I am experiencing issues with my Microsoft Office Excel version 10 software. I struggled with opening Excel spreadsheets sent to me with an xlsx extension. To use the software, I had to convert the files to "open document spreadsheet" format. However, when I attempted to email these spreadsheets with xlsx endings, the recipients couldn't open them. Moreover, when I tried to access xlsx files on my computer, a dialog box appeared prompting me to open or save the document. Clicking either option led to a new dialog box with a slightly different title. I need assistance with this problem.

I recently purchased a new phone and am trying to set up Snapchat. However, I can't recall the password for my Snapchat account, and the phone number associated with it is outdated. The email linked to the Snapchat account is also inaccessible as I can't remember its password. I disputed this with my bank, and I previously spoke to a helpful woman at Microsoft regarding this fraudulent activity. She updated the necessary information on my account. Despite assurances from an Azure representative that my money would be returned as the account linked to the fraud was closed, I am still out $2,[redacted].75. I was informed on 9/16 by J. Elekes, a support engineer for Azure, that the issue would be resolved promptly, but to date, no action has been taken. I am a 62-year-old woman on a fixed income, and I urgently need this matter resolved. I hope to avoid any unpleasant confrontations and would appreciate speaking directly with a representative rather than communicating solely through emails.

Hello, I am having an issue with my Microsoft account and Minecraft account connectivity. I unknowingly clicked on a suspicious link and my accounts were compromised. The hacker removed my Minecraft account and when I tried to reset my passwords, I found my Microsoft account inaccessible as my email was not recognized. I spent a long time this morning on the phone with a "Windows agent" regarding a Dangerous Alert on my desktop computer. Despite some challenges in communication, the agent conducted a thorough review of my connections including my landline phone, computer with email, and online banking. Concerningly, he concluded that I had been hacked and leaked in multiple areas. He assured me that he would conduct further checks to identify the extent of the hacking and leaking. However, I found it concerning when the agent repeatedly emphasized that I should not disclose any information to anyone. This raised some legal concerns for me. The agent scheduled a follow-up call for Monday morning to verify if the issues had been resolved. Strangely, when the phone rang, the caller ID displayed "Finley," which made me think it was someone else, but it turned out to be the same agent. Given the situation, particularly the repeated instruction of confidentiality, I wanted to seek some advice or clarification.

I'm having an issue where I am constantly prompted to sign in and perform various tasks to fix a problem that I never asked for in the first place. I did not install this and now I'm being instructed to uninstall it by following a series of steps. This is frustrating because I don't have the time to deal with phone issues all day, that is what your team is supposed to be responsible for. I am using Microsoft 11 but keep experiencing Bing taking over my phone through Microsoft Edge, preventing me from using my device properly. This is not the service I expected or paid for. If you want me to use your products, they should work seamlessly without causing disruptions.

My husband sadly passed away on 7/4/[redacted], and the account is in his name. I was informed that I could not remove his name and contact details from the account.
