I recently purchased a new laptop with Windows 11 and Microsoft Home and Business [redacted]. I am experiencing difficulties setting up Outlook correctly. Upon importing the PST file from my previous computer, I now have two separate inboxes - one under the PST file and the other under my Gmail account. Despite seeking help from forums and online resources, I have not been able to resolve this issue. While all my folders are within the PST file, my new emails are being directed to the Gmail account. I am looking to merge the PST file and Gmail account into one. Due to my internet speed and metered connection, I am required to use POP 3 with Outlook.

I have noticed that my Facebook account appears normal on my phone with a friends list intact, but when accessing it on my laptop, it is evident that it has been hacked. The friends list is missing, and the posts are unfamiliar to me. Despite being 78 years old and not very tech-savvy, I am certain my account was compromised 4 or 5 days ago. I made the mistake of seeking help online and ended up being scammed by individuals claiming to be Microsoft, asking for $[redacted]-$[redacted], which I cannot afford on my fixed income. I desperately want my account restored to its original state. I attempted a system restore, but it only allows me to go back to 6/28/23, the suspected hack date. I am using an HP laptop and require assistance.

I recently encountered a website that caused my computer to freeze and display a warning message along with a phone number. After calling this number for assistance, my computer was unlocked. However, I felt uneasy about the probing questions they asked me. When I voiced my concerns, I was met with hostility and accused of being audacious for questioning their methods. They claimed that three hackers could see my activities and were listening to our conversation. After ending the call, they persistently called me back three times, pressuring me to resume the transaction.

I have two computers, and one works fine, but the other one is having issues. I believe it is a Microsoft problem. The renewal date is in November, but Word on this computer appears disabled. My daughter recently paid for it, and even though Word opens, I cannot do anything. When I try to type, nothing happens. I may not express myself clearly due to language barriers, but I hope you can understand me. I would prefer speaking with someone directly, as it would be easier for me to explain the problem.

I suspect my phone has been hacked once again, and I am unable to access the [redacted] number for monitoring my online presence provided by Microsoft Defender. It is urgent that I address issues related to my stolen identity. I have fallen victim to identity theft. My checking account has been closed, and all my devices seem to be compromised. The institutions I engage with, such as my insurance company, are claiming that the bank is refusing transactions, which is not part of my financial plan. I am unable to use funds that I do not have access to. My checking account was inexplicably closed, and I noticed $[redacted] taken from me toward a debt in a secondary account that I do not recognize. It appears that cybercriminals are attempting to take control of my phones and accounts since around December 5th, [redacted]. Discrepancies are surfacing between the information displayed on my mobile app and the data held by my banks and other institutions. My digital presence is under threat, and it is crucial that I obtain the correct [redacted] numbers to contact Microsoft monitoring for assistance promptly. Thank you, Miss L.

I need help with 2 accounts that I cannot access anymore. The first account issue started when I tried to merge my Mojang account with Microsoft. After seemingly merging them, I couldn't log in and was asked to choose a Gamertag, even though I already had one with the email e***@comcast.net. The second account was created after losing access to the first due to being hacked. I received password change emails but disregarded them as instructed, only to find my password changed and email altered to wq**[redacted], although my original email k***@gmail.com was still linked. Unable to recover it due to lack of information, I recently tried again, only to find my original email no longer connected and another prompt to select a new Gamertag. The Gamertag for the first account is Icyramune. I can provide screenshots to validate my ownership if necessary. The order number for the second account is [redacted] with the Gamertag YoItsKelsey and Minecraft username Icyramune_.

I am having trouble logging in as my computer won't connect to my Microsoft account due to an administrator email mix-up. I would appreciate a phone call for assistance. My name is J. Penix, contact me at [redacted]. The computer goes through diagnostics but can't fix the issues. I believe resetting the administrator account could resolve this. Please call me as I prefer phone support over chat. Thank you for your help.

I am having trouble accessing my Microsoft Office account. A few days ago, I noticed my Microsoft Office [redacted] Professional Plus software was no longer on my computer. My account is under the email [redacted] I've attempted to log in using my password manager, but I keep getting a message saying "The request is blocked." Today, when I tried to use a code sent to my email, I also received a blocked message. Recently, I was prompted for the password of an old account, [redacted], when signing out, which I canceled when Gmail Workspace started charging. Despite my efforts over the past few days, I remain unable to access my account. I need help restoring access to my software, and I suspect my Avast VPN may have been active but I'm unable to deactivate it.

I purchased items from 2 international sources using my Visa card. The transaction appeared in my account, but I received an email claiming I hadn't paid. After struggling to reach a human representative, I was notified that one item was being shipped to an incomplete address with the wrong photo, while the other order had no update. I spent hours yesterday attempting to seek assistance without success.

I have a Microsoft [redacted] subscription that I purchased in May [redacted] and have renewed annually, with the last renewal in May [redacted]. The email address associated with the purchase is no longer valid ([redacted]) and I can't remember my username and password. However, I have email records of the purchases and renewals. Even though my new Microsoft account doesn't show any purchases, I have Microsoft [redacted] software running smoothly on my computer. I want to add another computer (up to 5 allowed) to the subscription but I'm having trouble accessing it due to security reasons. If I can't resolve the access issue, I might cancel the current subscription, purchase a new one, and add it to the new account. Ideally, I would like to regain access to my original subscription. Thank you.

