I am having trouble accessing my email account [redacted] in Microsoft Outlook. The last sync was on 5/10/[redacted]. To fix this, I need to go to Settings and check the details for the connected account. If using the new Mail experience, I must select Sync email under Connected accounts. For the Classic version, I should go to Settings > Mail > Connected accounts. I need to correct any issues with the connected account to resume syncing. It's important to note that Microsoft never asks for passwords over email. This notification is for information only and cannot be replied to.

My father's iPhone was set up by my late mother using an Outlook email. He never needed the passwords before, but now he's unable to access the iPhone or the Outlook account since he doesn't know the passwords. The security question answers were set by my mother, and he hasn't sent any emails using the Outlook account as he is not familiar with emailing.

I encountered issues when merging my Mojang and Microsoft accounts, leading to my original account being replaced. Despite numerous attempts to contact Microsoft for help, I only received assistance from an unhelpful bot. Frustrated, I purchased a new account, only to have it hacked shortly after. Since I only used this Microsoft account for Minecraft and computer access, the information provided was insufficient to recover the account after the hacker changed the email address. Curiously, I can still access the account on my computer and the Microsoft website, but when I try to log in to Minecraft, I am prompted to create a new Gamertag, as if my account has been overwritten once more. I am hoping to either recover the original accounts or receive a refund for the trouble.

I am unable to access my Twitter account that I signed in with via Microsoft yesterday. Our pastor has sadly passed away. The church email account, vcc601@sbcglobal, is inaccessible as we don't have the password or the ability to reset it. His phone has been deactivated by Apple. Additionally, our keyboard has malfunctioned, resulting in us resetting the computer and now being unable to access both the computer and the church email.

I am a member of a program called Celebrate Recovery, and every Monday a newsletter is supposed to be sent to all members. Initially, I received these newsletters regularly, but recently they stopped. The program leader creates the newsletter and forwards it to a former member who has the expertise to send it out. I informed them of my issue a few weeks back, and despite several attempted fixes, the newsletters are still not coming through. The last suggestion was to add the creator's contact to my list, which I did, but now I am not receiving any newsletters at all.

After updating my recovery information from a work cell phone and email due to retiring, I changed my Microsoft account password. However, when I attempt to access my Hotmail email, it prompts me to log in and states it will send a code to my Hotmail account, without providing an alternative like using text message or email to the recovery account. Despite receiving notification of the password change through the recovery account, I find myself stuck in this loop after going through the online troubleshooter. I am in need of speaking with a support representative who can investigate the matter from their end and assist in resolving this issue.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with accessing my Microsoft Office products on my Mac, particularly Word. Despite numerous hours spent on the phone and live chat in the past few days, uninstalling and reinstalling Word multiple times, and updating my computer's operating system, I am still unable to use it. Following advice from a chat operator, I installed what was allegedly the correct build/version (15.54) for my operating system (Monterey 12.6.8). However, after reinstallation, it seems I actually have build/version 16.75.2. I just want this problem resolved and to avoid repeating the same troubleshooting steps.

I have been trying to get a problem resolved for the past week. My case number is [redacted]. I have been unable to print Word documents for about a week now. Despite speaking with technical support multiple times, after my last conversation several days ago, I was informed that my issue would be escalated to the next stage, and I was supposed to receive a call today between 4:30-6:30 pm (Berlin time). I had a concerning experience with an individual who operates under various names and companies. This individual, Peter J., represents himself as a property manager who has worked with well-known companies like Kellogg's, IBM, Microsoft, and Ford Motor Company. Despite these claims, I was surprised to find his workspace in his dining room lacking any visible clientele. He sold me an HP desktop computer which turned out to be stolen from a former roommate of his. Additionally, he charged me for repairing his personal desktop in order to use vinyl cutting software, but then requested a second payment due to supposed confusion. He accepted my payment but did not follow through with the repair. Unfortunately, my interactions with him culminated in a violent assault at his home office, which I reported to the authorities. This individual's actions were deceptive and manipulative, and I urge others to be cautious.

I bought Office [redacted] Family and when I installed it on my computer, I had to create an outlook.com account. I am facing an issue with my phone after performing a factory reset. Unfortunately, all my data got erased, including my Microsoft Authenticator app. Due to this, I'm unable to log in to my Microsoft account now. Upon attempting to log in using my password, it seems that I changed it as well. Resetting the password poses a challenge as it prompts for two forms of verification – cellphone and email. The complication arises from my recent email change, which I forgot to update for the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Consequently, the MFA is linked to my old email, causing me difficulty in receiving the verification code.

After having my motherboard replaced, I require assistance from a live tech to guide me through the setup process. Unfortunately, my pin is no longer accessible because of a security setting change. When I try to set up a new pin, a message prompts me to request a new temporary access pass from my admin. However, this is a personal computer, and I do not have an admin.
