I ordered a Titan analog watch with a round dial, but I received a Titan watch with a square dial. When I tried to return the product, the delivery person rejected it because it did not match the image of the ordered item. I attempted to contact customer support, but they were unhelpful and even blocked my access to reaching out to them. After informing me they would investigate the issue and asking me to wait 24 hours, they eventually sent a message dismissing my request. I no longer want the product from Myntra; I just want my refund. Myntra is not handling customer concerns well. Please assist me in getting my refund.

I attempted to buy some items via internet banking from account ending in [redacted], with a payment of Rs. [redacted] on March 18th. Although the amount was deducted from my account, the order did not go through. I made a subsequent attempt with the same amount, and once again, Rs. [redacted] was debited, but the order was unsuccessful. I promptly reported the issue, and an agent assured me that the funds would be refunded within 7 days. I indeed received one credit of Rs. [redacted] on March 24th, but the second failed transaction of Rs. [redacted] has not been refunded yet. I kindly request a swift resolution to this matter. Thank you.

I am reaching out to address a delivery issue involving the agent in Delhi with phone number +[redacted]90. We encountered problems with this delivery agent three times. During the first instance, the agent falsely claimed a dog was blocking the delivery to our second-floor doorstep, despite the dog being non-threatening. The second time, the agent didn't attempt to reach me for a product exchange/return. Lastly, when my husband reassured the agent about the dog, he still refused to deliver the product to our doorstep. I believe the agent is deliberately avoiding proper service by using the dog as an excuse. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and assign a different, more professional delivery agent to handle my exchange and return. I expect to receive the level of service I deserve, as this experience has been truly disappointing. I await your swift action on this issue.

My order was delivered on time, but the status still shows "out for delivery." Unfortunately, I need to return the product due to a size issue. I've reached out to customer care multiple times, but they have not resolved the problem and keep asking me to wait. It's frustrating because the customer care line takes almost half an hour to answer, only to request more waiting. I even spoke to the courier, who assured me it's not his fault. He requested that I send him the courier receipt via WhatsApp so he could attempt the delivery again, but it's been 6 days, and the status has not been updated. This has been a "worst experience" shopping on Myntra.

I submitted a return request ID [redacted] for the Embellished Maxi dress. I missed the courier partner's call due to my busy workload, causing the request to be rescheduled for pickup on 14th March. Unfortunately, the courier canceled the return without attempting to pick it up at my flat as expected. This cancellation leaves me in possession of the dress unnecessarily. I find it unfair and disappointing that the courier didn't make the effort to collect it. I am unable to reach a customer service representative to address this issue. Please rectify this situation promptly. If possible, arrange for the dress to be retrieved and refund my payment.

Hello sir, my name is Mustaqeem and my shop is named Ali John Shopping Shop. I am speaking from Nainital, Uttarakhand. My issue is that when customers search for Sony original headphones in my shop, they are presented with copy local quality headphones. Due to this, many customers make fun of me, saying that I send local goods and they refuse to buy from me. I explain that it is a friend's copy, but the rates are much lower. However, the customers still want original products, so they end up going to Amazon. Please keep original products on Glowroad and my customer returned the parcel without opening it because it arrived very late, and they bought the product elsewhere. I requested an exchange for my Mast and Harbour t-shirt to size L. Unfortunately, the delivery person mistakenly picked up my Roadster t-shirt from Myntra instead of the exchanged item. I lodged a complaint with Myntra on the 18th, and they instructed me to resolve the issue by the 21st of April. However, the matter remains unresolved, and I have not received any updates from Myntra executives. I have been calling Myntra daily, speaking to at least 4-5 representatives, and spending 5-6 hours on the phone with them, but the issue persists with no solution in sight.

I am writing to address my frustration and disappointment regarding the return of my order #[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. I have attempted to contact Myntra through the app chat and Twitter, but I have yet to receive a satisfactory response.
On April 14, [redacted], I requested a return due to the product not meeting the quality standards advertised on your website. I purchased a dress from Myntra, but the delivery was delayed. Upon receiving it, the product looked different from the picture, so I returned it. I purchased a Biba Kurta set, but they delivered the wrong color, size, and pattern. After agreeing to exchange it, they later claimed it was a different product. Finally, after numerous calls, they agreed to the exchange, but failed to deliver on the scheduled date. When I had to relocate, I contacted the delivery person assigned for the morning delivery, but he insisted on delivering the next night, after my relocation. Despite contacting customer service and them agreeing to pick up the wrong item from my new address, nothing has been done. Each time I raise the issue, they mark it as resolved without any action. I bought the Sangria Teen Girls Bandhni printed Kurti with plazzo in size 11-12. I encountered sizing issues and found the product quality subpar. The item was non-returnable but exchangeable. Despite the assurance to exchange for a new product, only a size change for the same item was provided. Reaching customer care was challenging due to lengthy wait times on IVR. I received a fake product from Myntra. When I tried to return it, they claimed it failed a quality test and sent it back. After speaking with multiple supervisors, a case manager finally approved my claim. The manager asked me to collect the reshipment and contact them for a return as they would initiate the return process. Today, I checked the app and it shows the product as delivered, although I haven't received it yet. They assured me a 48-hour window for delivery, but it has not arrived. I am left without the product or a refund.

I purchased a dress valued at 6,[redacted] rupees and returned it when it arrived. The tracker indicates that the pickup was denied, which is not the case as I did return the item. On the 11th of April, I received my order, which was a pair of Nike Air Force shoes worth [redacted] rupees. However, I was disappointed to find that the shoes were dirty and in a size smaller than what I had ordered. I returned the order, but it was not picked up as expected. After making a complaint, the delivery person again put the product on hold. Despite the shoes being in their original box with tags, when I contacted Mantra's help desk, they claimed the product had passed all quality checks and discontinued return and exchange services.
