I have been working as a PC technician since the first Pentium 75MHz processor and I am proficient in all versions of Windows. Recently, I encountered a problem with the Microsoft Authenticator App on my Samsung Galaxy A53 5G. The app does not display the keyboard, making it impossible for me to enter any information. I recently had to have my computer serviced because it crashed while I was online paying a bill. I took it to OfficeMax/Depot for repairs. The technician set up a phony username and password for my Microsoft account, and now I can't change it back to the original ones. The username is [redacted], but I don't own an AOL account with that name, so Microsoft won't accept it. The password set by the technician is TechServices23.

My brother sent a $30 video game to my account, but I couldn't redeem the gift because it wasn't available in my region. Customer support has been difficult to contact, except for one representative who advised me to click on the refund button in the order history. However, I couldn't find the refund button. I attempted to change my region and even had my brother log into my account from his country to accept the gift, but it still didn't work. Both of us currently reside in Europe, which adds to the frustration of the situation. We usually don't have much disposable income for leisure activities, so this has been a disappointing experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I seem to have misplaced my phone and unfortunately, I don't have my phone number handy. To make matters worse, I am unable to log into my account, as it requires authentication via a mobile app. Although I have received the code sent to my Gmail account, the system seems to be prompting for additional verification through my phone, which I have not been able to receive any calls on.
Could you kindly disable the app authentication, allowing me to regain access to my admin account? Alternatively, if there is a way to authenticate solely through my Gmail account, kindly guide me through the process.

My wife's and son's Microsoft accounts' Start Menu on this computer is malfunctioning, causing a delay of 7 to 10 minutes during startup with the message "We're preparing Windows." Upon logging in, a "Critical Error" regarding the Start menu appears, prompting a sign-out. Their settings, folders, and files disappear once logged in. Interestingly, my Microsoft account on the same machine functions without these issues. The computer operates on Windows 11 Pro.

In [redacted], I purchased my laptop and had an email address [redacted] with Telkom. Recently, Telkom informed me about switching to fiber, so I created a new email [redacted] Soon after, Telkom disconnected my Tigger email. I urgently tried to update my email with important accounts like FNB. However, my outlook got locked due to unusual usage. I rely on it for all my accounts and payments. My Apple ID shows that I have an Office [redacted] subscription valid until April 8, [redacted], with automatic renewal. I am facing issues accessing the office products necessary for my job. Whenever I attempt to restore my previous account, I receive a message stating that there's no registration. This problem started around March 20. I am locked out of my Microsoft Outlook accounts in a loop of password resets. One account prompts for a code sent to another email, creating a loop. Despite knowing the passwords, I can't access any due to this cycle. I also fear being locked out of my computer as it's linked to these accounts. I am experiencing difficulties updating my PC as I am unable to connect to any Microsoft servers even though I am connected. Whenever I try to access the servers, I receive an error message stating, "Hmmmm this page can't be reached." Furthermore, after changing hardware, I attempted to activate my key but was informed that it cannot be used. To resolve this, I bought another copy of Windows 10 Pro, but I am unable to access it from the Microsoft Store. Despite my efforts, I have been unsuccessful in resolving these issues. I am adamant about not wanting to reinstall Windows and lose all my software and data, which would require starting the installation process from scratch. My account was removed from my computer by a professional due to hacking, and now I don't have the information to reinstall it. Microsoft has auto-renewed my annual fee, but I haven't received any assistance from them. I want either the program reinstalled with instructions or a refund. Microsoft states that my account is locked, and I need it unlocked with guidance for reinstallation or a refund of the $74.89 paid on 2/22/23 through my PayPal account.

My NordVPN protection stopped. When I turned off my tablet, I couldn't sign in as it wouldn't accept my email or password. Outlook also didn't recognize them. The last email I received was on 7/3/23. Yesterday, I tried to log in again and was sent a code for ID verification. The code was supposed to be 7 digits, but I could only get 6 numbers due to the speed of the message. It was too fast for me to catch up. Could someone please assist me? I'm 77 years old and I type slowly. My email is [redacted] I am using an Amazon Fire Tablet 10 with Fire 7 Android.

I received an email that landed in my spam folder, informing me that my credit card was declined a month ago. Following that, I received another email stating that my account had been deleted by Microsoft. I attempted to sign in but my password was not accepted even after changing it. When I tried to sign up for a free month, it indicated there was already an account linked to my email. Now, I'm uncertain how to proceed. I attempted to update with a new credit card, but it was unsuccessful. I am eager to restore my account along with its contents and proceed with a year's subscription.

I need assistance with removing the bottom search bar with "b" in it. The constant pop-ups from Bing are bothersome, and I did not request this feature. Since this was added to Windows 11 without my consent, I want to eliminate Bing and the bar from my screen. I prefer to conduct my searches independently and do not need Bing's suggestions. If removing Bing and the search bar is not possible, I may need to switch to a different operating system. I believe this intrusion goes against my privacy rights. I recently had an issue with my computer locking up and contacted the [redacted] number for help. I spoke with a person named Adam Smith Organization Quick Help Network Security in Albany, NY, who mentioned I was hacked by individuals from China. After spending time with him, I was transferred to Steven, a Web Security expert with the phone number [redacted]. Both individuals helped me with my Windows security concerns. I am now considering sending a check for $[redacted].00 to Westprice LLC in Westwego, LA, for computer cleaning and Windows Security. The last call I received was from a number in Waco, TX, [redacted], linked to AMA communications LLC DBA AMA Techtel comm. TX. I received account ownership verification from Microsoft for my primary email, du**[redacted], on 03/30/23. Despite this, I am unable to change the password as the account is temporarily suspended due to multiple password attempts. I also have another account, [redacted], which I cannot access. I received notice of a temporary password being emailed to me, but did not receive it and do not know which email address was used. In the meantime, I have set up a temporary email listed below until I resolve the issues with the two old accounts. I have not received two emails from Microsoft on this temporary email. How can I change the phone number from landline to mobile and reset the passwords for the two old emails? Additionally, I have been unsuccessful in updating my phone number from a landline to a mobile one on file with Microsoft.
