My spouse and I stayed at Motel [redacted] on Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. We had a pleasant stay until 3 nights ago when a group of noisy guests moved in. Despite our complaints about their disruptive behavior, the situation has not improved. They have been loud, smoking marijuana near our room, and making us feel unsafe. We fear leaving our room due to their intimidating behavior and offensive comments. We even called the police, but the guests continued their disruptive actions unchecked. Considering the amount we paid for our stay, we urgently request the management to address this issue promptly.

Hello, I am lodging a lawsuit against a motel related to various allegations. I wish to clarify that I hold a certain royal status, and there seem to be issues regarding the use of my identification. The lawsuit also involves matters related to my heritage and possibly misuse of my identity. I believe there are serious implications tied to my lineage that need legal attention. I am appealing for privacy and lawful treatment in this situation. As of now, legal actions are being taken to address these concerns.

During my stay in Goodlettsville, TN on April 7, I was disappointed to find my room was not cleaned adequately. I discovered a large black hair on the pillow and requested a clean pillowcase from customer service. The next morning, I encountered used soap and a pile of hair on the shower shelf. I even took a photo of the bathroom's condition for reference. This lack of cleanliness is concerning, especially during a time when proper hygiene is essential to prevent illnesses such as COVID-19. Additionally, the front desk representative's disregard for safety measures, such as refusing to examine my ID and not wearing a mask, was alarming. I question the motel's management for allowing such oversights that could jeopardize guests' health.

I stayed in room [redacted] at a Motel 6 and used my insurance from Allstate, State Farm, or Geico to pay for it. I believe everyone deserves a safe stay without disturbances from others. I have experienced issues with health and safety in the past, and I want to address these concerns legally. I have faced threatening situations from individuals in the past and want to ensure that my rights are protected. Despite facing challenges, I remain hopeful for a resolution.

My name is Caressa B. and I stayed in room [redacted]. I checked in at approximately 1:00 PM on 4/29/[redacted] and stayed for 2 and a half hours before leaving for a 9-hour shift nearby. I didn't inspect the room initially as everything seemed normal. The next day, I found a pair of women's panties balled up in the fridge where I had placed my drink. I removed it using a washcloth and immediately informed the front desk. The attendant denied any wrongdoing, offering a $10 credit, and raised his voice, which was unprofessional given the situation. I was upset by his response and felt my concerns were not taken seriously. I believe this is a hygiene issue and will seek legal advice if the matter is not resolved promptly.

Our recent hotel stay was unacceptable. The room was filthy with spiders, webs, dirt, and stains. The bathroom had a dead spider and smelled of mold. Additionally, the key had issues, forcing me to wait outside for a new one. When requesting fresh sheets, the front desk was unhelpful and did not follow up promptly. I paid $[redacted] for a room that was poorly maintained and dirty. This whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I have documented the room's condition and expect to be compensated for this unsatisfactory stay. The hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and customer service.

I recently stayed at a Motel 6 on Hawthorn and unfortunately experienced a bed bug issue, leading to infected bites that required medical attention. Following this, I had to disinfect my room due to the infestation and faced additional challenges, including unauthorized access to my room and theft of my belongings. I pursued the thief and involved the police, but there was limited cooperation from the motel in providing evidence. To make matters worse, my car was taken from the premises and returned days later without explanation. Despite my multiple grievances, the motel is now asking me to leave. I am in the process of seeking legal assistance and have ample witnesses prepared to support my case. I am demanding a full refund for these unacceptable circumstances.

I made a booking on hotels.com for three rooms in San Antonio, TX, but the location at [redacted] North Pan Am Expressway was very dirty with dead bugs, dirt, and hair on the floor. The sink and tub were also unclean from the previous guests. Even though I was promised a refund for the remaining two nights for all three rooms due to the unsatisfactory conditions, the manager was rude and uncooperative. When I called to speak to the manager, a man named David was dismissive and eventually hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. Despite multiple attempts to communicate and resolve the issue, I was met with poor and disrespectful customer service. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].26 as initially promised.

During our visit to Amarillo, Texas, my wife and I stayed at the Motel 6 Airport Hotel for three nights. Tonight, while having a cigarette with some friends outside the room, the hotel staff approached us and insisted we couldn't step out because the owner was getting upset. Subsequently, we were threatened with police intervention if our friends didn't leave immediately. Despite being quiet and not disturbing anyone, we were shocked by the aggressive response. This experience has left us feeling harassed and unfairly targeted, as we were not breaking any rules or causing a disturbance. Our room number is [redacted] under Alexandra H. and my name is Colin G. We are disappointed by this unwarranted reaction and the threat of police involvement.

I have sent an email with a compliment along with photos showing blood on the floor and water covering it. Despite this, I have not received any communication from your team. My attempts to reach guest relations resulted in long wait times with no answer. I had to clean the mess myself and when I requested a room change, I was denied even though there were available rooms nearby. The service at Motel 6 Tewksbury seems unprofessional, except for one staff member. I am requesting a full refund for my 3-day stay. Maintenance, housekeeping, and guest relations need to be reprimanded for the lack of response to my concerns. This level of service is disappointing for a company in the hospitality industry. I expect a prompt reply.

I have been residing at Motel 6 in Elko, Nevada for nearly 4 months now. Unfortunately, my boyfriend was arrested recently, and I requested a room change due to feeling unsafe after being assaulted on the property. Despite asking for a new room near an associate for comfort and requesting a reduced rate for one person, both requests were denied. I am dissatisfied and feel disrespected. It seems unjust especially because my boyfriend has volunteered his help at the motel when asked, although it is not required by law. If the situation is not addressed, I plan to escalate my concerns to the Elko Daily Free Press. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, K. Ballard

I reserved a room through Hotwire for 6/4/21 at [redacted] Savannah Ave in McAllen, Texas, with a check-in time of 5:45 PM. Upon arrival, room #[redacted] had a malfunctioning AC unit blowing hot air. After informing the front desk, I was offered room #[redacted], which had working AC but lacked a coffee maker and shower curtain. Despite feeling disappointed with the amenities and maintenance issues, I managed to settle in for the night. Unfortunately, the toilet in the new room had a continuous running water issue. Overall, my stay was unsatisfactory, and I have documentation of the problems encountered for reference.

