Dear Support Team, I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding a locked Microsoft [redacted] family member account in our subscription. Despite attempting to verify the account using the phone number provided, the system has repeatedly failed to send a verification code, stating an "exceeded limit" error. We have not encountered this issue before with these phone numbers. We kindly request your prompt intervention to unlock the affected account, allowing us to resume full access to our Microsoft [redacted] family subscription. Kindly note that the member's email associated with the account is "[redacted]" Thank you for your speedy attention to this matter. Best regards, Jalil Salih Ali Contact email: [redacted]

I found the service to be completely ineffective. I did not receive any assistance or instructions to help with my system recovery. Gethuman failed to connect me with a Microsoft technician, which has been a common issue for many users lately. It seems like Microsoft has neglected its customers, as no support lines are being answered and calls keep getting disconnected. If this problem continues, the best option might be to switch from Microsoft to Apple entirely. With Apple, you can access support whenever you need it. Disappointed former Microsoft user.

My son, Tej, encountered a troubling issue with his Microsoft account. He usually uses the email [redacted] to log in, but suddenly, the system claimed that the account did not exist. As a precaution, I added him and his brother under the Family group on Microsoft for supervision. Strangely, a new email, [redacted], appeared in our family account linked to Tej, prompting us to verify it for family features. This suspicious activity makes me concerned that his account might have been compromised by malware, leading to this unauthorized email addition. Tej has put effort into his Minecraft profile and is a member of gaming servers that he could lose if this issue is not resolved promptly. Attempting to resolve this online through aka.ms/pwr was unhelpful as the predefined questions for verification did not align with our situation. The surest sign of a breach is the appearance of the unfamiliar email in our family account settings. I am seeking guidance on contacting a REAL PERSON at Microsoft who can assess this situation directly by examining our family account to address and resolve this issue efficiently.

My email was hacked, and I sought help from GoDaddy to resolve the issue. The service technician assured me that the problem was fixed and no additional steps were required. Subsequently, I received an email from Microsoft instructing me to respond after the necessary actions were completed. Despite the technician's assurance from GoDaddy, I refrained from responding to Microsoft’s email until I discovered that I was experiencing difficulty sending emails.

My Windows Surface Book 3 has been experiencing issues for the past two days. It is lagging often, making it difficult to write on the display with the Surface Pen and causing scrolling problems. Additionally, restarting the device takes a minute. After starting up, the bottom bar with desktop apps, time, etc., is missing for about 2 minutes. I am also unable to switch my laptop to tablet mode.

I've updated my email address and removed it from several platforms, but I keep receiving error messages (DB5EUR02FT026) from Outlook.com with the message: "Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable (S[redacted])." Despite my efforts, my old email address persists on HP, Spectrum, Google, and Norton. I have important files on Google that I wish to keep but I haven’t closed the account yet to prevent any issues with related accounts. I need help deleting my old email address entirely to ensure messages reach me without any errors. Additionally, I am facing an issue with my "File History Drive" being disconnected for a long time, and I'm unsure how to address it. I would like assistance in resolving this matter as well. I have attempted various solutions from Outlook.com's support and other online sources, but none have been effective, and some just lead to the same starting point.

I keep seeing an Internet security warning pop-up that says: "The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified." This has been happening for over 3 months now whenever I log in. Could this be the reason some of our clients are not receiving our emails? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

After relocating from Oregon to California, I updated my email address from "[redacted]" to "[redacted]" Despite my efforts to remove the old email, it still appears on rejection messages (DB5EUR02FT026) from Outlook.com with the error "Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable (S[redacted])." Regarding Bluetooth connectivity issues between my cellphone and laptop, I suspect they are linked to the email problem. I am unable to transfer messages or photos even though the devices are paired and Bluetooth is enabled. I'm facing challenges removing the old email address from HP, Spectrum, Google, and Norton accounts. I need assistance in ensuring all messages are error-free and completely removing the old email. Furthermore, I want to resolve the error message stating my "File History Drive has been disconnected for too long." I am unsure about this feature and seek a solution to this issue. Despite trying various solutions from Outlook.com support and online sources, I have not found a successful resolution. Some suggestions lead me in circles without resolving the problems.

My email account on Outlook got locked due to unusual activity. To unlock it, I need to verify my information, but the profile only shows my old details and defunct phone number. I tried to follow the online process but encountered difficulties as the email address on the account may be outdated. The form also requires details like the last email sent from the account and its subject, which is challenging as I mostly receive automated emails from job applications. I need access to my inbox for important job-related emails. If I could speak with a live representative, I believe I could provide more accurate information to unlock the account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my school account due to a sudden request for a Microsoft authenticator code, which I have never used before. I am unable to reach support as they require me to be logged in, which is frustrating. I know my login details, but this new requirement is preventing me from accessing my account as the authenticator has never been needed before.

