I used my Mastercard to place orders, and Microsoft saved my information without my consent. They contacted me through my email, [redacted], which is distressing. Why would Microsoft hold onto my card details? I don't feel secure as they never did this before. I am a loyal customer, and this feels suspicious. I am concerned about the risk of my data being hacked. This change is unsettling; I need an explanation from a supervisor. I've always trusted Microsoft but now, with data breaches, I'm worried. Companies shouldn't store financial info without permission. I'm questioning the trustworthiness of Microsoft for the first time. I recommend Microsoft to others, so this is disappointing. In light of tech crimes, I need assurance from a high-ranking Microsoft official. I want to understand this policy change and ensure my data security. The tech industry's reputation is declining due to breaches, and I'm emotional about this issue. It's vital to speak to someone promptly to restore trust in Microsoft.

While playing a game, my computer froze. I restarted it, but the Bluetooth was then missing from my PC. I checked the device manager, and it was in the hidden section. Following some advice, I uninstalled it, hoping Windows would reinstall it automatically. However, this didn't happen, and now Bluetooth is entirely missing from my computer. I've attempted to reinstall it manually to no avail. I am currently stuck without Bluetooth functionality on my PC.

I am experiencing challenges with this Windows 10 program. I find it difficult to navigate as there are limited instructions available. The picture editor that came with the laptop seems to have a horrible format. The lack of user-friendly features is frustrating. I am not a tech-savvy person, and Windows 10 is proving to be hard to use. I just want to access the programs I have paid for, but I am struggling to even open them to begin learning. I have been using computers for over 25 years. The system even forced me to change my password, which added to my frustration. I find it disheartening that with all the capabilities available, the new operating system is not as intuitive as the older versions. It feels like the changes were made to restrict access for those who do not share the same views.

I am having difficulties installing Office Home & Student [redacted]. Around a year ago, I began the installation but can't recall the Microsoft account I used or its password. I have been using Outlook for many years for both business and personal purposes. However, I've encountered an issue with Telus, the email provider I've been using for years. Telus appears to use Gmail and a POP server, while Outlook uses IMAP. Is it possible to reconfigure my email settings to work with Outlook while still using Telus as my provider? Recently, Telus updated my account after I reported this issue, but unfortunately, over 3,[redacted] old and repetitive emails were added to my Outlook account. Can anyone assist me with resolving this matter? Thank you for any help or guidance you can provide.

I've been a long-time user of Outlook and Telus, but I'm facing an issue with receiving emails in Outlook since mid-December. From what I understand, Telus uses Gmail and a POP server while Outlook uses IMAP. Is there a way to resolve this email deadlock? Additionally, when I contacted a Telus technician previously, I ended up with 3,[redacted] old and repetitive emails flooding my Outlook account. I'm hopeful for a solution to this problem. Thank you for your assistance and time.

I have submitted multiple forms to recover my account with Microsoft, but I keep receiving responses indicating that I haven't provided enough information. Despite providing all the necessary details, including passwords I remember using, such as "Furbabies" and "Gilbertson!$", I am unable to regain access. I urgently need to retrieve important legal information saved on my account. Please assist me in accessing my account promptly. Email: [redacted] Laura L. I am currently facing an issue with two-step verification on my Hotmail account. Due to an old landline phone number linked to my account, I am locked out for 30 days. This has caused me extreme distress as I have been unable to access my account, despite correctly entering all passwords and going through the necessary steps. My attempts to change my password due to excessive junk mail have led to this situation. I urgently require assistance to resolve this matter as my Hotmail account is vital to me, having used it for over 20 years. The phone numbers associated with my account are [redacted] (cell phone) and [redacted] (landline). Please contact me to verify my identity and help me regain access to my account.

Recently, my Microsoft account was compromised by a hacker who changed the email address and password, locking me out of my own account. Despite my attempts to recover it through the official process on the website, I have been unsuccessful. The recovery process leads back to the hacker's email address, which I no longer have access to. I have provided all the necessary information to prove my ownership of the account but cannot proceed due to the email change. I am constantly reminded of the hacker's email address when I try to log in, showing their name and email without providing a way for me to regain access. I believe a new verification method is needed to prevent such incidents and facilitate account recovery in cases where users lose access to their emails. Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing two frustrating issues. Firstly, I am unable to access iTunes due to an error related to VCRUNTIME140-1.dll which recently appeared, even though everything was working perfectly just a week ago. Despite attempting various solutions suggested online, I have not been successful in resolving this matter. Secondly, I have not received any incoming emails addressed to me since November. While junk mail still arrives daily, my inbox remains empty. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding these two problems.

