This lack of empathy and understanding left me deeply disappointed.
As a 67-year-old woman, I expected better treatment and sensitivity, especially during these challenging times. Regrettably, this experience has led me to reconsider shopping at any stores within your affiliation. I feel compelled to express my disappointment and will be cutting ties with your brand.

I am reaching out about a recent charge of $30.60 debited from my bank account on August 7, [redacted]. Previously, on May 19, [redacted], I contacted about an undelivered package. The Hooksett post office confirmed the error and advised me to contact Old Navy customer service for a refund. During my call with Old Navy, I opted for a refund since I no longer needed the items. However, I was surprised to find the amount withdrawn from my account without authorization three months later, as I never received the package. I made an online purchase on 5/9/20, and my account was charged on 5/11/20. I received my items without any issues. However, today on 8/9/20, Old Navy charged the same amount from my checking account again. I need this error rectified and refunded today to avoid another declined payment. The total amount is $56.15. I am also worried if this is a security breach - how was my personal information accessed? I request a prompt call back to resolve this matter urgently.

I recently noticed a duplicate charge on an order I made back in May [redacted]. My bank account was debited for the same order three months later on 8/7/[redacted]. After a lengthy phone call, I was advised that a refund will be processed by Monday, August 10, [redacted], due to a computer glitch on ON's end. I received an email from ON regarding the processing error and the refunds being issued. Although the situation is concerning, I hope it gets resolved promptly as it impacts customers who might be facing financial difficulties. I'm frustrated by my recent order experience. I received an email offering 40% off my purchase and decided to buy the chinos my daughter wanted. Despite the email stating a discount would be applied at checkout, the discount didn't appear when I tried to order. After contacting customer service, a polite representative explained that the discount only applied to certain colors. This detail was not clearly stated in the Old Navy email. Hello,
I am currently outside the United States and got stuck in another country due to the pandemic. From February to July, I placed several orders. My son received the packages but did not check the merchandise until he tried to send them to Colombia, where I currently am. I noticed that in the January 5th order (#TW0B590), two items were cancelled by the store (which is fine), and five items did not arrive, although they were charged for. These items are the slim shorts, the slim chambray shirt, a printed black and white boxer, a swim trunk, and the mixed fabric slip-ons. I will be back in the country this Thursday, and the pieces I purchased are for my family. My son shipped a box for them last Monday, hopefully arriving before I leave. Could I please receive a refund for these missing items? The total is a bit over $50. I appreciate your help as a loyal customer to your brand. Thank you for your attention.

Hello! I encountered an issue with my order (**BPK**) as the initial delivery was incomplete. I received an unsolicited item and am missing two items I actually ordered. The items received include an NFL Team Graphic Tee for Men, a Soft-Washed Slub-Knit Gender-Neutral Crew-Neck Tee for Men & Women, a Plush-Knit Long-Sleeve Swing Dress for Women, and a Tunic-length black sweatshirt top that I did not purchase. I purchased a coat as a birthday gift which needed to be delivered to an address where only UPS delivers. Despite confirming this with customer service before ordering, the item was sent to the post office instead. Unfortunately, the post office doesn't deliver to the residence and returned the package to Old Navy. Customer service was unhelpful in assisting me, leaving me no choice but to reorder the item. Now, the item is backordered until 10/25. The resolution to this problem is quite unsatisfactory, and I am disappointed with the level of customer service provided.

I am writing about my recent experience with Old Navy customer service. On 10/24, I placed an order for 6 items using $50 Old Navy Cash but realized my old address was listed for shipping. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I was initially told they couldn't see my order and later that it had already shipped. Even though I was promised a resolution, I was ultimately informed that nothing could be done, and I would have to accept delivery at the incorrect address. Despite my frustration, I was not offered a refund or return of my Old Navy Cash. I am disappointed with this outcome after making numerous attempts to rectify the situation. I am requesting either the correct delivery of my package or a full refund with the reinstatement of my Old Navy Cash. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you.

Order #11C7GWK for store pick-up resulted in receiving full-length pants instead of ankle-length pants. After two trips to the store, the issue was reported.
Order #11WK32N was an online order where, despite requesting ankle-length pants twice, full-length pants were received both times. Contacted customer service, received a return label, but resolution update and refund are still pending.
Order #121JDF5 for store pick-up was canceled the next day due to the item being out of stock.
Order #122700Q placed on 10/25/20 was charged on 10/27/20 but never received. Calling today revealed the order was canceled as one item was out of stock. It's frustrating how orders get canceled due to items being out of stock after placement, and improvements to the website's real-time stock information are suggested.
