Hello Myntra, I'm Faizan Beg. I placed an order for my Asian shoes on 6th August, but I have yet to receive it. The Myntra app does not display any promised delivery date. I contacted Myntra agents multiple times since the 6th of August regarding this issue, but it has not been resolved. Today, when I called Myntra again, they asked me to wait for another 3 business days, which is the same response I received previously. Please address and resolve my issue promptly. Thank you.

Hello Support Team, I ordered Max Women's walking non-marking shoes from Mohali on September 27th, and it was delivered on October 4th. However, upon receiving the order, I found the fit to be unsatisfactory and requested a return on October 4th. The product was picked up by Ekart logistics on October 5th. Despite this, I received a message from Ekart logistics on October 5th at 11:15 pm stating that my return pickup was rejected by Myntra. Myntra seems to be facing issues with the pickup process, and as a result, my refund is being delayed. I no longer have the product in my possession, yet Myntra has not initiated the refund process. I am eager to receive my refund promptly. I have attached the necessary proofs for your reference. Please address this matter expeditiously.

Hi, I ordered the Roadster Women's Blue High-Rise Flared Stretchable Jeans from Myntra, but to my surprise, I received an orange-colored skirt on October 2nd. I immediately requested an exchange for the correct product and also emailed [redacted] Unfortunately, I have not received a response from them yet. Today, on October 9th, someone came to exchange the product but did not complete the exchange. I applied for the exchange because the delivered product was different, but it was not exchanged because the exchange representative claimed it was a different product. It is frustrating and confusing. I am shocked by their services and I want to inquire if they actually inspect the product before delivery or if they blindly pack orders without verifying them. Are they even checking their emails or are they just ignoring customer concerns? I urgently request Myntra to send me the correct product and address this matter promptly as I have been waiting for my order for a long time. I am writing about my recent purchase from Myntra, specifically the Roadster Women's Elegant Rose Self-Design T-shirt with Trousers. I received a defective set with a black stain on the trousers and a torn pocket section. My order ID is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. When I tried to return it, the delivery agent refused due to the same defects. Despite contacting customer service and filing two complaints, nothing was resolved. I am extremely disappointed with Myntra's lack of action and customer service. It is unfair that I should have to pay for a product that was sent to me in such poor condition. Regarding my complaint IN[redacted][redacted] today, I received an empty box of Hiara jewels in a tampered parcel inside a larger package. I escalated this immediately after opening it and am disappointed as a regular customer. My family is upset, and I now question ordering from your app. Please refund INR [redacted] to my bank account. Despite the customer care executive's reassurances, this incident has left me distraught and wary. I trust in your integrity and hope this issue can be resolved satisfactorily. I reported this promptly, as it erodes trust and disappoints loyal customers like myself. My family is upset over this incident. I urge you to refund INR [redacted] to my bank account for the item I did not receive. I had a distressing experience but your customer service representative assured me. This is the first time something like this has happened to me in over 10 years of online shopping. Merely stating that the logistics were checked is not a satisfactory resolution. It suggests a serious issue within your warehouse or delivery process. I have never previously raised unjustified concerns, so please trust my complaint. Good afternoon, I recently ordered two sweatshirts, the Dressberry Women's White Black Sweatshirt and the Dressberry Women's Bright Orange Sweatshirt. I returned both items, but during the pick up, the delivery boy named Suraj Wadnere mistakenly took both sweatshirts instead of just one. As a result, I only received a refund for one sweatshirt, and the refund for the other sweatshirt, totaling Rs. [redacted], is missing. I contacted Myntra's customer service three days ago, but they keep asking for more time without resolving the issue. I am disappointed and frustrated with their response. I kindly request a refund of the missing amount within two days; otherwise, I may have to escalate the matter further. Thank you.

