I am facing an issue with my order indicating a delivery date between February 27, [redacted], and March 2, [redacted], for two products, both Tommy Hilfiger and Louis Philip belts. These prepaid items have not been delivered despite the order status showing as delivered. This has occurred previously around December 25, [redacted], with a jacket order. I kindly request urgent attention to this matter and prompt communication.
I am currently in Nepal and reachable via WhatsApp and Viber at +[redacted][redacted].
My agent confirms that the items have not been received, and I have personally checked as well with no luck in finding them. If the items have been delivered, I would appreciate details of the recipient on the specified dates.

Hello,
I recently requested an exchange for the Red Tape shoes I received, as the color and size did not match the ones I ordered. I initially ordered blue mesh Red Tape shoes for boys in size 6-7 years (20 cm), but I was sent completely white mesh Red Tape shoes in size 12-13 years (25 cm).
Today, the delivery person came for the exchange but refused to complete it, instructing us to contact customer service to confirm the exchange request.
We have prepared and packed the product as advised, with all tags intact and in unused condition, ready to be returned.
Despite numerous attempts, we were unable to reach customer service as the calls would not go through.
This being my first order, I am quite disappointed in the service provided by Mynthra. I normally prefer Amazon due to their smooth exchange process.

I ordered a Biba kurta, but instead, Myntra sent curtains. I raised a protest and they approved the return, but the item has not been picked up yet. The product arrived on March 20th. Customer care keeps disconnecting the calls during our conversations, which has happened multiple times. I have returned 5 products, but the refund has not reflected in my account even after 15 days. When I inquire with customer service, they advise me to check with my bank. However, the bank states that no money has been transferred. I even sent my transaction details to Myntra, but they are not responding to my calls.

I recently requested Myntra to change their courier partner because the delivery person from Style, Myntra's courier agent, has been rude and unprofessional. I faced issues with orders from Neobaby, Blue Orchids, Olele, Tommy Hilfiger, and Juniors by Lifestyle. Despite receiving messages about delivery, I never got my orders and was marked as unavailable without any missed calls. This has been ongoing since April 7th, and despite contacting Myntra customer service multiple times, the problem persists. My orders are getting canceled automatically, and I couldn't even exchange one product. I'm feeling very frustrated. Even after receiving a message from Myntra claiming my issue is resolved, it's not. This continuous problem makes me consider ending my long-standing relationship with Myntra, although I have been a loyal customer since [redacted] and an Icon customer.

I wrote an email to Myntra regarding my recent delivery experience, but it wasn't sent.
Please refrain from assigning the delivery boy who brought my last order to deliver my future orders. This delivery person has been handling deliveries for me and my sister regularly. He never attempts to contact me or ring the doorbell. Instead, he enters the premises without permission and only knocks on the main door. I've advised him to ring the doorbell at the main gate, but he disregarded my request. On multiple occasions, he has entered the house without my consent. Moreover, he sometimes brings along another individual for the delivery and has displayed rude behavior. Recently, when my sister ordered from Myntra, he simply dropped the parcel over the gate without prior notice and left swiftly. I am frequently home alone and feel uneasy with his presence. Kindly ensure he is not assigned for deliveries to my address.
I also received an SMS from Myntra with details of the delivery agent:
Out for pickup: Your ASICS Track Pants is expected to be picked up today by our partner (Phone Number: +[redacted]96; Pin: [redacted] if prompted). Please keep it ready in an unsealed packet. - Team Myntra.

I purchased a handbag from MANGO thinking it was a small size for everyday use. However, the bag I received was different from what was advertised - it was larger and a different color, which I disliked. When I tried to return it, the delivery person refused, stating it didn't match the product shown. Despite explaining the situation, he left without taking the return. I attempted to process the return again but it shows as resolved even though the issue persists. The bag cost over Rs. [redacted], and I would like a refund as it wasn't the item I ordered. Customer service advised me to submit photos, but I can't find an option to do so. I purchased a Forever Glam sandal for $[redacted] via net banking but due to quality issues, I exchanged it for an Inc 5 Beige Wedge Mules Sandal worth $[redacted]. Since I already paid $[redacted], I only had to pay an additional $[redacted] via net banking. However, I have changed my mind and cancelled my order, but I have yet to receive my refund of $[redacted]. The Myntra app shows that $[redacted] has been refunded, but it has not reflected in my bank account despite checking multiple times. Customer service has mentioned that the $[redacted] is non-refundable. I am used to receiving instant refunds within a day, so this delay is disappointing. I am unable to contact customer support as the provided number is only for order details and not for problem-solving.

I received a package from Myntra on April 29 which was supposed to contain 3 products. However, upon unboxing, I discovered that only 2 items were inside. I promptly filed a complaint with Delhivery and Myntra. Delhivery informed me that they could not address the issue as it was the seller's responsibility. Initially, Myntra rejected my complaint on May 1, stating the package passed their quality checks. After providing evidence including images and a video of the box, a new complaint was opened on May 1. Despite multiple inquiries with customer service representatives, there was no update until May 10 when my complaint was denied again for the same reason. At this point, I am at a loss as both my product and money are still missing.

