Hi, I recently created an account at Southwest_Sneaks and posted five items. I used to use the app and knew you could post right away. I verified everything on my account, but when I try to share the link, it says "Forbidden (error code: 5GG413V4)." I then created another account because it said I had no views on my posts and no offers showing. How can I resolve this issue so that my account posts are visible and shared properly?

I am experiencing difficulties using my OfferUp account. I cannot send messages or list items for sale. My email address is [redacted] I have heard that multiple accounts linked to the same email could cause this issue, but I only have one account under the name Diesal. Although I may have had other accounts in the past, I have since disconnected them. Can someone help me resolve this matter?

I have had my new OfferUp account for a while now and have been using my Facebook to connect. However, despite previous attempts to verify my email, I encountered issues with an old account. After being informed the old account was deleted, I still could not successfully verify my email on the new account. I even changed the email on the old account to a random one to no avail. Today, I disconnected Facebook to update to a recent email, which worked for verification but is not the one I wish to use. I would appreciate assistance in attaching the desired email successfully to my account.

Hello, my name is Terrance. I fell victim to a scam by a seller named Andrea. She promised to provide me with a tracking number for an item I purchased on Google Pay for $[redacted]. After she scammed me, she deactivated her account. I am seeking a refund. Moving forward, I hope the platform can issue warnings about potential scammers or suspend their accounts to prevent others from facing the same situation. Thank you.

This is my fourth email regarding an ongoing issue with a buyer on OfferUp. I have not yet received my payment for an item that has been with the buyer for longer than the specified guidelines. OfferUp should have released my funds to me by now. I have not been given a clear timeframe for when I can expect to receive payment, which is frustrating as it has been over 7 business days already. This lack of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. I sold a "Xiaomi Mi Box 4 Quad-Core Nougat TV Box & Original Xiaomi Mi Box - 4K Ultra HDR TV Streaming Media Player with Voice Search Remote" for $60 to a man named Jimmy. I have uninstalled the OfferUp app multiple times. I prefer using Craigslist and Letgo. Please stop blocking my browsing with intrusive sign-up alerts. I refuse to be coerced into anything, and neither will my friends. We are starting internet campaigns against companies that hinder browsing with such messages. Kindly remove these obstructions from the browsing experience.

I bought an iPhone 7 from a seller on OfferUp. After paying $[redacted].00, she promised to send the phone with a tracking number. Our communication was prompt until I sent the money via Cash App. Since then, she stopped responding and hasn't provided the tracking number for the phone's delivery. I now want a full refund.

I am unable to login to my OfferUp account due to a server error. I have attempted to receive a code, however, after inputting the code, it continues to show "processing" and does not log me in. I have completed two orders on OfferUp without any issues until now, especially concerning the pending money to be deposited. This sudden inability to log in is concerning as I need access to my account.

I am experiencing frustration as every time I list my designer handbags on the site, they get removed. I have shared multiple photos, including the date code, and they still were taken down. OfferUp features many sellers offering obvious fake items that remain online, while my authentic bag keeps getting removed. It feels like a stereotype working against me, suggesting I cannot have nice things. This bag is genuinely mine, and I am certain of its authenticity. I'm not trying to be rude, just feeling exasperated. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Since verifying my phone number ([redacted]), my messaging feature has stopped functioning properly. Despite the app showing messages as sent, they are not reaching the recipients. As a buyer, I had my account reset recently, but the issues emerged when I began listing items for sale and had to verify my phone number once more, which is not being accepted. This problem is frustrating, and I rely on this app for my buyer activities. Please assist me by resetting my account again as soon as possible. I'm trying to find items for sale in the San Fernando Valley of Southern California. However, when I search on the computer (not on the phone), it only shows results for Los Angeles, Lynwood, and Norwalk. I can't seem to find anything for the San Fernando Valley areas like Van Nuys and Northridge. Any advice or information on how to view listings in my local area would be greatly appreciated. I unknowingly listed some items that violated their policy. Despite selling other items that complied with their guidelines, I am due to receive $32 in my account. I did not receive any email notifications regarding this issue. I am frustrated as I keep getting automatically logged out when I try to log in. I am uncertain about the status of my money and when I will get it. I am also worried about an item I need to ship tomorrow. The platform does not provide a phone number for assistance nor any proper explanation. I am angry about not being able to access listings that adhere to their guidelines. I have spent the last 12 hours trying to resolve this without success. This bad experience has led me to the decision of not using their services again.

Good morning, I'm Jennifer Buki, and I recently sold three Nintendo DS games on OfferUp to Julie. This was my first time selling on the site and shipping items. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by combining all three games in one package. I later realized that each game needed its own shipping label for payment. Subsequently, I sent the other two games in separate packages with a photo of the items for the shipping label to process correctly. OfferUp confirmed the delivery of all packages, and I received payment a few days later. However, Julie informed me that she only received a photo, leading to accusations of scamming. I am certain I shipped all the games, so I'm unsure why this misunderstanding has occurred. I would appreciate any advice on how to handle this situation. Thank you.

I recently engaged a listing service and provided my hired assistants with my app login information. However, their individual accounts got locked out, preventing them from listing on my behalf. Two urgent actions are needed: 1) I request the unlocking of the listers' individual accounts, which were locked due to suspected activity. 2) I seek guidance on establishing a process that allows my authorized listers to log in and list on my account without their personal accounts being impacted, if they have any. I am having difficulty posting content or accessing the main search page. I am able to create an offer, but it does not appear when searched using a different account. Sharing the post directly results in an error message when others try to inquire or make an offer. I attempted to log out, log back in, delete and reinstall the app, but none of these actions resolved the issue I have experienced for the past five months. I seek assistance in resolving this problem as I enjoy using this app and would like to continue doing so.

I had a recent sale of PEX pipe to a customer who paid full price. After printing the shipping label and sending out the package, I received a message indicating that it had not been sent within four days. Concerned, I visited the post office and discovered that the package was overlooked and not immediately processed. I would feel more at ease if OfferUp was more transparent. I intended to utilize their shipping service as a buyer, but now I have reservations. If the item I receive is not as described, who can I reach out to? I'm unsure where to seek help. It is important that OfferUp displays confidence in their services properly. I am currently in a holding pattern. I believe in standing by one's own creation and am hesitant to engage in business when transparency is lacking. I hope OfferUp will improve on this. I have encountered an issue with my listings not being visible to the public on the main site. For example, when I search for "Playmobil" on the homepage, my items do not appear. Even on my listings page, there are no views of my items. I have attempted to reach out to other sellers but have not received any replies. It seems like I am unable to actively participate in the marketplace despite seeing other items for sale.

I informed the potential buyer that the inspection was their responsibility, but they insisted. They arranged for a mechanic to check the car at a nearby shop. The mechanic couldn't do it and asked to reschedule. At their request, I had the inspection done. The buyer has now lost interest in purchasing the vehicle and refuses to cover the inspection fee. How can I recover the money?