On the 10th of October, I ordered 7 sarees, one from Saree Mall brand and six from Mitera Saree on Myntra. The order was cash on delivery. On the 20th of October, the delivery driver came and my father paid ₹[redacted] for 6 sarees, but we only received 3 when opened. The next day, the delivery guy returned with the other 3 sarees and demanded more money, claiming we hadn't paid. My father explained the situation but the delivery guy fled. After contacting Myntra's customer care, they promised to resolve the issue within 48 hours, but it took longer. The escalation supervisor, Adiba, assured the problem would be fixed by the 28th, but no update came. When I complained again on the 31st, customer service claimed the issue was closed since they were informed the products were delivered. Despite my complaints, my account was suspended. I've been a loyal Myntra customer since [redacted] and this treatment is unacceptable. Please help.

On November 9, [redacted], I placed an order with Myntra comprising 5 products in one transaction. By November 16, I had received 3 of the items, but the app displayed all 5 as delivered. I reached out to Myntra's customer service, and they opened a ticket for the missing 2 products. They assured me the problem would be resolved by November 21. However, upon following up on November 21, they requested an additional 24-48 hours to address the issue.

I wanted to share that on December 1st, I attempted to purchase items from Myntra using Zest Money for $[redacted].00, which was set up as a 6-month EMI plan. Unfortunately, due to technical issues with Myntra's payment gateway, the order was unsuccessful, but the amount was still debited. Zest Money has requested a confirmation email from Myntra stating that the payment failed and the funds were returned to the initial payment method. Could you please provide me with the confirmation that the order was not processed and the amount was refunded? Thank you.

I would like to report an issue regarding the delivery agent assigned to my address at 60 feet road in Chattarpur, New Delhi. The behavior of the delivery agent was very rude, showing a bad attitude. When he came to deliver the product, he did not hand it over to me. Since I live on the 3rd floor, it takes about 3-4 minutes to reach me, but he did not wait and left with a lot of attitude. This kind of behavior has been experienced by my friends who live in the same area as well. I kindly request a change in the assigned delivery agent to avoid customers facing such issues in the future. Thank you.

I received an incorrect item instead of my original order. I requested an exchange for the correct item, but the delivery partner refused to pick it up, citing a mismatch. I was advised to lodge a complaint with Myntra for the exchange to proceed. Despite raising multiple complaints, I have not received any helpful updates from Myntra's support team. I placed orders for a red hang-up and blue phants, but I only received a blue coat instead of the correct items. I paid a total of [redacted] rupees ([redacted] each) for both orders. When I asked for a return, the delivery person only picked up one order. I returned the incorrect item, and received a refund of [redacted] rupees for that order only. Unfortunately, I have not received a refund or the correct product for the second order. I tried reaching out to Myntra's customer service, but I have not received a satisfactory response. Dear Myntra Team, I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the service I received from your company. Today, I received the wrong product and have been unable to request a replacement. When I contacted customer support to request a replacement, they requested certain details from me, which I promptly provided. I was informed that I would receive an update on the replacement by December 20th. However, at around 9 p.m. today, I received an update approving my return request for a refund, not a replacement. I specifically want a replacement, not a refund. Despite reaching out to customer support and even speaking with an escalation representative, I have not received the assistance I need. I recently bought an item from Myntra and was disappointed with the poor quality, so I requested a return. Despite receiving a pick-up date, the delivery person did not collect the product, and the return request was then canceled. I tried to request a return again but have not been given a pick-up date. I need to return order no. [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], the Sayesha Yellow Kurta size S. The item sent was brown, not yellow, but I thought I would keep it. Unfortunately, upon inspection, I found the bottom half was sewn on backward, which is unacceptable. I am unable to request a return on the order page as it says return is rescheduled. I was preoccupied with studying when my phone was on silent, causing a missed delivery for two watches I ordered with cash on delivery. The delivery date was supposed to be on February 15th, but due to missing it, I reached out to customer service promptly. After confirming my delivery, I was informed that I would receive it before the 18th of February. Unfortunately, I have an important exam on the 17th and won't be available at home to collect the package. I attempted to request an earlier delivery on the 16th, but communication through chatting with Myntra's service team was my preferred method since I am a bit introverted and typically avoid phone calls.
