I have not made any request to close my Myntra account. Can you provide proof of the account closure on June 28, [redacted], including the recording? I bought the item "Dresstive Multicolour Lehenga Choli" on July 6, but I have not received the refund in my bank account yet, even though you have all my bank details. Your representative asked me to update my bank information on Myntra, but my account is suspended, so I cannot log in. I have been very disturbed for the past 10 days because the refund has not been processed. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the issue to the consumer court. Kindly process my refund without delay.

I purchased two kurta tops from Myntra. On July 14th, I received a message indicating early delivery, and the Myntra website shows the items as delivered. However, I have not yet received my order. I have already paid for the products and despite registering a complaint, I was informed the matter would be resolved by July 19th. Unfortunately, I have not received any further updates on the situation. Today, I reached out to them again and was told an update would be provided within 48 hours. I am losing faith in the Myntra team. I need assistance in either obtaining a refund or receiving my order.

Hello, I encountered an issue with an order I received on July 23, [redacted]. When attempting to return the item on July 24, [redacted], I am unable to locate the return option. Despite waiting for 10-15 minutes to chat with a representative, I was unsuccessful in connecting. The customer care phone line prompts me to select options but offers no resolution, as no one joins the call. Furthermore, when trying to exchange for a different size, it indicates that delivery to my address is not possible, yet the item was delivered on July 23, [redacted]. I am requesting either an exchange or a refund for the product promptly, as this situation raises serious concerns about Myntra's service quality. I am seeking a quick refund resolution.

I purchased a lifelong body massager on August 1st, and on August 3rd, I received it, but to my disappointment, it was used and second hand. The delivery person left without providing any explanation. I contacted customer service to report the issue, and now the delivery agency is pressuring me to cancel the order, which I don't want to do. I've spent four days calling the senior staff and regular call center, but no one seems to have a solution to this problem. It's frustrating to waste so much time on this complaint. This experience has made me question why anyone would want to purchase products from Mantra online.

Two days ago, I received an order that I had actually intended to cancel before it was shipped. On the day of delivery (2 days back - 8/8/23), the delivery agent contacted me during the delivery process. I informed him of my wish to cancel the order. Despite this, he explained that cancelling was not an option and requested that I accept the delivery so I could return it to him. I followed his instructions, accepted the order, and received a confirmation that the product was delivered. However, when I informed the delivery agent of my desire to cancel immediately after receiving it, he instructed me to return it right away without providing an OTP for the return process. Currently, my profile still reflects that the product was delivered without any mention of a return or refund initiation. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I recently purchased a OnePlus Bluetooth earphone for [redacted] rupees on Myntra. Upon receiving the product, I noticed it was very lightweight. I recorded an unboxing video showing that the product was completely sealed. After contacting customer service, my ticket was closed without a satisfactory response. Despite providing strong video evidence, they claim they sent the product correctly and refuse to assist further. I am unsure how to proceed in this situation.

I have two Myntra orders that need to be returned. We requested a return on September 6, [redacted], with a tentative pickup date of September 13, [redacted]. Due to a family death, we had to leave town, and the package is still at home. Today, September 7, [redacted], the courier attempted pickup, but it failed, and I kept receiving SMS notifications from Myntra. I would like to reschedule the pickup for September 11, [redacted], as we will only be back after that date. Unfortunately, I can't find a way to contact the Myntra team. Please assist.

I recently placed an order to exchange my Vero Moda jeans for a Lifestyle pair, but even though my Vero Moda order has been picked up, I have not received the replacement yet. The amount for the exchange was deducted, and according to the order update, the exchange has been delivered. I contacted customer care, but unfortunately, they were not helpful. The delivery agent mentioned a new policy where orders over [redacted] rupees are picked up first, and the exchange order would follow in 2-3 days. However, I am confused as the order status indicates that the exchange order has already been delivered.

