I used Promote Plus, which stated I wouldn't be charged until May 28. However, I woke up and saw that I was actually charged $20 on the same day without any prior notification. Even after being charged, I can't use the service as it says "unable to verify purchase." Although it shows as active under my subscriptions, I haven't been able to use it. I am seeking a refund for Promote Plus that I haven't utilized and don't wish to use anymore due to this frustrating experience.

I sold a large batch of girls' clothes but failed to mail them within the required timeframe, causing the order to be canceled. Following that, I contacted the buyer on the fourth day to offer to re-purchase the items, and she agreed. I informed her to proceed with the purchase, and I would send the items along with a few others the next day. After mailing about 11 to 12 outfits at the Post Office, I inquired with the buyer multiple times over the following days about the delivery, but received no response. On the tenth or eleventh day, I reached out to OfferUp for assistance, and the buyer claimed she never received the package. However, tracking details indicated it was delivered to her front porch a week and a half earlier. I suspect she received the package, as her response seemed suspicious. Despite providing proof of shipment and using the OfferUp label, I have not received payment or any further communication three weeks later. I am frustrated by this situation and strongly dislike dishonesty.

I am experiencing issues accessing my [redacted] account with Error code: [redacted]. For [redacted] and [redacted], I received messages stating my accounts were disabled for violating community guidelines. I'm unsure why this happened. Also, when attempting to log in with [redacted], I was told the account had been deleted. Surprisingly, I can still log into my [redacted] account, although I believed I had previously deleted it.
Moreover, my phone number [redacted] is being utilized by multiple accounts, hindering verification. To simplify, I wish to retain only [redacted] and connect it with [redacted]. I sold my property on May 17th. I printed the shipping labels provided, and the tracking worked well. However, the package did not reach the address given and was marked as "no such address exists" by USPS on May 20th. It has been almost a month since my property went missing, and I was promised a refund for the lost item and shipping costs for other customers. After your investigation, you confirmed responsibility and promised to compensate me for the lost item. However, it has been seven days since you initiated the payment, and it still shows as pending in my OfferUp account. I contacted my bank, and they have not received the payment. I request a clear receipt confirming the transfer of funds to my account. I prefer a direct transfer confirmation rather than an ambiguous pending status on my account. I find this delay and lack of transparency frustrating, especially after successful transactions with other buyers.

I was communicating with a seller on OfferUp about picking up an item. We agreed on the sale, and they marked the item as SOLD. This action blocked our messages, and I didn't have their phone number as we were using the app to communicate. Hello, I have had a listing on OfferUp for three to four days now, but I am not receiving any responses. I am frustrated with the lack of support from the customer service team despite reaching out multiple times. I received a pair of Coursair headphones instead of the shoes I ordered. I waited for four days for the delivery, only to find a small box that clearly couldn't contain size 11.5 shoes. Opening it was truly disappointing. I feel let down and deceived for the second time on OfferUp. This seller has likely no intention of issuing a refund, so I will contact OfferUp support. It's frustrating dealing with sellers who try to take advantage. I will pursue a refund for this upsetting experience.

I purchased an item on OfferUp and returned it via USPS as the seller misrepresented it. The package reached the seller in time, as confirmed by USPS tracking. Despite this, OfferUp claims it wasn't returned promptly and denied my refund. I possess evidence of the successful delivery and seek a resolution. I recently sold a Nintendo Switch and shipped it on July 17th. The buyer received it on July 21st, but the app has not updated to show that it has been shipped. I have not received my payment yet and there is no option to inquire about it in the message thread. I bought an iPhone 12 Pro, and the seller is at USPS ready to ship it, but they are having issues printing the receipt and shipping because every time they accept the offer, it says the payment was declined. The payment has failed multiple times. I added my debit card to my payment methods, and I have sufficient funds in my account to cover the cost. Hello, I recently bought Yeezy shoes from a seller named "DrummonDiana" for $[redacted].24. My money was deducted from my account, but the listing was a scam. OfferUp closed the seller's account and removed the listing. I was informed my order arrived, but nothing was in the mailbox. The listing was suspicious from the beginning, as the photos showed new shoes with tags but were listed as used. The seller never responded to my messages.
