Hi, I recently lost my wife, and I have been adding women to my list of potential dates when I feel ready to start dating. I recently signed up for the A-list to connect with several women, but when I checked my list, most of the women were no longer there, only the latest ones remained. I would like to have access to all the women I had in my list until a few days ago. The search feature doesn't work as it only prompts me to input my preferences repeatedly without letting me search. I want to be able to see all the women in my like cue and use the search feature as I used to. I expected with the A-list, I could see who likes me, but now I'm missing out on the women I was interested in. Please assist. Thank you, Scot.

I tried to upgrade to A-List and used my Visa credit/debit card but encountered an error. Despite the charge being approved by the bank, the upgrade did not go through. I have two pending charges now and still no upgrade. I've been waiting for a response for several days with no luck. I want this matter resolved promptly to obtain A-List status. Thank you, D. Barringer.

My OKCupid account has been banned for a couple of months now. I suspect it may be due to a photo that unintentionally showed a private part. I did not realize it went down that far and should have been more attentive. I sincerely apologize for this mistake and the violation of community rules. Could you please reconsider the ban on my account? If not, may I create a new account to start fresh? I assure you I will be more cautious in the future. I haven't accessed my account in over a month, and there are people I would like to reconnect with. Restoring my account would greatly help. If necessary, I am willing to discuss this further by phone. Thank you for reviewing my request.

I have been charged for your service even though I canceled it. Please issue a refund for the charge made on 08/19/20 for $34.99. The last four digits of my card are [redacted]. I use the name Diyalia F. on the account and my email is [redacted] There was an issue with the payment yesterday due to insufficient funds, but it has gone through now. Despite logging in, I have not used the service since July 19. I logged in again with my email and previous password and made sure to delete the account. Please confirm the cancellation and ensure I am not billed next month. Thank you.

I encountered difficulty accessing both the website and the app, leading me to believe that OkCupid was experiencing technical issues. However, after a few days, it became apparent that my IP address may have been blocked. Upon trying to access the app via cellular data, I received a notification stating that my account had been banned without any prior notice or explanation. I have been a long-standing user without any previous infractions and am at a loss as to why this action was taken against me. Transparency regarding the situation is crucial for users to adhere to guidelines effectively. As a paying subscriber, I believe I am entitled to a refund unless substantial evidence of wrongdoing is presented. Arbitrarily banning an IP address seems excessive, possibly resulting from an unspecified report by another user. I urge OkCupid to address and resolve this issue promptly, as I feel unjustly targeted despite my clean record of app usage. Your swift attention to this matter is appreciated.

Hello, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the lack of contact information on your site, which is important for users who pay for their accounts. Despite this, I must say that I find the site unique with its questions and have recommended it to many people. I purchased a premium membership three years ago, but I have noticed significant changes on the site since then. The search functionality has become more limited, making it difficult to find people in the same way as before. A year ago, while traveling in another country, I discussed the site with some people, praising the thought-provoking questions that delve into life values. Unfortunately, the current search options make it impossible to locate people as easily as in the past. I recently renewed my premium membership in hopes of resolving these contact issues, but the search limitations persist. It's disappointing that I couldn't find any contact information on the site to provide this feedback. I have explored all links and options to no avail. I value the uniqueness of the site but hope that the updates do not drive users away. Best regards, Elix

Dear Customer Support, I have been attempting to log into my profile for the past two days. Even though I enter my correct email and password, your site prompts me to enter a verification code sent to my mobile phone for added security. After successfully entering the verification code, it still does not allow me to access my account. Instead, it continues to ask for my email and password, sending me a new code each time I enter the correct one. This cycle repeats without granting me access to my account. I have experienced this issue on both my Windows 10 and Windows 7 computers using Chrome and Firefox browsers. I also reached out through your chat contact link but have not received a response from your team. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the problem and provide a solution promptly. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Christos

I am having issues accessing my OKCUPID account under the name Sol Ormachea. Recently, I am being prompted to ensure my phone number and country code are correct, which has not been a problem in the past as I have been using the same details for several months. Typically, I receive a code on my phone to log in; however, I am now experiencing difficulty with this process. I would like to request the removal of the phone code requirement so that I may log in directly with my password. This change is necessary for situations when I travel and my phone does not operate in different countries, resulting in a complete loss of access. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to make this adjustment myself as I am locked out of my account. Thank you for your assistance.

