I purchased an iPhone a month ago from a seller named Mark. Unfortunately, he reported the phone stolen, resulting in it being blacklisted. I reached out to AT&T and Apple for assistance, but neither could resolve the issue because they were not the ones who blacklisted it. I invested $[redacted] into this phone, and it's disheartening to face this situation. I reported the incident to the police, but without evidence, they couldn't take action. I am a regular user of OfferUp and have enjoyed the platform, but this experience has left me feeling distressed and sleepless. I seek guidance and resolution to this matter. Thank you for your anticipated help.

I discovered an Xbox [redacted], a Dell laptop with a touch screen, and a pair of Nike SB De La Soul shoes in size 8 and 1/2 on a profile under the name "Jay." These items were stolen from me. I am concerned about the $[redacted] laptop, which is my main focus, and I cannot provide proof of ownership for one item. The Xbox was taken a week ago, and the ad for its sale appeared six days ago on this profile. I saw other items on the profile that I recognize having been in possession of Stevie Scales Jr., leading me to believe he also took these items from me. I was present when he tried to sell the blue laptop and expensive headphones and earbuds, and I provided transportation for one of the sales. Although I used to consider Mr. Stevie Scales Jr. a friend, our relationship has changed, and I am seeking justice for these thefts.

I accidentally created two OfferUp accounts with different email addresses, one with @att.net and the other with @comcast.net. I have over [redacted] items listed on the @att.net account, which I can no longer access since I closed the email. I want to switch the @att.net account to my current email, @comcast.net, but OfferUp says that email is already in use for the second account. I need help deleting the @comcast.net account so I can update the @att.net account's email. Additionally, I forgot the password for the @att.net account and can't recover it as the email is no longer active.

I was scammed after buying Disneyland tickets on OfferUp. We met at their apartment initially, but they didn't verify the tickets. I agreed to pay the rest at the park, but they kept changing the meet-up location. Please contact me at [redacted]. I reported it to the police and want to get my money back. There are security cameras at Starbucks and the other locations where we met. Hopefully, they can be identified and brought to justice.

Hello, I am Heather K. I posted Hearing Aids for sale on your website. A lady interested in buying them has been trying to contact me all morning. Unfortunately, my texts are not going through, and I seem to be having trouble communicating with her. I urgently need to sell these hearing aids today. Could you please assist me in reaching out to the interested buyer? If possible, could you contact her directly for me and ask her to call me at [redacted] with area code [redacted]? I would greatly appreciate any help as I've followed the instructions provided in the help messages but still can't get through to her. Your assistance would be invaluable since there is no direct phone number I can use to contact your customer service. Thank you.

Yesterday, on July 30th, I texted a person to sell my Oval Coffee Table on the site, but now I can't find any trace of our conversations. I find this very unusual and it's giving me a bad feeling about the deal. I want to cancel it but since there is no link to send a text message on the site anymore, I'm unable to contact them. I asked for the person's name and phone number on July 30th but now I can't reach out for more information. I need assistance as I don't know who has my personal information. I am concerned that they might try to send me a cashier's check, which I won't accept. I've decided not to sell the table on your site and I want to remove the listing completely. I'm shocked by this situation and the lack of communication regarding the transaction.

I sent a Judith Ripka watch, pendant, aquamarine ring, and free rings to Yesi in a single box. Despite receiving messages to extend the shipping label use, I can't apply them since Yesi already got the package. She will need a refund for the shipping. I want to avoid any repercussions on my account for this. Could you assist with this concern given Yesi's status as a loyal customer? Furthermore, how can I search for cities in the 48 states beyond California? When attempting the search, only cities within a hundred miles of California come up. Your guidance on this matter would be appreciated.

I recently connected with a person on OfferUp for a trade involving rabbit items such as a playpen, treats, litter, and more. Upon setting up the playpen, the parts broke, causing my rabbits to escape, and the litter spilled all over. I tried to reach out via phone to resolve the issue, but the individual declined to return the item, my iPod 5 with accessories, and now I seek a resolution. They can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you.

I sent an email earlier today. It would be helpful to have a phone number for customers to call for issue resolution using the website. I have 13 old listings in my Dropbox and six new offers that don't appear. I've missed out on purchasing an item as the seller couldn't see my offer in time. I'm disappointed with the lack of customer support options. Please provide a phone number for urgent matters. It's frustrating to rely solely on email communication. It would be beneficial to speak with someone to resolve our issues promptly.

I bought an iPhone 6s rose gold from a seller named "Clutch" on TruTou, a trusted seller. The phone I received was not rose gold but regular gold, a detail not mentioned in the item description. Upon starting the phone, it had an Activation lock asking for email and password, not disclosed in the listing. The description claimed the phone was unlocked and ready for use, titled "iPhone 6s Unlocked rose gold." I've contacted OfferUp buyer protection twice with no response in about 8 hours. OfferUp support mentioned a 3-day window until the sale is final, and I'm seeking assistance as I haven't received a reply yet.

I purchased a Honda pressure washer with cash 3 weeks ago. After a short amount of use, it made a loud noise and emitted smoke, so I promptly contacted the seller. Despite their grandmother's illness, they have been unresponsive for 3 weeks. I have requested a replacement that works, a repair, or a refund with no success. After expressing my frustration, they agreed to take the machine back, but refused to refund my money. I am appalled by their response and threatened to contact customer support. They threatened to involve the police in return. I need advice on how to handle this situation as I am left with a faulty product and out of $[redacted]. Thank you, L.M. Email: Lol*******@*****.com. Phone: [redacted].

