When I use BING for searches, I notice that a site called "megasearch2k22.com/search" with "TROVI.COM" in the search line keeps appearing. Despite typing in BING and getting to the BING search bar, whenever I search, it directs me back to TROVI.COM. I have tried the troubleshooting steps from Microsoft with no success. Even after cleaning out and reinstalling Windows, the issue persists. I contacted support on Sunday, but due to being busy, I was advised to try again on Monday, which I couldn't do. Hoping to get assistance with this recurring problem.

I've been trying to reach out for assistance without any success. Yesterday, one of my Outlook email accounts started prompting me to sign in to my Microsoft account, stating the need to verify my details. Even while using other email accounts, this pop-up keeps appearing. Although I can sign in to my vikevent Microsoft account, it's not addressing the verification issue with the client services account where I'm unable to send or receive emails for my business. Despite my attempts, I'm unable to resolve this with Microsoft and could use some help. Warm regards, Vicki Mills 61 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Hello Sunil, I anticipated a chat window but received an email instead. I bought Microsoft Office [redacted] in July under the [redacted] email. While two of my email accounts work fine in Outlook, the client services email requires identity verification, displaying an invalid account message when I try to login. This particular account, crucial for my business, is not sending or receiving emails despite various attempts at verification. I'm eager to have this resolved promptly. Best regards, Vicki Mills [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

My account was compromised. Originally, it was [redacted], but due to a security alert, both the email and password have been changed to [redacted] I've attempted to retrieve the hacked account, but I receive a prompt asking for more details. I believe it would be more efficient to provide the necessary information directly to a support representative to facilitate resetting the email and password. It is crucial to me because all my photos, videos, games, and Windows are stored there. Currently, I am using a Microsoft account on my PC and am concerned about losing data if I take any action. I am willing to provide any required details to regain access to my account. Can you please assist me in recovering my account and inform me of the necessary steps?

I am experiencing issues with my email account, [redacted], as I stopped receiving emails on 11/18/22 at 9:41am. When attempting to sign in, I receive an error message stating "that Microsoft account doesn't exist." It seems the problem may be related to a startup issue where I encounter two icons on the lower left of the screen. One new icon prompts an incorrect name or password message, while the other allows me to enter my pin and access the computer programs. I need assistance in removing the faulty icon from the startup process. When selecting an account to sign in, there are two options available. The first, [redacted], is normal. However, the second option appears to be a new account named "[redacted]," which I suspect is related to a hack. I would appreciate guidance on resolving these issues.

I enjoy using my MSN Home Page and Outlook Hotmail account. Lately, I've been troubled by two recurring notifications from Microsoft. Firstly, I keep getting told that they are unable to receive emails from my other account, despite following and verifying all the suggested steps. Secondly, there's a persistent email urging me to upgrade my product, which I do not wish to do. I have tried deleting it, marking it as junk, and even blocking it, but it keeps reappearing every time I access my Hotmail Outlook account. I need assistance in stopping these emails from showing up in the future. Thank you. - Beverly W. ([redacted])

I recently re-subscribed to Microsoft [redacted] but encountered issues logging in despite completing the renewal process. I have attempted all available options and am now awaiting assistance on multiple devices for over an hour via live chat. It is frustrating to have paid for the service, yet face access problems. I am seeking immediate resolution and wish to contact support through any means possible, whether it be email, phone, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger. The urgency of this matter cannot be overstated. I am currently attempting to recover a lost password. I am facing an issue where the code sent to my phone is not matching due to an email and phone number mismatch. I have a reason for this discrepancy that I can clarify when speaking to the technician. Previously, I had no trouble receiving codes from Microsoft to change phone numbers. Despite this, when filling out the form Microsoft provided, the computer froze each time I tried to proceed after entering required information. A Microsoft technician promised to connect me to the team but the call got disconnected without a callback. I have spent a significant amount of time on this and would appreciate a resolution. Kind regards, Alfred Sigman.

Yesterday afternoon, my computer was hacked, preventing me from accessing my system. After speaking with a Microsoft technician named Neil Robinette, he conducted a remote session to resolve the issue and granted me access to Microsoft [redacted]. I thanked him for his assistance and he closed the session. I am now requesting that the Tech Support individual help me reset MS [redacted] to factory settings. Additionally, I need guidance on navigating the MS [redacted] program and assistance with setting up and accessing Windows 11 to utilize its functions within MS [redacted]. I am eager for your support to familiarize myself with both systems. Thank you for your help.

