After mentioning passing out Halloween candy, my husband and I received death threats and nasty comments, even towards our pets and property. Despite attempts to apologize, the situation escalated with negative messages on social media, confrontations at stores, and relentless harassing contacts. I deleted my accounts but learned the posts were still causing trouble. I rejoined in an effort to remove the posts, but could only hide them from my feed, which did not resolve the issue.

I recently sent an email which I accidentally lost while trying to resize the window. I am frustrated about being doxed along with my spouse and our dog on the "Western Ranches" website in Redding, CA on November 5th, [redacted]. The individual responsible for this is identified as Ted Koning. I am inquiring about your policies regarding doxing. I am requesting the removal of his post entitled "Two large Husky dogs attacked me and my dog" from your site. Furthermore, I believe that access to the site should be restricted for Ted Koning due to both the doxing incident and the false accusations he made about our dogs. Behavior like this highlights the dangers of social media. Clear guidelines should be established for website usage, and posts should be monitored for violations to ensure a safer online community.

I have been trying to reach the Nextdoor Leaders without success. My job postings keep getting rejected as they think I am advertising. I run a Senior Move Management company, which may be unclear to most. This role involves various tasks like sorting, moving, charity pickups, and more. I need staff members who understand and can handle these responsibilities. Although I pay for ads, I specifically need individuals in the Coral Springs area who can operate the work van. I am not looking for day laborers or basic movers, but team leaders who can fulfill the unique requirements of the job. I am struggling to find the right people and describe the job accurately without being flagged for advertising. I believe I may have been scammed or taken advantage of by Brendon Robinson. He has been making excuses for not returning my laptop, ignores most of my texts, and even got Nextdoor to delete some of my posts that contradict his excuses. I am seeking assistance in retrieving my laptop and I urge Nextdoor to investigate this matter and possibly remove him from the platform. It is important to consider my perspective as the victim in this situation, especially since he still has possession of my laptop.

I serve as the lead for the Tilden Area in St. Paul, MN. I have noticed concerns raised by a Nextdoor neighbor regarding the recent addition of the St. Paul Police Department (SPPD) to our network. The St. Paul Fire Department is already a member and shares necessary information. Nextdoor Admin assured us that the SPPD joining would not grant them access to view our posts or responses from neighbors. It was emphasized that the SPPD will not be able to see our content. A few days ago, I tried to post about tutoring services on Post and Nextdoor but it was flagged as inappropriate. I believe it might have been flagged by a competitor offering the same services. Yesterday, I couldn't access my account due to a name issue. I mistakenly entered "WilsoM" instead of my correct last name "Wilson." I recently corrected it, but my account was still suspended. My husband, Larry Wilson, also uses the app. We take pride in our name and have no reason to falsify it. I'm unsure why my post keeps getting flagged while similar ones are not. I hope the platform can review this to prevent unfair competition via flagging.

As a musician, I'm finding it challenging to share my schedule with my community on Nextdoor. Currently, I use Facebook, but not everyone in my neighborhood is on that platform. The administrator, who no longer lives nearby, keeps removing my posts, claiming self-promotion. Is there a way to share my performances without violating the guidelines? Also, is it appropriate for someone who doesn't live in or near our community to be an administrator on Nextdoor? I'm hoping to find a solution that allows me to inform locals about my gigs without causing any inconvenience or breaking any rules.

