Hello. I have two Microsoft accounts, and neither of them show any subscriptions in the subscription tab of the profiles. However, I have noticed regular charges debited from my bank account labeled as Microsoft Subscription to account number [redacted]. I have been charged a substantial amount over time for a service I am unaware of. I would like to halt these automatic charges, but I am unable to locate the subscriptions in my profiles. I have been trying to resolve an in-app purchase issue with an Xbox Gift Card. I attempted to make a purchase on 3/20/23 for $38.99 at DoubleU Casino, but received a "failed purchase" error. Not only were the coins not deposited in my account, but the funds were deducted from the gift card. One of your technical representatives advised me to contact DoubleU Casino while assisting with another issue. I emailed DoubleU Casino on 3/22, and they responded on 4/4 stating that due to a MS store error, I couldn't receive the chips but was charged. When I called billing, the customer support was unable to help but did open a Case # [redacted]. Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue?

There have been recent issues with Microsoft, particularly regarding my subscription. Despite requesting the cancellation of the subscription, a recent annual charge was processed in January [redacted]. I would like to remove Microsoft from my PC while keeping my files intact. Even though I am listed as an administrator, I am unable to make necessary changes. I kindly request a refund for any unused services. My attempts to resolve this through chat support have been unsuccessful. Removing the subscription and issuing a refund would have been done if I had direct access. Thank you.

The first time I turned on my computer, it brought me to the main screen. When I tried to swipe up to access the password screen, nothing happened. Initially, I suspected it was due to cleaning my keyboard, but even after multiple shutdowns and restarts, the issue persisted. Subsequently, the screen would display a black screen filled with text, leading to automatic repair options that continuously failed. Despite attempting several system repair commands on the C: drive, the problem remained unresolved. I am concerned about the cost of repair and rely on my computer for my work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking assistance with my Outlook account "[redacted]" which got blocked today for sending an email to multiple addresses. Despite receiving the code on my phone and being able to login and receive emails, I cannot send any emails due to my account being suspended. When trying to re-login using the phone code, I received a message that the code had been sent too many times, advising me to try again next week. Currently, I am unable to access my emails. I just got a brand-new PC and installed Windows 10 with my Product Key. However, I keep encountering activation problems, receiving error code 0xC004C008. After reaching out to Live Chat Support yesterday, they provided me with the following instructions:
1. Click on "Activate by Phone"
2. Enter your Region and click "Next"
3. You will then see the installation ID (9 sets of 7-digit codes)
I followed these steps and called the provided number, but I kept getting transferred to automated systems insisting I could activate online. I've been struggling to resolve this issue and reach Microsoft/Windows for assistance all of this past week.

Recently, my dad's HP laptop with Windows 10 got locked by scammers who attempted to obtain personal and banking information through malware. My mom set up both his and her laptops, and I am unsure about the virus protection on his device. I am positive there is at least Windows virus protection installed. Unfortunately, my mom is currently in the hospital recovering from a stroke, and I am eager to resolve this issue before she is informed and becomes overly stressed. These scammers falsely stated they were associated with Windows tech support.

I bought H&R Block Tax Software and tried to install it on my Windows 11 laptop, but I keep encountering an error message saying it's not a Microsoft-verified app. I attempted to change the app recommended settings without success and even tried adjusting the compatibility to Windows 8, which didn't resolve the issue. I also attempted to disable Microsoft Store, but that didn't work either, and I couldn't uninstall it. I'm currently unable to run the software.

Case ID [redacted] with Customer Support was opened and I spoke to Victor regarding my 50GB email storage. I was assured that it would not be limited by the 10GB One Drive restriction. However, my 50GB email storage has been completely removed, despite having a screenshot proving its existence. Moreover, I was granted 30 days to organize emails moved to the Deleted Box, but all emails in the folder were permanently deleted today without my authorization on 14 Apr [redacted]. It is concerning how Microsoft is handling these changes without customer consent.

I recently purchased a new Dell desktop, and I am struggling with setting it up. It took me nearly a week to initially start it. Then, just two days later, I encountered a problem where it wouldn't accept the 6-digit pin, claiming it was incorrect. Despite trying various methods suggested by Microsoft's downloads over the past few days and during the weekend, I have been unsuccessful. I have exhausted all the emails from Microsoft on the subject and feel stuck. Since there seems to be an internal technical issue with the computer, I cannot physically return it. I am looking for a solution similar to other companies that provide a temporary password to allow for changing the PIN. I am reaching out to seek assistance and hope to receive a prompt response.

I recently received an email from AT&T notifying me that my user ID was temporarily locked for security reasons. They instructed me to reset my password online at att.com or contact them at [redacted] to unlock it. I followed the instructions, changed my password on ATT.COM, but now my Outlook Mail on my laptop is not working. When I tried to send/receive emails, I encountered the error message: "Error 0x800ccc0e Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders. Cannot connect to server."

My username has been hacked. My email, [redacted], was overwritten and is now linked to another account. I cannot access anything on my OneDrive, which is a family account. Oddly, my husband's email and OneDrive are working fine. I still receive emails but cannot access anything else. When I attempt to reset the password, it prompts that a code is being sent to rd*****@rambler.ru. This issue has been ongoing since January. I have tried the account reinstatement form without success. I have created a new Outlook email, [redacted], but have not linked it to Microsoft yet. There haven't been any unauthorized charges on my account. I am simply seeking to regain access to my Microsoft [redacted] and OneDrive.

I used TurboTax to save my federal return as a PDF on OneDrive. Shortly after, a message appeared saying the file was deleted. I proceeded to save my state return with the same option, and a message said the file already existed, asking if I wanted to replace it. I selected yes. I contacted Geek Squad at Best Buy, who suggested my computer/account may have been hacked and advised me to reach out to Microsoft. This is my next step. How can I find out what occurred and resolve this issue?

My username was altered from [redacted] to rd*****@rambler.ru due to a hack. I no longer have access to my One Drive. In an effort to enhance security, I have created a new email ([redacted]) but I am unable to access my One Drive with it. My previous email is still functioning. Our family Microsoft account is linked to Jon Noell or [redacted] This is my sixth attempt since January to recover my account, which contains important documents and photos. I am able to use my old email for sending and receiving messages. Despite multiple reinstatement efforts, I have not been successful. I am in need of assistance.

I recently discovered that my username and password for my One Drive account have been hacked. Despite still being able to access my email at [redacted], I've noticed it is now linked to another email, rd*****@rambler.ru. When attempting to change my password, the system indicates that my email is not in existence. I rely on my One Drive storage and have tried to submit the necessary form multiple times. However, every time I attempt to request help, I am informed that the email address I am using doesn't exist and am prompted to send a verification code to the Russian email address associated with the hack.