I am having trouble with OneDrive and cannot find help on Microsoft's online Support page. I need to pause syncing on OneDrive, but there are 7 errors preventing me from making any changes related to syncing. The OneDrive app alerts me that it is unable to sync Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets.lnk, paint.net.lnk, Minecraft launcher.lnk, Steam.lnk, and EA.lnk. Each item shows the same error message about access permissions: "No access permissions to the item. It appears that you do not have access permissions to the item. Ensure that you have the right permissions to allow the item to sync." The majority are gaming apps, while the rest are Google products and paint.net. I am unsure about what it means by lacking "permissions" for these items and am unsure how to resolve it.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my email account. I am unable to change the password due to an outdated phone number on file. The auto-checker on the form is indicating that my information is not detailed enough. I have significant documents linked to this email address, such as concert tickets and important bills. I am prepared to provide multiple previous and potential passwords, as well as any other relevant information from received emails. However, I am struggling to locate a direct contact option and am frustrated with the lack of support beyond the automated form. The account's unexpected logout is causing unnecessary inconvenience.

This morning, while using the internet, my Microsoft account got locked, leaving me unable to access my computer. A message appeared instructing me to contact Microsoft support for assistance. Upon calling the provided number, a woman claiming to be from Microsoft requested my banking information. When I refused, she threatened to kick my account out. This raised suspicions, and I now believe it might have been a hacking attempt or scam. I am seeking guidance on how to unlock my account.

I am having trouble signing in to my Xbox app account on my new PC. When I click to sign in, it created a generic account with my username instead of allowing me to enter my email address. I cannot find a way to switch to my actual account. The information I find online is outdated or not helpful for the version I am using. Even when I try to sign out, it automatically logs me back into the same account. I have attempted to refresh the app, but the option to change accounts does not work, and it continues to sign me back into the new account.

I recently bought a new HP laptop with Windows 11. I downloaded Nikon NX Studio, and when I open it, the photos appear fine. However, when I try to make adjustments, the program stops responding. If I attempt anything else, a white veil covers the screen, and the cursor keeps rotating indefinitely. I tried using an older version, but the same issue occurs. I reached out to Nikon, and they asked about my camera. I have used many cameras over the years, and they all work in other programs like Photos, Picasa 3, and Photo Gallery. Nikon suspects that Microsoft's security might be causing the problem. However, all the other listed programs loaded without any issues and are functioning correctly. Can someone please assist me with this issue? Sincerely, B. J.

Hello, I would like to cancel my Microsoft [redacted] Family subscription and possibly switch to Microsoft Single later. This will depend on my future needs. I have disputed all transactions sent by a deleted account from PAYPAL and requested the deletion of the PAYPAL account. Please address this matter with PAYPAL, as it is frustrating. Thank you, Helmut Wagner

I am currently subscribed to Microsoft [redacted] using the email [redacted] Previously, I had 7 other Microsoft emails configured on Outlook, but after upgrading yesterday, only the email associated with the Microsoft [redacted] subscription is functional. I initially purchased one account with [redacted] and subsequently bought 7 more accounts with email only. Before the upgrade, I could access all accounts via Outlook. However, post-upgrade, I am encountering an error message stating, "This account is not supported in Outlook for Windows due to the license provided by your work or school. Try to login with another account." This issue arose after Windows prompted me to switch to the new version of Outlook.

I am having trouble finishing the updates on my computer. An error message pops up saying, "We couldn't complete updates, Undoing changes, Don't turn off computer," and it stops at 92% or 99%. I am concerned as I can't log in without facing this issue repeatedly. This is the first time I've encountered this problem since owning this "Acer" system for years. Thank you, LS

After the recent update, my computer is experiencing issues with accessing programs and data loss. I am also having trouble with receiving emails after this. This has caused me trouble at work, and I was let go by my boss this morning. I cannot afford to pay for the fixes due to the problems caused by the Windows 11 update on my Windows 10 system. Please rectify this without any charge. It is crucial to have this resolved promptly as my livelihood is at stake, especially since I work remotely. Kindly remove the problematic update and restore my computer to its previous state. Given my job situation and the impact this has had on my employment, immediate assistance is necessary. Thank you.

I have repeatedly sought assistance without success. I require Microsoft technical support to contact me via phone at [redacted] or [redacted], or email at [redacted] Following an unwanted Windows 11 update on my Windows 10 system, my computer, phones, and email are dysfunctional. I am unwilling to pay for a resolution to an issue that Microsoft caused. If no action is taken today, I will pursue a collective legal action for unsatisfied users. This situation has led to severe repercussions, including losing my job, facing eviction, and not having access to my car, currently in the shop. I am exploring alternative service providers as Microsoft's handling of the update has severely impacted my life, including my son, who suffers from seizures and now faces financial strain due to my job loss. The situation has left me with no resources and nowhere to turn.
