If you are not happy with your order on Myntra, you can return it and request a refund. According to the Returns Policy, the refund amount you receive will be reflected in your account at the following times;

1. PhonePe wallet-one day after initiating your refunds request

2. NEFT-one to three days after initiating your refund request

3. Online Refund-seven to ten days after requesting your refund

4. Myntra Credit-you can get your refund immediately you request for it.

Requesting for a Return on Myntra

1. Click on the option 'MyOrders'

2. Tap on the items you want to return

3. Enter the requested details

4. Create your return request

You can cancel your order whenever you want until it is out for delivery. However, you should note that the policy is not applicable to certain logistics partners. Under the main menu of your app or the website, you will see an option to cancel in the section 'My Orders.' If you do not find the option to cancel your order under that section, you can refuse the item at the time of delivery. If you chose Cash on Delivery as your method of payment, no amount will be refunded because you won't have made any payments.

After you have placed your return request, you will receive a message that confirms the pickup of your return product. After the agent picks up your product, you can expect your refund within seven business days depending on your refunds choice.

No Questions Asked Returns

After creating your return request on your app, your refund will be initiated without questions. Myntra tries to make the process of returns and refunds simple. The delivery agents usually perform a quality check at your desktop. If they find that your request for a return is legitimate, a refund process will be initiated immediately.

If Your Return Has Been Put on Hold

Even though Myntra has a No Questions Asked Return Policy, your request may be put on hold. When making your request, for a refund, you will be asked to confirm that the product you are returning is unused and that the original tags are still in place. If your return is pending, it may be because Myntra is still trying to clarify that. You will receive your refund as soon as your request has been verified.

Shipping Myntra Products

Myntra tries to deliver all your items in perfect condition. However, that is not always possible. If you are making an order on Myntra for the first time, shipping is free of charge. If you cancel your order, you are eligible for a refund. You may also request a refund if your order is lost or undelivered. You should get your full refund including the cost of shipping if you paid online.

If the order was delivered to you, you will not receive a refund for the shipping fees. You may get a refund for your shipping costs if you self-shipped. If your account's return behavior is in violation of the fair usage policy, you may need to pay a standard delivery charge.