Hello, My name is Myette Ward. I was browsing your site looking for a car when I found a listing for a [redacted] Infiniti G35 by Diana Robertson, a former U.S. Air Force sergeant. Her profile provided an email address, [redacted] I emailed her about the car, and she shared some background, mentioning eBay would handle the transaction. After providing my information, I received an email with instructions to make a payment at a BTM at a Chevron gas station. I paid $[redacted] as instructed. Later, I was asked for another $[redacted] for insurance via email but couldn't reach the financial department. I've contacted the authorities, submitted an IC3 form, and reached out to eBay and BTM customer service. I have proof of emails, payments, etc. I'm seeking advice on getting my $[redacted] back. I believe the site should improve its screening process for listings. I just want my money returned and hope for a resolution. Thank you for your attention. You can reach me at [redacted]. Sincerely, Myette Ward.

I sold an item through your app and have not received my funds in my bank account yet. The buyer rated me positively for the item, but I've checked with my bank, and they have not seen any incoming deposits. I was informed that the payment has been scheduled, but it's taking longer than expected for the funds to show up, possibly up to 5 days. I've sent three emails seeking help with this issue but have not received any responses. The item's value was $[redacted], and I am frustrated that the funds are not pending in my account despite the sale going through smoothly. Another sale on a different app has already transferred the funds promptly, making this delay confusing. I would appreciate a response to my concerns. You can reach me by email at [redacted] Thank you.

I've been experiencing issues with the help desk for a while now. Not only do I keep getting sad face errors, but my messages are not being received or viewed for over a week. It's frustrating that I have to use the community page every time I encounter this error. I recently sent this through the app's contact page, but had no luck. I hope this message goes through this time. I've noticed my items haven't been looked at for a week, which is unusual. I also have concerns about feedback I received. How can I view feedback? Is it by clicking on the star? I needed to downsize due to an upcoming move but haven't received any messages or views all last week. It's disappointing that my messages often result in errors and I have to re-send multiple times. Additionally, the postal service has provided poor service with scheduled pickups and delivery times. I reached out to a buyer about delayed shipping but haven't received a response. Please assist me in resolving these issues as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.

I have been trying for about 3 weeks to have my money released to me that I've been waiting over a month for from sending out shipments to buyers in other states. I have contacted the help center in the app multiple times the last 3 weeks, and everyone gives me the same unhelpful responses. After a couple of messages, OfferUp refused to continue to stay in contact with me. I have called my bank for the card the money is supposed to be transferred onto, and they do not have it. I have not had an issue receiving money on that card before from OfferUp or any other app, and my balance is still showing in the OfferUp account so I know that OfferUp still has my money. I still want my money, I still expect my money, and I think it's shady that there is no number I can call to report this issue. You can't keep my money; it's mine, and I want it now.

I purchased a car on OfferUp from a seller named Ivory. He advertised a [redacted] Chevrolet Malibu for $[redacted]. After negotiating via text, we settled on $[redacted]. I was only able to provide $[redacted] upfront and agreed to pay the remaining $[redacted] later. Unfortunately, the car was repossessed the next day. I gave him $[redacted], as I withdrew $[redacted] and already had $[redacted] in cash. I feel deceived by Mr. Ivory and believe he should not be allowed to do this on OfferUp. Thank you.

Hello, I have been a loyal user of OfferUp for years and have achieved a five-star rating, gained over [redacted] followers, and successfully sold over 2,[redacted] items. However, recently, I have been facing difficulties as my posted items are not showing up in the news feed on OfferUp, despite following all guidelines. Several weeks ago, I contacted OfferUp regarding a user accusing me of being a scam and using my pictures for fraudulent activities. I reported the user, but it seems like I have been inadvertently banned from the platform since then. Upon reviewing my profile, it is evident that I am a reputable seller. I kindly request for assistance in resolving this issue promptly as I value using OfferUp and wish to continue doing so. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I am new to OfferUp and recently was promised an iPhone X by the user "Ranfi Reynoso" from Deltona, Florida. He claimed to be a reputable seller but turned out to be a scammer. Despite reassuring me about a refund, he is now avoiding the issue and making excuses regarding the iPhone X he was selling for $[redacted]. I am distressed as this was my first purchase on OfferUp, and I was unaware of the app's payment process. I just want my $[redacted] refunded, as he deceived me and took advantage of my unfamiliarity with the platform. I appeal for assistance in retrieving my money and reporting this fraudulent seller. Thank you for understanding my situation.

This is my first time selling on OfferUp. Initially, I mistakenly thought the "sold" icon meant my items were sold, but I re-listed them. I encountered a buyer named Paul ([redacted]) who wanted to purchase two items but was out of town. He asked me to mark them as sold and offered an additional $50 per item. This unfolded over the weekend, and by Sunday, both items were marked sold. Paul mentioned making payment via Zelle and arranging for item pickup, but then disappeared along with his wife's initial message. Concerned about my bank account security after giving him information for the Zelle account, I hope to block him and his wife, claimed to be Liz, from my account. This experience has been distressing, causing me to lose three days. I plan to repost my items and avoid any further interactions with them.

I am having difficulty getting a response to purchase an item on sale. This platform is not like Facebook or Google. I am seeking assistance urgently. It seems there may be a technical issue with Offerup. I am eager to proceed with my purchase but am unable to receive any replies. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
