I receive this email every day. It claims that someone from Russia/Moscow logged into my Microsoft account using Windows 10 and Firefox. If this was not me, I can report the user. If it was me, they will trust similar activity in the future.

I am having trouble accessing my email account ([redacted]) due to forgetting the password. I have attempted to reset it multiple times, but I am unable to use the "forgot password" method as I no longer have access to the phone number associated with the account since I have moved from Lebanon. I had encrypted files using BitLocker on my previous PC and have the password and recovery key, but not the recovery certificate. I am unable to access these files on my new PC as it does not prompt for a password and shows me as unauthorized to access them. Since I have reset my previous PC, the identifier for the new BitLocker partition is different, so I cannot access the files there either. How can I recover access to these files?

One morning, I received a text alerting me that someone tried to access my email. I clicked the link provided to investigate, but I needed to recover my account. Since my personal email wasn't linked to my authenticator, I couldn't receive the code. I tried to get the code sent to my phone, but I never received it. I am providing tech support for a user who set up a Microsoft account and subscribed to Microsoft Office [redacted] in the past. I recently raised a dispute with Microsoft concerning my failed attempt to buy add-ons for a game on the Xbox store. The transaction went through, being reflected in my bank statement with the charge, but I did not receive the add-ons or any receipt. Microsoft support was unable to assist me without a receipt, so they recommended I file a dispute. Following their advice, I have contacted my bank and initiated a claim. They advised me to inform Microsoft, which I am attempting to do now in the hopes of speaking with a representative.

We are using GoDaddy, and they advised me to contact Microsoft since it has been over 30 days for them to reinitiate a domain connected to our OneDrive with all our files. The 30 days passed on 6/3/23, and GoDaddy is unable to help retrieve these files. Our company's 8 years' worth of data is stored on OneNote and OneDrive under the email [redacted], but since Shawn left and the email domain was deleted, we are unable to access the files. I have changed my password multiple times. When prompted to stay logged in, I selected yes. I am looking to update my old passwords, but I am unable to do so as my Windows password does not seem to work. I can access my account on my phone using a fingerprint, but not on my laptop despite going through various verification processes. I am having issues with my email account regarding storage. I keep getting notifications that I have exceeded my limit, affecting the functionality of Outlook. It appears that half of my storage is used for Outlook and the other half for Microsoft Google One Drive.