When attempting to log in to my MS account, I have tried entering my email, Skype, and phone number on four different browsers. Unfortunately, each time I am met with a blank page. MS [redacted] is currently not functioning, and I am unable to sign in to address the issue. I believe this might be a common issue, and I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve it. Given that I am located in the UK and the website seems to only accept numbers from the USA, I assume communication via email would be the best option. Thank you, Mac

My third-party domain registration for bwanakahuna.com has expired, and it's now held by someone else. Due to this, my business o365 account is affected. I can't access my emails, including those associated with the [redacted] address. I need to resolve this issue to restore my services. I have an o365 E3 or E5 account with the Visio add-on and increased OneDrive storage. The only active email I have currently is my personal one at [redacted], registered under William Frizzell Jr, and my phone number is +1 [redacted]. Thank you.

I have been receiving emails saying that someone from Moscow accessed my MS account and made charges of hundreds of dollars. I can't find these charges on my account. Can you please check if these charges are legitimate or if it's a fraud? Thank you, Jay S.

I've forgotten the password for my Surface Pro model#[redacted], and the original email address linked to it has been changed. This device was purchased in May [redacted] and was being used by my wife until she fell ill. After two years, she has recovered, and I now want to start using the Surface Pro again. I need help getting the necessary passwords or codes to access it. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

I've been struggling to access my Microsoft account for what feels like forever. Despite meticulously inputting my passwords, they just won't work. I attempted to update my Google Drive but hit a roadblock, waiting for emails that never arrived. Years of work saved on Microsoft Office have vanished, even disappearing from my flash drives. Despite seeking help from Microsoft, nothing has been resolved. As a substitute teacher, I see a lack of interest in learning from students, while large corporations offer minimal assistance and charge fees for speaking with a representative. It's disheartening to see the disparity in treatment between employees like myself and top executives. I feel frustrated with the lack of progress in resolving these issues and hope to recover my lost data soon.

The email addresses connected to my OneDrive accounts were [redacted], jusofito33@yahoo, and edwinsr0643@gmail. I urgently need assistance in recovering important files. I am experiencing an issue with my computer login. When I tried to access my computer, a two-step verification process was triggered, asking for a pin number that I don't recall having. I attempted to create a new Microsoft account with my updated phone number and successfully set a new password. However, during the verification process to confirm my identity, I encountered a loop where the system kept asking me to repeat the test despite acknowledging my success. Upon retrying, the system requested my old phone number, which I no longer have due to upgrading my device. Consumer Cellular advised me to update my phone number. Despite passing the tests initially, I got stuck in a loop during verification, unable to proceed.

I seem to have Windows 11 Workstation Pro on my Dell Inspiron 15 [redacted] laptop, but it keeps asking me to activate Windows, showing up in the bottom right-hand corner. Sometimes it's there in a faint white color, other times it disappears. I suspect the product key doesn't match. I attempted to change it with another code, but the characters were not appropriate. I'm considering going back to Windows 10 to restore full system functionality since many features are restricted without activation. I've been using it this way for months, but it's becoming unbearable. Unfortunately, I can't afford a license at the moment as it's quite expensive, around $[redacted]. My financial situation is tight, but I hope to improve it soon. Resolving this issue is crucial for me. I find myself in a difficult situation.

Prezados, Recentemente adquiri o pacote [redacted] e criei minha conta, porém digitei a senha incorretamente, bloqueando-a.

I am encountering an issue with Microsoft not supporting Gmail. I have tried troubleshooting with no success, as I am unable to follow the steps due to difficulty finding certain settings. Although I attempted to resolve the problem by resetting my password, my computer now indicates it cannot connect to the email server. Strangely, my cellphone and new tablet can access Gmail without any problems, unlike my laptop which refuses to support Gmail. I am hesitant to create a new Outlook account, the only option my laptop seems to accept. Since updating to Windows 11, I've faced numerous problems and find the new version unsatisfactory. I prefer using Gmail and am not inclined to switch to Outlook. I do not engage in online payments, so resolving this issue is not urgent. While I can manage without accessing emails on my laptop, I am curious as to why Microsoft does not support Gmail. Any insights would be appreciated. Thank you.