1. As a retired private investigator, I've noticed that some users on this forum are not using their real names, causing issues. 2. I live in Palmdale/Lancaster/Quartz Hill, where numbered streets run East to West and letter streets run North to South. I've observed that Avenue L and M-8 are parallel streets in an area. 3. I want to report an individual named Walter Jimison for being racist and disrespectful, especially towards children. It seems like this person is using a fake name. 4. NextDoor, you required me to use my real name, but there is a user named Walter Jimison attacking me because of my child's rare medical condition. I believe all users should adhere to the same rules about using real names on the site. 5. There is a business called Alliance Business & Shipping Center run by a woman with mental health issues in our community. I am a member of Nextdoor Sugarmill. Yesterday, during a private message conversation, a person from Green Acres was rude to me, telling me to go back to Clearwater. I responded by suggesting they go back up North, and now I have been banned for two weeks after the other person reported me. I feel unfairly treated as the person who initiated the conflict remains on the site. The conversation happened privately to avoid public confrontation, and I believe the ban is unjust. In my neighborhood, there was an incident where false accusations were made about my child. Even though the pictures and names have been removed, the descriptions of their bikes and the damage done remain on the post, which has led to threats and attacks towards me and my family. I have reached out to the moderators twice, but the post has not been taken down. This violates Nextdoor’s Member Agreement & Community Guidelines, specifically the privacy policy regarding sharing neighbors' information without permission. I am requesting the removal of this post for the safety of my family, as the behavior displayed goes against the guidelines for respecting privacy.

I have encountered an issue with logging in to my app using two separate email addresses for my different residences. Despite trying to reset my password multiple times through the "forgot password" option, I have not been able to successfully sign in to my second residence account, [redacted] It seems like the app may only recognize one email on a device, preventing me from logging out and back in. I want to use my main residence email, [redacted], solely on my iPad and [redacted] only on my iPhone. This setup was functional until recently, and I am experiencing continuous invalid username or password errors. I believe I was mistakenly blocked from your site for being labeled as "unfriendly." This is inaccurate as I was simply responding to individuals questioning my integrity. While discussing a local HOA, disagreement arose, and I defended myself without being disrespectful. Unfortunately, those with differing political views utilized the complaint system to silence my voice. I feel my freedom of expression and ability to defend my reputation are being unfairly restricted.

I am having trouble accessing my Berkeley Nextdoor account. I own homes in both Berkeley, CA, and La Jolla, CA, and receive summaries for both accounts. The email address for the Berkeley account is [redacted], while the La Jolla account is under [redacted] I have tried to log in using the correct password, which is the same for both accounts, but keep receiving an error message stating the username and password do not match. Despite attempting a password reset, I have not received any reset emails, even after checking my spam folder. I am trying to identify the owner of the property at [redacted] Freeport Drive. The excessive trash on the car porch is becoming an eyesore for our street. Despite already reporting the issue once, it seems the situation has worsened, possibly indicating that the occupants have moved out and left the mess out of spite. Furthermore, concerns about the deteriorating sun deck at the back of the house are alarming. If left unaddressed, this could attract pests like snakes and rats. There was also a worrying sighting of a dog in a cage, which I fear may have been abandoned. It is crucial to address these issues promptly for the welfare of the neighborhood and any animals involved.

I recently listed two items for sale on the NextDoor app a few days ago. I noticed that I received two notifications from potential buyers three days ago, but I did not receive any emails to respond to them. When I clicked on the notifications in the app, I couldn't find any option to reply to the interested parties, and I also didn't see any names or neighborhoods provided. It's frustrating because NextDoor advises against sharing contact information in postings, yet I can't get the necessary details to communicate with potential buyers. I really need to sell these items within the next 7 days, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I initially signed up using my friend's address to get started before moving to a new location. The app asks to send a postcard to the first address entered, but I need to update it to my current one. However, when I try to change it, the system says the email is already in use. I really want to use this app but facing this issue. Please assist me in resolving this glitch.

For almost two months, I have been attempting to receive tech support from GetHuman and Nextdoor. Unfortunately, I have not received a single response. I am struggling to figure out how to delete the apps. Despite being free, these apps have been unhelpful as I cannot reach anyone for support. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance, given that Nextdoor is a vital tool for my community. I hope to receive a response soon to address my concerns.

I need help deleting posts with incorrect information I previously shared. Despite following the instructions provided, when I click on the three bars at the bottom or the right drop-down next to my name, I only see options like hide and share, but not delete post or delete event. I have two items I needed to remove due to the inaccuracies, so I resorted to deleting my account to ensure they are no longer visible. Any assistance would be appreciated. Barb
