This is crucial as my important data, including over ten years of art, photos, and written documents on OneDrive, are now inaccessible. I have exhausted all possible avenues for recovery, including online chat and forms, but to no avail. I urgently need assistance in gaining access to my account and data.

I have an old Hotmail (now Outlook?) account that I created and shared with my sister when we were kids. I remember the username, but I can't recall the password or any of the old passwords we used. I also don't remember the email addresses of the contacts we chatted with. I need to access this account as it's linked to my old YouTube channel where there are videos of me from my childhood that I find embarrassing. Unfortunately, I can't access the account as I lack enough information to complete the account recovery form, leading to automatic rejection of my attempts. I do vividly recall sending an email to my crush from that account, which might provide some credibility. All I want is to regain access to the account so I can delete my old YouTube videos.

I have owned three Surface Books, four Surface Studios, and a dozen Microsoft devices. I've been a loyal customer for years. However, three times in the last six months, when trying to log into my email account from a new device, I have been unable to access my account due to issues with the secondary check. Although my password is correct, I get locked out because my office phone is set as the primary authentication. I believe providing a backup email in addition to a phone number would be more helpful in these situations. Despite turning off two-factor authentication, it seems to still be active. Dealing with these issues has been frustrating, to the point where I am considering switching to Mac computers to avoid the hassle with Microsoft.

I am currently locked out of my computer and experiencing issues with verifying codes on my new flip phone. The code verification process disconnects when I try to access it, and I'm unable to receive the necessary code due to this. Additionally, I am prompted for a pin number during a two-step verification process on my computer, a step that has not been required in the past. This has led to me being locked out as I am unable to provide the pin number. Despite reaching out to microsoft.com for assistance, the issue persists. I recently received a message on my phone instructing me to use "[redacted]" as the Microsoft account security code.

I've been trying for the past two days to reach technical support for help with an activation issue. It's been frustrating dealing with this situation. My current case number is [redacted]. After finally speaking with a technician, I was instructed to download an app and given a call-back number. However, when I tried calling, I ended up back in the same unhelpful automated system. The process has been unsuccessful in resolving my problem. I bought Windows 11 Home on Amazon to upgrade my PC from Windows 10 Pro, but the activation code isn't working. Despite downloading the recommended app, I am still unable to upgrade to Windows 11 Home using the product key. Email communication hasn't been effective, and I'm seeking direct assistance from a human technician. I have old Outlook accounts that I want to delete. I have one account that I want to keep, [redacted] I tried to set up a new account for specific emails, but the new account, [redacted], keeps bouncing back. I am unsure if it is set up correctly, including the password. Once I resolve this, I plan to set up a Family [redacted] account. A year or two ago, I believe I created a Microsoft account, but I never purchased a Microsoft subscription. Recently, I set up another Microsoft account to get an Outlook email address. When I attempted to buy a Microsoft [redacted] subscription with this new account, the system does not accept either the email address linked to my original account, [redacted], or the new Outlook email address, so I am unable to sign in and make the purchase.

I have been using my Hotmail account for 30 years. My original email is tudorsbarcea@hotmail. A few months ago while I was in Europe, I made a mistake with my password. Since then, my account has been closed. I have been trying to restore it, but the verification code is sent to an old cellphone number that I no longer have access to. I am unable to reach anyone at Microsoft to update my phone number. As per your instructions, I opened another email address, [redacted], to try and resolve the issue. I provided answers to security questions, but Microsoft's response was negative. They claim it's for our protection, but I disagree. By blocking my email, all my important information, photos, and videos, including those with my granddaughter, are inaccessible. My bank flagged a payment I attempted to make online as suspicious, prompting Microsoft to verify my email address. Microsoft has placed a 30-day hold on my account, preventing me from managing my payment methods. Despite entering the correct username and password, I keep facing login errors. My Microsoft account was hacked, and after a full week of trying to get help through the account recovery email, I found it to be useless. I need help to regain access to my account. The account was created years ago using [redacted], but now it's linked to the email [redacted] Despite having the authenticator app on my phone, it has not been helpful. However, I can see the email of the person who took over my account through the app. I didn't receive any notifications until my account was already compromised, and the thief only removed my phone number before making other changes. I need assistance changing all the information back to mine to prevent them from recovering the account. I can provide any necessary information, such as old passwords, birthdate, and Skype name, to verify that the account is mine.

I have been using Microsoft Works for my businesses for many years, dating back to version 4.0a for Windows 95. The formulas I created within the checkbook database have been essential for managing various financial records. However, my current issue is that the old version is not compatible with Windows 10 or newer. I tried switching to Microsoft Works 9, but my complex formulas did not work. Due to my age and circumstances, transitioning to a new database program would be challenging. Tonight, I spent 3 hours with technical support, but unfortunately, they couldn't assist me. I accidentally deleted my entire documents folder and tried to restore it using system restore. My cable company's tech support tried to help me, but my antivirus kept turning back on, hindering the process. I then reached out to Microsoft, and a representative remotely accessed my laptop, but the restore didn't work, and he quickly disconnected. I'm dissatisfied with the service provided. I recently attempted to purchase two different games, "Final Fantasy 13" and "Lightning Returns," for my PC running Windows 10. My msn.com email account was compromised, and I have taken steps to secure it. I changed the password and had my computer checked for malware by a professional. I noticed suspicious Microsoft Alerts in my Junk folder for the past 3 weeks. Although unsure if my computer was hacked, I confirmed the email hack where the hacker set up rules to forward emails to another address. I deleted the rule, recovered my emails, and changed my password again. Today I discovered my Contacts have been wiped, but some may reappear when I type a recipient's name. I am considering my options for recovery. Despite my background in cyber security technology, this incident has been concerning and I appreciate any advice.

I recently purchased a new computer and need to transfer my email account to it. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive the verification code since it is being sent to my landline phone. My old computer is running out of space, which is why I need to set up my email on the new device. However, the recovery email option is not working due to insufficient information. Creating a new email account is not an option for me as I receive important emails related to my doctor, retirement, and social accounts on this email address. My Gmail account was hacked, and as I also use it for my Microsoft account, that account was also compromised. Even though I managed to secure my Gmail, my Microsoft account remains at risk. After attempting to recover it with no success, I discovered that the hacker added their email to my Microsoft account and removed mine along with my phone number at around 4 a.m. in just five minutes. I need assistance in recovering my Microsoft account. Thank you.

I am frustrated with the lack of helpfulness from the employees at your company. It would greatly improve the customer experience to have real, caring people handle customer support instead of unhelpful bots. I have tried multiple times to explain my issue with my HP laptop, but the bot seems incapable of understanding English. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I hope that in the future, your company can employ more competent individuals who can provide adequate assistance. I am giving up on trying to fix the computer I recently purchased due to the incompetence of your bots.