I would like to report on an incident involving the Fiechtner family and their agent at Motel 6. There seems to be a lawsuit related to liability and theft. The insurance provider for Motel 6 might have been involved, and there are concerns about safety, double charges, and leasing issues. It appears there are allegations of endangerment and discrimination towards individuals linked to law enforcement or government agencies. The post also mentions issues with room invasions, murders, and financial crimes. The writer discusses various legal actions, including lawsuits, and references locations like Arizona and California. Overall, it seems to be a complex situation involving multiple parties and legal matters that may require further investigation and clarification.

During our week-long stay at Motel 6 in Bellmead, Texas, my children and I have been out most of the time due to work and school commitments. I had minimal contact with the management, mostly regarding an incident where my child allowed someone to use an outlet and another involving someone using a phone in their room. The issue was quickly resolved once I was informed. I have been consistently paying the daily room fees around 11:15 am, contacting the staff if I would be a few minutes late due to work. However, today I was surprised to be told that our room wouldn't be extended due to late payments and complaints about traffic from the rooms. My kids and I are rarely at the motel, and I believe this decision is unfair and inaccurate. I would appreciate the chance to discuss this matter further. Thank you.

I am currently located at Motel 6 on [redacted] South [redacted] West in Salt Lake City, Utah. The manager on duty, Serene, encountered an issue with me while I was parked on the street. Despite law enforcement suggesting I didn't need to move forward, the manager requested me to do so. Unfortunately, I was asked to leave the property when I did not comply. I am seeking assistance regarding this incident. For further communication, you can reach me at [redacted]. I would appreciate it if the manager could contact me to offer an apology and grant me permission to return to the property. Thank you.

I often stay at various Motel 6 locations with my two small dogs because I appreciate their pet-friendly policy.
Tonight, I checked in at the LAX branch, but I was running late and trying to find a motel instead of a hotel for a quick stay. When asking the clerk about this, she seemed confused about the difference between a motel and hotel.
Unfortunately, after canceling my first night due to a misunderstanding about rates, I found the room door ajar as if it hadn't been properly cleaned yet. Disappointingly, my room lacked a refrigerator and microwave, the clerk mentioned I could pay extra for these amenities.
Without a way to warm broth for my upcoming colonoscopy prep, I feel frustrated and let down by the service. Despite being grateful for Motel 6's social initiatives, I wished the staff treated guests with more consideration.
After expressing my displeasure to the staff, they dismissively suggested I file a complaint. As a loyal guest who appreciates the convenience of a microwave and fridge, I am disheartened by this experience and hesitant to recommend this location to others.

I needed to drive to New York for a family emergency, and due to my cerebral palsy, long distances are challenging for me. I had carefully planned my trip and made a reservation from Northern California. Upon arrival, I was informed that they were fully booked and didn't even check the office for my booking. I was approached in a room doorway and told I should have called, despite having called and provided my information. The staff member was loud and extremely rude, which was unexpected from a Motel 6. Passing by other Motel 6 locations thinking I was all set, I was taken aback to find out there was no room for me. I hope this behavior is not typical of Motel 6 for the rest of [redacted]. The person I initially spoke with was kind, helpful, and understanding, and I had hoped for a safe room, a hot shower, and a comfortable bed after hours of driving. The lack of phone service driving to Kent, Nevada, due to poor reception, combined with most rest areas being closed because of construction on Interstate 80, only added to the difficulty.

Upon checking in at 4 PM, I promptly notified the front desk about the broken AC. They promised to send someone to fix it, but after 30 minutes, no one had arrived. Requesting a room change, I was informed there were none available. Despite the unbearable heat, necessitating cold showers to avoid passing out, the room had cleanliness issues. Hairs were in the shower, spills dotted the walls, and the sink sprayed water uncontrollably. The pillowcases were stained, resembling vomit or urine marks. After a five-hour wait for maintenance that never materialized, we left. The front desk staff refused a refund, citing my prolonged room occupancy. I clarified I had waited for maintenance. Frustrated, I threatened a complaint, to which they were indifferent. Armed with photos of the room's unsanitary conditions, I find it unfair that after the lengthy wait for maintenance, they denied a refund due to my time in the room. Motel 6 has lost a customer for life.

I made a reservation at Motel 6 in Grand Prairie, TX located at [redacted] State Highway [redacted]. Upon checking in on 05/30/21 around 2 p.m. with my boyfriend, we were shocked by the condition of the room. It was dirty, infested with bed bugs, and even had what looked like blood on the bathroom wall. We immediately informed the front desk attendant, but she didn't offer us a new room or a refund. Feeling uncomfortable, we left and had to book a different room elsewhere. I believe it's unfair that I had to pay for 3 nights at the Motel 6 when we weren't able to stay there due to the unsanitary conditions. I kindly request a refund for those nights.

Yesterday, an employee from Studio 6 entered my room without permission. He prevented me from leaving by blocking the door. After asking him to leave multiple times, he refused. The situation escalated, leading to a tense standoff. I felt my privacy was violated, and I encountered resistance while trying to make the employee leave. It was a distressing experience. I am seeking to contact HR in Atlanta to address this matter. Specifically, I am looking for the email address and direct phone number for HR, as well as the contact details for Mike Moore, the VP of HR.
