Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Myntra. We recently purchased two shoes and other items for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately, upon receiving the Puma shoes, we discovered they did not fit my 13-year-old son. He tried them on for only a few minutes and found them uncomfortable, so we initiated a return request the same day. While the other two items were accepted for return, the Puma shoes were deemed ineligible due to allegedly being used. My son had only worn them briefly to check the fit, and we are puzzled by the decision. We are a reputable family and found it disheartening to have our return request denied. We are scheduled to travel abroad after the 20th of May and would appreciate a prompt resolution to the refund process. I kindly request assistance in expediting this matter. Thank you.

I didn't like the dress I bought, so I returned it. Another customer came to pick up their orders, but they were given my return by mistake along with their items. The second customer made a mistake by taking the wrong order, which was mine, and now they are not answering their phone. I have their number, and they are claiming that they have received their delivery today. However, when I checked, the dress I returned earlier is still there, and the customer has taken another dress instead of theirs. They had two orders but ended up taking three.

I recently purchased a Varanga kurta set from Myntra. Upon receiving the product, I changed my mind and requested a return. The delivery agent picked up the item after inspecting it. Surprisingly, I received a text the same day stating that the return request was put on hold due to not passing quality check. I have been attempting to reach Customer Care without success.

I wanted to let you know that I placed an order recently, but due to a delay in delivery, I decided to cancel it on 3rd May. However, I have yet to receive my refund.
I've reached out multiple times over the last few days but haven't received any response. I am really looking forward to getting my money back as quickly as possible.

I placed an order for crocs through the Myntra app, but I have not received the item. Despite my complaint, Myntra claims it was delivered according to their records. I have been a loyal elite member of Myntra for a long time and I am disappointed with this situation. I reported the issue on May 14th, but it was closed without a thorough investigation. I did not share the OTP with the delivery person, so I am confused as to how it shows as delivered in your system. Kindly check with your delivery personnel. I urge you to investigate and process a refund promptly as this has been a frustrating experience for me.

I would like to address my two orders that were returned on May 29, [redacted]. One is the Taavi top costing [redacted] and the Dressberry top costing [redacted], which were placed through Shashanki Mishra’s account.
The refunded money was sent to an old credit card account that was closed around 5 to 6 years ago. I usually do all my transactions through my UPI account, so I am unsure how the Myntra team obtained the details of this closed account.
If a transfer was indeed made to a closed account, the funds will be rejected and returned to the original sender. I kindly request that the money be returned to my UPI account instead. Otherwise, I will have to take strict action against Myntra.

I recently ordered a dress, tried it once, and didn't like the fit. I requested a return but the delivery person claimed it was used, even though it wasn't. After speaking with customer service, they promised the delivery person would return to check the dress's quality for pickup. However, it's been 10 days and no one has come yet. My attempts to contact customer service have been unsuccessful. I am eager to have this issue resolved promptly. I prefer the refund to go back to my bank account, but I am open to receiving it in my store account if that expedites the process. Please assist me with returning the dress quickly. On May 30, [redacted], I placed an order for PUMA Softride Slide on Myntra with an Order ID of #[redacted][redacted]1. The expected delivery date was June 5, [redacted]. However, the tracking information shows that the package has been at the "Arrived at Nearby Delivery Centre" status since June 2, [redacted]. I have not received any updates or communication regarding the delay so far.
I am disappointed by the lack of direct customer care support available. The reliance on automated systems like IVR or chatbots has left me feeling frustrated. I suggest providing customers with more options to directly contact your team, such as a helpline or live chat support.
I also have additional prepaid orders on Myntra, and I hope these products will be delivered on time.

I received the Levi's Jeans on June 5th, [redacted], and immediately requested a return the same day due to a mismatch with the product description. The original pick-up date was set for June 14th, but the return request got canceled today without any explanation. Hello @MyntraSupport, I have an account with Myntra and used it to order a cargo pant for [redacted] rupees. Due to not having access to that number, I requested Myntra to recover my account. After submitting the required documents as per their request, they kept asking for more details repeatedly for 10 days. Once they confirmed my account was recovered via email, the link provided to reset the password was not functional. Despite my attempts to resolve this, I kept receiving the same non-working link. It has been frustrating dealing with this issue for half a month. I just want a refund for the order I never received due to not being able to access my account. I have asked numerous times for help with my account recovery, but the situation remains unresolved.

I recently received my order from Myntra, including the Inc 5 flats, but noticed that there were no price tags included. I have an account number [redacted]. I placed an order for saffaras jeans, but received low-quality men's jeans instead. I filed a complaint and provided all the necessary information, but the pickup person is refusing to take the return. They claim the product picture does not match the mislabeled item and won't accept the return until the picture is updated. I've complained five times, but no action has been taken. Each day, the pickup person arrives and refuses to take the return. I need assistance with this issue.

I recently purchased a pair of Puma shoes, but when I received my order on June 18th, I found a different pair of local shoes in the package. I contacted customer service the next day to return the shoes, but the delivery person refused to pick them up as they were not the correct product. I reached out to Myntra customer care, and they opened an initial case for the failed pickup (Issue No - IN[redacted][redacted]). However, after no response, I contacted them again on June 20th, and they opened a new case for receiving the wrong product (Issue No - IN[redacted][redacted]). They requested images of the box and the shoes, which I promptly provided. Despite the reassurance of a response by June 22nd, I have not heard back from Myntra even after multiple follow-up calls on June 22nd and today, June 25th.

I recently made an order including 3 Tokya Talkies jeans and 1 All Around jeans, totaling Rs [redacted]. I requested a return on June 5, [redacted]. Despite the approval of my return request on June 6, I have not received my refund. I have tried reaching out to various members of your customer service team, from champions to senior supervisors, with no satisfactory response. The timeline for the resolution keeps getting extended whenever I contact Myntra. It has been 16 days since this issue began. The reference numbers provided by your team seem to be bank reference numbers, and my bank has confirmed that they have not received any refund from Myntra. I am disappointed in the lack of support and service provided. I am requesting immediate action to reflect the refund in my bank account.

I purchased a smartwatch priced at $[redacted]. The total amount with convenience charge came to $[redacted]. However, I received a small-sized smartwatch, and upon returning it, I was only refunded $[redacted], not the full amount I paid. I understand the convenience fee, but since I returned the product, I believe the full amount should be refunded. I purchased Nike shoes from Myntra, and the delivery boy Mukesh picked them up, but I haven't received any confirmation yet. I have been trying to contact him for the past 15 days, but he is not answering my calls or messages. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of service provided by Myntra. My bag delivery is already delayed, it was supposed to arrive at my home by Saturday. Several attempts have been made for delivery, but all have failed. I have been accused of not being available, causing the delivery to fail. The delivery is now 3 days late, supposed to be by the 12th of July. Hello, I am writing to inform you that our order for a 3-piece safari luggage set placed on the 16th of June only contained one suitcase upon delivery. The medium and small suitcases were missing from the package. We have extensively communicated with your customer care team via the app and over the phone, clearly requesting either the missing products to be sent or a refund issued. Despite being directed to return the single suitcase for a full refund including courier charges, the return address provided in Hyderabad does not accept Myntra products and has sent it back to us. We have diligently explained this situation to your customer service representatives, provided the necessary documentation through the app, and were assured a refund by the 6th of July. As of now, we have not received the refund, and the case has been prematurely closed without resolution. We are actively attempting to contact your team via the app and phone to no avail. Kindly expedite either sending the missing suitcases or refunding the amount promptly.
