Moosejaw Customer Service Issues

I placed an order for Tubbs snowshoes late last night, only to realize afterward that I selected the wrong size. The order number is #[redacted]61. I tried to rectify the issue first thing this morning but had difficulties reaching Wendy. After finally getting through to her, she was unhelpful in canceling the order. Wendy promised to credit my account once the tracking information is available but failed to follow up as promised. I am disappointed by this poor customer service experience. The tracking number for the order is [redacted]05. I urgently request the order be stopped, and I also expect the refund to be processed on my credit card, as previously assured by Wendy. I received my $[redacted].00 jacket yesterday and was disappointed to find it sent to me in a crushed ball. This is unacceptable. I work hard for my money, and receiving a new jacket in that condition is just not right. The hood is lopsided and a mess. When I opened the box, the "sealed with a kiss" label felt more like "sealed with a 'kiss my ass'." I hope this feedback is shared with the responsible parties. Regarding the request for photos, I have placed the jacket back in the return box. I will take photos but am unsure how to send them due to limited computer skills. I attempted to email [redacted] My initial complaint was to express my disappointment in the condition of the jacket and emphasize the urgency of needing a new one, especially in the current weather conditions.
