Dear Team Myntra,
I am writing regarding my recent purchase of the 'Tied Ribbons set of 4 artificial marigold flowers hanging garland torans with bells'. Upon receiving the product, I discovered that the color of the flowers did not match the description on your website, as they were red instead of orange. After attempting an exchange (cancelled due to quality concerns) and deciding to return the item, I encountered issues during the pickup process. The agent claimed the item did not match the website photo, despite this being my exact concern. I contacted customer care, and Incident IN[redacted][redacted] was created to address the situation. I provided all necessary details and images, yet the issue remained unresolved by the expected date of Oct 10. Following up, I was assured of a pickup within 5 days and a refund in 7 to 10 days. However, the return was cancelled by the courier on Oct 13, and the incident was closed without my confirmation. I am disappointed with the handling of this matter and request a thorough investigation to prevent similar customer experiences in the future.

On October 25th, I received an order for a women's peach solid pullover in size M. However, it didn't fit me perfectly, so I requested an exchange for size S. Unfortunately, my exchange order was canceled by Myntra without any notification. I have been trying to contact customer service but have been unable to reach them. Can someone from Customer Service please call me back to confirm the status of my exchange?

I purchased the Kayayurveda Whitening body lotion SPF 15+ Skin Lightening and Brightening lotion for [redacted] rupees. Additionally, I ordered the Rabenda soothing, calming, and healing body lotion with turmeric and aloe vera cream for normal, dry, and itchy skin in a 100ml pack for [redacted] rupees. Instead of receiving these, I got the Kayayurveda honey almonds body lotion and Kayayurveda winter body lotion ultra-nourishing.

I need help with @myntra #myntrasupport. I ordered a Haute Sauce campus by Sutra handbag worth Rs [redacted], but I received the wrong product. I requested a return and refund, but the delivery person refused to take it back, claiming they hadn't received any mail from Myntra authorizing the return. I want the handbag I originally ordered. Despite numerous calls to customer service, I have not received a satisfactory response. The status updates show the item is out for pickup, but no one has come in the past two days, and pickup attempts have failed. I have proof of the wrong product and will file a complaint with the national consumer court if this issue is not resolved promptly. The dealer is fraudulent, and Myntra is not assisting in taking back the incorrect product.

Dear Sir,
I received a delivery from Myntra on October 30, [redacted], consisting of 7 clothing items. I attempted to return a product worth approximately Rs.[redacted] on November 13, within the exchange/return window. However, the refund amount was erroneously calculated at only Rs.26. When I tried to exchange the item, the app displayed an error message repeatedly. Seeking assistance in the chat help center, I was told the return/exchange window had closed. I expressed my frustration and requested to speak to a senior representative. They provided me with the customer care number, prompting me to call. Feeling unsettled about my money and the situation, I reached out to Myntra's customer care team. Unfortunately, they reiterated that the window had closed on November 12, [redacted], disregarding the given return/exchange deadline of the 13th. Despite my efforts to explain this discrepancy, I was met with a polite apology citing company policy. I find myself at a loss and seek clarification. Surprisingly, despite being bought at the end of September, these shoes, used only a few times, already show the logos peeling off due to their old age - the manufacture date indicates they are from January [redacted], which amounts to 23-year-old shoes.