I am unable to log in to my Microsoft account. I, David J., am the listed owner, and I added my spouse's Outlook account to my Xfinity account due to Xfinity's requirement for an alternate account as a fail-safe system in case of being locked out. Microsoft then required me to link this new information for synchronization, threatening to lock me out. They ended up making my spouse the primary user in the synchronization system. I am now experiencing difficulty accessing anything online other than Xfinity and Microsoft support. If necessary, please assist in creating a pathway for me to reach microsoft.com and provide guidance on updating my Microsoft account information to prevent future lockouts. I remember my password but currently cannot access either Microsoft.com or my account.

Hello, Initially, I needed to recover my account for some reason. I don't have my PIN or password for Microsoft. I received odd messages about resetting BitLocker or another lockout app while I was in DOS mode and couldn't get in. After a while, my regular Microsoft login returned with Windows. I believe the email accounts associated with my Microsoft are [redacted] and [redacted], but I can't receive any codes. I have been trying to regain access over the past three days and I think I may be locked out. I'm not sure if my account was hacked or if it's due to inactivity. If someone could contact me at the number provided, I would appreciate it. Thank you and have a good day.

Hi, I am unable to access my account as I have forgotten my password. When trying to recover it, I am asked for a recovery code, which I don't have. I verified my identity with the last 4 digits of my phone number and requested an email for further contact. The issue is that it will take 30 days to recover my password, which is too long for me as I need access to my email and Office services. How can I resolve this? Thank you for your help. Carlo P.

I have been attempting to cancel my Microsoft [redacted] app subscription without success. Despite my efforts, I was billed $[redacted] for the service. I have contacted my bank to prevent this transaction. I do not wish to continue using this app and am seeking reassurance that the billing will be reversed and that future charges will cease. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

I tried to cancel my subscription to Microsoft [redacted]. Despite multiple online attempts, my cancellation requests were disregarded. I was then charged $[redacted] on my debit card by Microsoft for the app, which they plan to bill me for regularly. I had informed them well in advance that I wanted to cancel, but they still charged me. I've reached out to my bank, but they advised me to wait until they are open. Can someone assist me with this issue?

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Outlook email due to a verification request. Microsoft has prompted me to verify my account but is attempting to contact me through a closed email address. When trying to use an alternate email for verification, I did not receive the verification code after multiple attempts. Eventually, I managed to input a different email address and successfully received a code. However, as I proceeded with the verification process, I was asked to provide recently used email addresses that I cannot access. This has become an obstacle in accessing my Outlook account. I seek assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I am encountering an issue with Microsoft Outlook where every time I open it, a pop-up appears saying "INTERNET SECURITY WARNING: The server you are connected to is using a security certificate. Do you want to accept it?" I always select "Yes" and accept the certificate, but the pop-up keeps coming back. I have verified that the server certificate is correct, rebooted my account, and even had a computer technician look into it, all without success. The technician and my server provider suggested that I reach out to Microsoft since they believe it is a Microsoft-related problem causing this persistent pop-up.

Every time I open Microsoft Outlook, a pop-up appears with an internet security warning about the server's security certificate. I click "Yes" to continue, and I've even installed the certificate in the automatic certificate store, but the issue persists. Both my computer technician and the server team said it's a Microsoft problem they can't resolve. The server's certificate is accurate, and they've even rebooted my account, but the pop-up keeps showing up.

Help.microsoft.com limits me to three failures a day, and I am unable to reach the Windows 10 Pro agent I need to speak with. The hold music plays for over an hour after I press 1. Please call me directly instead of requiring me to press 1 repeatedly. The phone system is not functioning properly. I have been a loyal Microsoft customer, paying for the service annually, but have been experiencing issues recently. My name is Neil Lesser, and I can be reached at [redacted] in the US. I would appreciate a phone number where I can directly contact a Windows 10 technician to address the problem remotely. The transfers to more skilled agents are not successful, they disconnect the call abruptly. As a lifetime customer, I request not to be limited to only three attempts per day. Kindly call me back with a Windows 10 Pro technician on the line without requesting me to press 1 again.

I have MS [redacted] on my laptop and my Comcast email configured through Outlook has stopped sending and receiving emails. I reached out to Xfinity, reset my Comcast password due to security concerns. They mentioned I need to contact Microsoft to configure my email. I found the help.microsoft.com page unhelpful. I'd appreciate speaking with a live representative if that's an option.

Dear all, I ended up accidentally purchasing the Microsoft [redacted] package three times due to the confusing system. Despite trying to cancel, each time I received confirmation of a new purchase. After speaking with Sandy from customer service, she assured me she would cancel the orders and refund the charges. However, I have not received any confirmation or updates regarding this issue. Kindly direct all correspondence to the email provided to ensure I receive the necessary information without further struggles. Thank you.