During my recent holiday on July 7th, I encountered issues accessing my Microsoft Outlook email account on my Android phone after years of seamless use ([redacted]). Upon returning on July 14th, I found discrepancies on our family desktop with three Outlook profiles associated with me. One being my recovery email ([redacted]), another my renamed [redacted] account ("Mr Nice Guy"), and an unfamiliar third profile "Mr Nice Guy" <[redacted]> which is currently only allowing outgoing emails. Despite renaming my [redacted] account to "Mr Nice Guy," the additional profile's creation remains a mystery. As my [redacted] holds crucial personal and business emails, I am unable to access them as my usual password is now unrecognized. This issue arose after linking my Microsoft [redacted] account with [redacted] and led to a mix-up in Outlook profiles. Assistance in restoring my original profile and emails is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I'm currently locked out of my laptop by Microsoft and prompted to enter a Bitlocker key. Unfortunately, my Microsoft account lists an outdated phone number, making it impossible to receive the 2-step verification OTP. When attempting to update my security information to include an alternate email address, I discovered there's a month-long waiting period. This means I won't be able to access my laptop for a month. I'm seeking advice on how to retrieve my Bitlocker key without such a lengthy delay. Thank you.

I keep receiving alerts from Microsoft stating that suspicious activity has been detected on my account. When I attempt to log in and re-verify, the system prompts me to enter a code sent to my phone. Unfortunately, I never receive the code via text message. I tried changing the verification method to email on my Gmail account, but the emails stopped coming days ago. I have been unable to reach Microsoft via phone for assistance and if this issue persists, I will have to switch to a different email provider.

I have been locked out of my Microsoft/Outlook.com account for quite some time now. When I initially set up the account, I was residing abroad, and the only linked item seems to be my former foreign phone number which is no longer in service. Currently, I am in the US. This account was primarily utilized for One Note, not for sending or receiving emails. Regrettably, I failed to set up a backup verification email or update my phone number. The email address linked to this account serves as a backup for two other accounts of mine. Unfortunately, I am continuously being denied access because I cannot provide the necessary information and there is no way to demonstrate that the account belongs to me.

Regarding purchasing activation, I wanted to inform you that I have noticed a resurgence of the [redacted] platform. I am hopeful that there are plans in the works to introduce a new anti-cheat system for the PC versions, which currently suffer from a lot of hackers. Despite this, many players, including the [redacted]+ members in the Discord group I belong to, are eager to continue playing. We have resorted to invite-only lobbies as a way to enjoy the game without interference from hackers. Unfortunately, some members have even been banned for attempting to combat the issue. I hope that with the revival of the older Call of Duty games, steps will be taken to address the hacking problem. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to positive developments in the future.

My son's Xbox account was set up by his dad, who recently passed away in a car accident. All the account details were in his name and email, and I don't know how to access the account or passwords now. I have the death certificate as proof and urgently need assistance. I want to ensure my son doesn't lose access to his games. When my son tries to play, a message pops up saying a code will be sent to the email on file, which is his late father's.

I bought add-ons for "Hunter: Call of the Wild," but since then, I got a new account. I reinstalled the game on my new system and want to download the add-ons I already purchased, but my new account doesn't recognize them. The payment details I used should be linked to my name and card number. Is there a way to resolve this without my old account info? My gamer tag was MishappenSole followed by numbers. Thank you for assisting!

I purchased Minecraft prior to the availability of the Java and Bedrock bundle. Today, when I tried to play Minecraft, I noticed it was missing from my account. Before, I could only play Bedrock, which was another issue after migrating my Mojang account. Now, there is only a "buy now" button for both versions. Just a few days ago, I was able to play the Bedrock edition. I still have the achievements I earned in Minecraft. I would like to resolve this issue and be able to play the Java edition in the launcher, which is the version I originally purchased.

Every time I've reached out to Microsoft, there seems to be a requirement to either pay $[redacted] for support or enroll in a "cancellable membership" just to speak with a representative. I simply need help understanding why my account continuously locks me out even after I've changed my password numerous times. It's frustrating to keep encountering issues where my new password is deemed incorrect, leading to being locked out of my account. Initially, I wasn't too bothered, but the lack of a genuine phone number for Microsoft is making the situation more difficult.

I submitted a critical support request for Windows Server [redacted] on Monday, July 24, at 3:07 PM EST. I was supposed to receive a call back within 2 hours, but I didn't receive one. I reached out via the communications tab on support.serviceshub.microsoft.com at 5:46 PM to ask for an ETA. I followed up at 7:10 PM requesting they email me at a different address in case they couldn't reach me by phone. Then, at 8:10 PM, I asked for the call to be canceled. I sent another message at 7:24 AM on July 25 to cancel the call and yet again at 8:09 AM on July 26 to request a refund. It seems my messages are not being attended to.