After sending a response to someone, the feed remains on the right side, making it hard to view other recommendations. When I revisit the site, the feed is still there, blocking profiles and other suggestions. I can't minimize or close it. Additionally, I can no longer access my profile due to this feed covering it up. It previously unchecked items that I had selected, but the changes did not save. I am unable to verify if this issue is resolved since I cannot access my profile to check.

I recently discovered my A-List account on Okcupid has been suspended without any explanation. Despite adhering to all community guidelines, my account remains inaccessible. I am seeking clarification on the suspension and if possible, would like to have my account reinstated. Throughout my time on Okcupid, I have conducted myself respectfully, refraining from any inappropriate behavior or harassment. The sudden suspension, without proper justification, has left me puzzled. I have previously contacted support via email regarding this issue but unfortunately received no response. Kindly assist me in resolving this matter promptly so I can either regain access to my existing account or utilize my email and phone number to create a new account. Your attention to this concern is greatly appreciated.

I attempted to subscribe to your website but encountered a transaction failure message. I tried again later and faced the same issue, although I knew the funds were available in my account. Checking my online bank account, I found two pending charges from OKCupid, despite being informed that both transactions failed. I only intended to subscribe for one month. My bank advised me that the issue lies with OKCupid. I reached out to your support via email but have decided to request the cancellation of both transactions. I am uncomfortable with a website that charges me without providing full access as I still lack access. Kindly cancel both transactions and refund my funds. Thank you.

I recently met Bryan and thought he was really into me, but it turned out he wasn't truthful. Despite claiming on his profile that he drinks and smokes occasionally and is from Sioux Falls, SD, it became apparent that he lives in Dell Rapids and denies using any substances. When we spent time together, I noticed oil stains from his car and thought his living situation was messy. He tried to rush things physically, but I didn't feel comfortable. Also, his appearance was not as described, and his outdated waterbed was a surprise. The evening was dull, with him being inhospitable and the activities unengaging. If someone is seeking more than just casual encounters, I recommend looking elsewhere for dates. Thanks, Selena

Hello, I am seeking assistance as my account has been unexpectedly banned. My contact number is (+86)[redacted]7 (China), and my email address is [redacted] I wish to clarify that I have not engaged in sharing any inappropriate content. The reason behind the location change on my account is due to my current stay in China, whereas I typically reside in Dijon for my studies. I am willing to provide validation of my student status with documents such as my BSB student card, Visa, or admission letter to support this information. I am disheartened by the account suspension and kindly request to know the cause behind it and have my account reinstated. I hold a genuine interest in utilizing OkCupid for LGBTQ connections. Your understanding and prompt resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mengting LU

I was browsing the boost page, and I unintentionally purchased a $38.99 boost package. Due to my diabetes and nerve damage causing hand tremors, I didn't intend to make this purchase. Immediately after, I disabled my account and reached out to the support team for assistance. However, they were unable to locate my information. I informed them about my disabled account and the incorrect spelling of my name, but I haven't received any responses despite sending two follow-up emails. This situation is particularly frustrating because I would like to reactivate my account.

During my brief time on OkCupid, I encountered issues with the quality of my matches. The results I received didn't seem accurate, and it was challenging to spark conversations that would lead to responses. This online dating experience left me feeling frustrated and disheartened, as it felt more like a desperate attempt rather than an exciting opportunity to meet someone new. While I understand refunds are not typically provided, I kindly request you reconsider in light of my negative and embarrassing experience. Receiving rejections from every guy I found interesting was not the outcome I had hoped for, especially considering that I believe I have a lot to offer. I appreciate your understanding.
