My wife and I set up an email account for our daughter on her Nintendo Switch when she was 6, now 7, back in October [redacted]. Unfortunately, we have misplaced the password and are unable to access it. Recently, our daughter broke her screen and we had to reset the system, which has caused an issue as all her games were linked to that email address. We are unable to set up the account again through Nintendo without accessing the email for verification. We have tried to recover the password through Outlook, but the security questions are too difficult, as she is only 7 and hasn't used the account for anything other than her Nintendo. We need to regain access to her email to resolve this issue. Thank you for any assistance.

My computer screen is displaying a blue error code stating a problem has been detected, and Windows has been blocked to prevent damage. It says to contact Microsoft Technicians and not to restart. The error displayed is 0X0000X000GH with technical information about gv3.sys. It also mentions to call the toll-free number +1-[redacted] for immediate help to prevent data loss.

Hello Support,
I am reaching out for help regarding my Microsoft email account. I typically use the email address [redacted] in conjunction with the Microsoft authenticator app. Unfortunately, my phone was reset, leading to the deletion of all my apps, including the authenticator app. I forgot to create a recovery code for my email account prior to the reset. Consequently, I have attempted various passwords to access my email, resulting in the account being locked due to multiple failed sign-in attempts. This situation has caused delays in my tasks, and I am eager for a speedy resolution.
Thank you for your anticipated assistance.
Sincerely,
Spatteco T. Smith, Jr.

Some time ago, my email account ([redacted]) was hacked. I haven't used it in years, but I recently found out it was linked to some important accounts. Since I made this account as a teenager, verifying the information might be challenging. I would appreciate speaking with someone to address this matter as it is important to me.

I recently purchased an HP computer from Best Buy in La Quinta, CA, in exchange for my Microsoft [redacted] Personal Computer. The upgrade came with a complimentary two-year Microsoft [redacted] Plan. However, I have now noticed a charge of $69.99 on my account, but this hasn't been deducted due to changing banks. I am unsure how to resolve this issue as contacting your customer service has been challenging, especially now that my computer is experiencing technical difficulties as well.

Each time my computer restarts, I'm prompted to log back into my Microsoft Word account with a "Microsoft Hello Pin" requirement, which I never set up, causing inconvenience. Despite downloading the authenticator app suggested, it continues to malfunction. Additionally, attempting to reset it via email proves futile as I never receive the reset email. Even requesting a texted code results in an error message, stating the code is incorrect, despite being accurate. I want to eliminate the need for this cumbersome extra login step - if I possess accurate login credentials, why enforce this additional pin causing such frustrations?

I have been struggling to reset my password for months now due to forgetting it. Despite various attempts to verify my identity to reset the password, I have been unsuccessful. I even submitted a 30-day waiting period request but have not received the follow-up email as promised after the initial notification. I have checked my spam and deleted items folders diligently but found nothing.
My only access to my mailbox is through my phone, where I am connected to Outlook.
I have exhausted all my options and could really use some assistance.
Thank you and have a pleasant day.

I need live tech support for my hacked home desktop. I unknowingly accessed an unsecured website that froze my Inspiron desktop PC and instructed me to call a Microsoft phone number. I turned off my PC. I have been trying to find a number to call, as this has unfortunately happened once before, and live help is a must. I left my phone number, [redacted], for a call back several hours ago, but my call has not been returned. I have called several Microsoft tech support numbers that direct me to go online. My PC has been hacked, and I don't have access to my phone. Please call me or text the real tech support for a human phone number.

I am frustrated with this online service! I require assistance from a human tech support representative. Despite purchasing and installing Windows 11 Home, my computer continues to crash with a blue screen. It is impossible to reach a live person via the phone line. I am unwilling to navigate through an automated system to address this problem. I demand direct communication with a live agent. Otherwise, please refund the $[redacted] paid for this faulty software.

I have encountered an issue with accessing my long-time email account. Despite having the correct password, the system keeps flagging it for suspicious activity, leading me to the recovery process. Unfortunately, after several attempts, the information provided for recovery has not been sufficient to regain access. I am at a loss on how to proceed further with resolving this situation.

Approximately two weeks ago, I encountered an issue with my Dell Desktop running Windows 10/11 where the pin I usually use was not accepted. Despite numerous attempts, I failed to reset the pin and password successfully. As a result of this frustration, I switched to a local account as I couldn't access my Windows administrator account. I recently reset my machine, retaining personal files, but the problem persists, preventing me from accessing the administrator account or reinstalling Quicken and Microsoft Office due to the pin problem.
I also have two laptops, one with Windows 10 Home and the other with Windows 11 Home, and experienced a similar issue on the Windows 11 laptop. After seeking help at a local shop, my files were lost when they reset the computer, despite being backed up on a 4TB external drive. I managed to reinstall Quicken and Office on the laptop, and they are functioning properly now.
I am reluctant to reset my desktop as there are crucial files under the administrative user account that are not backed up on the external drive. Even if they were, I am unable to connect the external drive due to the recurring "wrong pin" error. After four decades of using PCs, I have never encountered such a vexing and seemingly insurmountable problem, despite scanning internet forums and Microsoft resources for solutions.

I have attempted to reset my Outlook password around 10-12 times, saving it each time. However, upon entering my most recent password on Outlook, I am consistently told it is incorrect and prompted to reset it again. This morning, after just one more attempt to change the password, I received a notification that I have exceeded the allowed number of attempts and need to wait until the following day to try again. This cycle is not resolving my issue and is causing frustration. I would greatly appreciate some assistance with this matter.

I work from midnight to 8 AM. This morning around 4:30 AM, I contacted customer support for help logging into Gmail. While making a purchase, I had used autofill on my computer to input my first and last name and password via copy and paste. However, as the password field only showed stars, I forgot what the password was. Despite successfully completing the purchase, I then reached out to Microsoft support to retrieve the forgotten password. The support agent guided me to their support page to address the password issue, as my cell phone was not receiving a code for verification. The tech issue with my phone provider has now been resolved. The Microsoft support agent helped me access their internal information menu to delete several inactive Gmail accounts that I had also forgotten passwords for. I now need to repeat this process. I decided to use "[redacted]" or "r.m.flesher0." Can someone assist me with this matter? - RMF

I recently set up a new computer and bought McAfee Antivirus software as prompted. However, when trying to run the .exe file, Windows 11 is asking me to purchase the software from the Windows Store. I have already paid through the McAfee prompts and believed the download was through the Windows Store. Additionally, Windows wants me to make changes through the apps menu. I contacted McAfee support, but they couldn't assist as they mentioned it's an operating system issue. They advised me to reach out to Windows tech support.

Hi support team,
I'm currently attempting to reset my password and have requested a verification code via text message. Unfortunately, I have not received it on my mobile number. Previously, this process worked without any issues. My account is currently blocked due to entering the password incorrectly twice. I've been trying to recover it, but the verification code is not coming through via text message. I'm unsure of what the problem might be.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this matter.
