Despite attempts to update and use the software for tasks like vocabulary improvements, it consistently shuts down. I am based in Virginia, USA, and urgently need assistance to resolve this problem. I am encountering issues with my Dragon 13 Home Edition software. When starting the computer, it does not always initialize correctly. Additionally, when the system enters sleep mode, it struggles to wake up regardless of how many times I prompt it. Furthermore, it experiences frequent freezing episodes. Despite selecting the initialization option during start-up and contacting chat support for assistance in the past, the problems persist. One recurring issue involves the mouse grid failing to operate, particularly when the sound recorder application is running. I recently purchased an AT&T refurbished unlocked Kyocera DuraXE flip phone on eBay. After about a month of use, I noticed Nuance interfering with my calls, blocking them, adjusting the volume, and making calls and texts to unknown numbers. This problem seems to occur mainly when I'm in rural areas with poor reception or on the freeway where the reception is good. I typically use my phone hands-free connected to my car radio, and Nuance only seems to take over in this situation. I had the phone factory reset at an AT&T store, but within 2 days, Nuance reappeared without me doing anything online or opening texts. The store staff didn't recognize Nuance and suspected it might be malicious software. I need assistance in removing Nuance from my phone without having to purchase another one. I've gone through two Alcatel flips in the last year since the 2G transition and miss the reliability of my old Nokia. I prefer basic phones as I don't use touch screens or engage in social media. Unfortunately, my area doesn't have network coverage for 3G phones.

Hello Nuance, I have Dragon Professional Individual installed on my personal laptop. Recently, I encountered issues with either one of the installed programs or Windows 10, making it impossible for me to use most software. Despite trying troubleshooting steps like Windows Repair, Windows Update, and system recovery, none of the repair tools resolved the problem. I eventually sought help from an IT technician who recommended reinstalling Windows on my laptop. Since this process will delete all my programs, including Dragon Professional Individual, I'm wondering if I can reinstall the software using the CD after Windows is reinstalled. I recently purchased a Brother printer HL-L2390DW and it came with Paper Port 14 software for installation. However, upon opening it, I received a message stating that "Paper Port appears to be running Windows XP Compatibility mode," even though I am using Windows 7, not Windows XP. To make matters worse, when trying to access the link provided, I received a [redacted] File or directory not found error. It is disappointing that a reputable company like Brother has been impacted by this issue with the Paper Port 14 software included in the printer installation.

As a loyal customer, I attempted to place an order for Dragon Anywhere today. Despite entering my login password twice, I encountered errors each time. After filling out the requested information twice, I was informed of an existing email associated with mine, even though this is not common. Frustrated, I spent a considerable amount of time on the customer service line provided by Digital River before giving up.

I received an email offering Dragon Home 15 and Movavi Video Suite for $99.99. However, each time I try to purchase them using the links provided, the price in my cart shows as $[redacted] without the free video software. The email specifies that this $99.99 offer expires on 5-31-[redacted]. Despite attempting to place the order since around 10:00 PM Central Time, I cannot find a way to access the offer as advertised. I attempted to contact Nuance sales and technical support, but they are only available Monday through Friday. I bought Dragon Home 15 a month ago for my Windows 8.1 desktop. Initially, it worked fine, but then started causing blue screen errors, now preventing me from using it at all due to user profile issues. After researching, I found out it's incompatible with Windows 8.1. I need assistance to resolve this problem or a refund. It has impacted other programs on my computer as well. Als langjähriger Nutzer aller früheren Dragon-Programme, einschließlich Omnipage und Paperport, bin ich frustriert festzustellen, dass mein Dragon Professional 15 Individual nicht mehr funktioniert. Beim Versuch, das Programm zu öffnen, passiert auf meinem Bildschirm einfach nichts. Sowohl bei Verwendung der CD als auch des Programms DPI_DE_setup, das ich online erworben habe, erhalte ich die Meldung, dass bereits ein neueres Programm installiert sei und zuerst deinstalliert werden müsse, damit ich das ältere installieren kann. Dieser Zusammenhang ist mir nicht klar. Ich wäre über eine Rückmeldung in deutscher Sprache dankbar, da mein Englisch eher begrenzt ist. Danke für Ihre Hilfe.