I ordered sunglasses from Myntra India and tried to return them. Despite customer service registering the return request twice, no pickup was arranged. They later informed me that pickup was not possible in my area, and insisted I courier the item back. I expressed concern over the cost. After raising the issue on Playstore, they updated me that it was resolved but closed the case without notifying me. When I called customer care, they disconnected my call. Subsequent attempts to contact them were met with an IVF message stating the team was working on my issue. This has been a very disappointing experience.

While I realize I have recently returned several items, it was because I was not satisfied with the products after spending a significant amount of money on them. I recently received the item from Myntra with order number [redacted][redacted]1 on May 30, [redacted]. Unfortunately, there was a significant issue with this order. I had ordered it as a gift for someone else, selecting the gift wrap option and paying extra for it. However, the recipient did not receive the order with gift wrapping or a personalized gift card message that I had submitted during the order. This mistake ruined my surprise plan as I wanted to conceal the discount details and invoice since it was a gift. Despite contacting customer service and being reassured that the issue would be addressed, I have not received any updates. I urge Myntra to take serious action and rectify this error promptly.

I have tried multiple times to arrange for the return pick-up of my order, but it has not been collected yet. I received a message on my registered mobile number stating that the return request failed, but it was supposed to be picked up the following day. Furthermore, the item I received is different from what I originally ordered on the Myntra shopping app. I urge you to please look into this issue and assist me in returning the order to receive a refund. I am Ankita Sharma, a frequent user of Myntra.
I have been a member of Myntra Insider's "Elite" program. Recently, I received a notification saying that if I don't make a purchase of "[redacted]" rupees, I will be downgraded to "Select". To prevent this, I made a purchase of approximately [redacted] rupees promptly. However, the message still indicated that I needed to make an additional [redacted] rupees purchase. I assumed it was a technical error.
However, this morning, I noticed that I have been demoted to "Select" despite making the required purchases. This has left me quite disappointed as a loyal customer.
I tried reaching out to customer service, but unfortunately, the call got disconnected, and I am unable to reconnect. The app suggests that the issue has been resolved, but I still remain a "Select" member.
I would appreciate it if you could address this matter for me.

I returned a product to Myntra due to fitting issues and ensured it was securely packed in its original packaging with tags, as confirmed by the pickup personnel. Despite being advised by Myntra not to seal the packet, it was left open for inspection. The pickup occurred at approximately 4:10pm on 17-06-[redacted], and shortly after, I received a message from Myntra at 4:22pm confirming the successful pickup.
However, later at 8:01pm on the same day, I received a notification stating that the return request had been declined post quality check. Having already had the item picked up and no longer in possession to provide images, I am at a loss regarding this denial. Despite registering a call back at 9:15pm and facing technical difficulties during the call at 11:15pm, the issue remains unresolved.
It is essential to note that sending the product back to me would not serve any purpose due to the fitting problems. I hope for a swift resolution to this matter and the initiation of the refund process.
Regrettably, the callback service has not provided additional assistance beyond the messages received, leading to frustration.
I anticipate a prompt resolution to this issue and request no reshipment of the product due to its lack of utility to me.

I am writing to address my confusion regarding the rejection of my return request. I returned the product due to fitting issues and followed the instructions by packing the items in their original packaging with verified tags. Despite not sealing the packet, the pickup person inspected the dress in front of me at 4:10pm on 17-06-[redacted]. Shortly after, I received a confirmation message from Myntra at 4:22pm stating the successful pickup of the Varanga Kurtas.
However, later at 8:01pm, I received another message stating that the return was declined after not passing their quality check process. Since the pickup person had already taken the item after verifying the tags, I am unable to provide additional images as requested.
I had scheduled a call back at 9:15pm, but due to technical issues, I did not receive a call until 11:15pm, and the representative was unable to assist.
As the product does not fit me, I urge for a prompt resolution and the initiation of the refund without re-shipping the item back to me. Kindly refrain from contacting me via call back as it duplicates the information in messages.

I would like to exchange my Max camisole size S for size XS, so I made a request for the same. My daughter, who is in Bangalore for study, cannot take calls, hence she left the Myntra product at the security gate for the exchange. I am currently in Mumbai working and have missed calls from the delivery boy due to network issues. When I called back, he did not answer, resulting in the failed exchange delivery. I contacted Myntra customer care to explain the situation and asked them to instruct the delivery boy to collect the product from the security guard at the gate and use my alternative contact number for communication. Unfortunately, the delivery person continued to call me instead of approaching the gate, which happened multiple times. Consequently, Myntra has canceled my order, even though it was not my fault. I would like to arrange for the delivery exchange to be rearranged.