I recently received a pair of shoes that didn't fit, so I initiated a return. The return pick-up dates were unexpectedly long, leading to further delays and eventual closure of my return request. Despite contacting customer service, I faced the same issues again, and after significant effort, a pick-up was eventually arranged. However, upon pick-up, the delivery associate claimed the product was used, though I had received it in its original condition. The brand name on the footbed had faded, but upon checking images on the Myntra app, it was evident that the fading was pre-existing. It seems likely that the product had been tried by multiple customers before me. Now, they have exceeded my return window and are refusing the return, despite the footwear having a new sole and all tags intact.

I requested an exchange for my order. The return was picked up four days ago, but I have not received the exchange item. The status shows that it was delivered, but it was not. I contacted Myntra support with case ID IN[redacted][redacted], and they said it would be resolved by September 20th, but there has been no response from the team. I am very disappointed with Myntra and would like a refund for the undelivered item.

I have raised a complaint multiple times, yet Myntra has not resolved the issue. The team did not share complete return details with the pickup partner, resulting in the agent rejecting the item during pickups multiple times. This has happened for the 4th time. Despite my efforts of providing product details, images, and barcodes, the return process is still not going smoothly. I initiated the return complaint on September 10th, and as of today, September 21st, Myntra has yet to resolve the issue.

I recently ordered an H&M flower vase, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with it. When I tried to return it, I was informed that I needed to self-ship the product. Despite covering the courier charges and sending it back, after an entire month, I received an email from the Myntra team stating that it had failed the quality check and was being returned. This is frustrating since I never even opened the package. I merely glanced at the size through the outer cover before initiating the return. I am disappointed with the customer service experience. Furthermore, I have noticed a decline in Myntra's service ever since they collaborated with Flipkart.

Twice, my exchange order for the Erry smocked top and pants was canceled due to an issue on YOUR END. I lost the time window for return/exchange because of this. Now, when I tried to create an exchange request, it wasn't enabled. I had to create a return request as it was the last day to do so. I lost time because of Myntra's faults. How will Myntra resolve this issue? I wanted to exchange the product, not return it. I was forced to do so because today was the last day.

I requested an exchange for the Annabelle by Pantaloons Striped Sleeveless Slim Fit Formal Shirt due to a size issue. On September 15th, the delivery person picked up the return but did not give me the exchanged item. After I inquired, he assured me the item would be delivered separately. However, the App marked it as delivered on the same day. I lodged a complaint on September 16th, but the problem remains unresolved. Customer service agents keep asking me to wait for 24 hours. Despite calling them four times a week, they do not offer a solution or a definite timeline for resolving the issue.

I purchased a saree for INR [redacted] on Myntra, but the product I received looks nothing like the one displayed online. I initiated a return and refund request, which was accepted by the seller. I recently ordered 3 parts for my car, but encountered payment issues. An employee provided me with their personal number to assist after the shop closed. Despite reassurances that my order was placed, I grew concerned when I couldn't confirm. Several attempts to reach the contact were unsuccessful. Finally, upon speaking with someone today, I discovered they were not in the sales department. I was promised a transfer and then unexpectedly disconnected. None of the provided phone numbers seem to be responsive, leaving me without a receipt or tracking number. This situation is frustrating as I've been unable to use my car for 3 weeks now. I urgently need either a refund or the tracking information. I truly appreciate any help in resolving this issue as quickly as possible.

I ordered a black shoe around September 1st, but instead received a green one between September 7th and 10th. Unhappy with the color, I initiated an exchange. Despite several attempts to return the item, it was only collected on October 4th. I chose Myntra credits for a faster refund process after quality verification. I anticipated a resolution by today, October 14th, but Myntra keeps extending the refund timeline, most recently to at least October 17th. This ongoing issue has dragged on for one and a half months without a resolution in sight. It's frustrating to continuously follow up with Myntra for a refund that should have been handled promptly. The item reached them on October 8th, passed the quality check, but as of October 14th, my money hasn't been refunded. Their continual delays in providing a concrete refund date are exasperating. This whole process started before the Durga Puja festival around September 1st, but it's now almost Ponchomi without a resolution. The experience with Myntra's service has been incredibly disappointing, leaving me frustrated and powerless.
