I've been inactive on OkCupid for a few months due to being in a relationship. I can't remember my password. I've been an A List member of OkCupid through iTunes for a long time. I've attempted to reset my password several times, but I never receive any reset emails after clicking on the "forgot password" link and entering my email address. Even though I am still being charged for my membership via iTunes and receiving emails from OkCupid regarding potential matches, I am unable to log in to my account. Yesterday, I attempted to sign up for a 6-month premium membership on OKCupid. Unfortunately, after entering my credit card details, the transaction failed multiple times. I find the swipe right or left feature frustrating. I accidentally swiped past several profiles while trying to view their photos. Now I can't see those profiles again, and they can't see me because of the rule against double dating if there's no mutual like. Please assist me in recovering the profiles I swiped left on, as I was interested in some. It would be nice to have a chance to read through their profiles completely. Additionally, users should have the option to chat without having to like each other first. Without chatting, it's hard to determine whether there's a connection or not. Thank you.

I used the app on the site and received three likes after paying for the basic service with my credit card. I successfully paid the fee and received a confirmation email. However, when trying to access the like messages on the app, the site won't open. On the app, there is a loading circle that keeps spinning, preventing me from navigating further. I recently created an account on OkCupid and noticed significant changes since my last visit.
