Hello, I recently was transferring over 1,[redacted] pictures onto a disk when I accidentally hit the wrong key. Suddenly, all the pictures ended up on my desktop, stacked on top of each other. I tried deleting them one by one but it seems tedious. Windows 10 just finished downloading an update. I recall there being a way to revert to a previous date, but can't find it anymore. I've been struggling with this for a month now and need assistance as I am not very tech-savvy and disabled. Please reach out to me, preferably via text at [redacted], to let me know where I can find your response. Thank you for your help. Diana Buckley. Note: my email is not Gmail, it's at Mail.com.

I am experiencing difficulty printing from my Brother MFC-L3770CDW printer using my MS Surface Pro. My internet service provider, AT&T, confirms that my laptop is the source of the problem. AT&T checked my connection and router and found them to be in good condition when tested from their office. Wired printing works fine, but printing wirelessly becomes unreliable when I am more than 4 feet away due to a weakening internet connection. I have now relocated the printer closer and can print wirelessly, but I desire the ability to print from anywhere in the house without limitations. To address the issue, an MS representative ensured my printer software was updated, temporarily resolving the problem. However, the issue resurfaced shortly after. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Two days ago, when I tried to log into my Outlook (Hotmail) email, I was prompted to verify my account details. I followed all the steps outlined by Outlook, including entering a code sent to another email and filling out several pages of information. After submitting, I was informed that my information would be reviewed for account restoration, but I have yet to receive any updates from Microsoft. This delay is concerning as I rely on my email for communication.
Additionally, I am looking to disable this verification feature on my email account. Living in China requires me to use a VPN like Shadowsocks due to internet censorship, which seems to trigger Outlook's account blockage. While this issue has occurred before, the prolonged access restriction is inconvenient and impacts my ability to access essential emails promptly.

1. I'm experiencing a lot of errors when attempting to open emails. A message appears mentioning "clickit" but the content doesn't display. Numerous empty boxes pop up in my email, clicking on them yields no results. I've tried alternative browsers with no success.
2. I'm concerned about the high number of emails being routed to my junk folder, including important receipts and payment confirmations. Despite clearing out my junk mailbox, old emails seem to linger. I'd like to clean up my inbox, removing unnecessary emails and ensuring important ones aren't marked as junk. Is there a way to archive the current emails so I can start fresh and manage my inbox independently of Microsoft?

Someone approached me asking for my Xbox Live gold account, claiming to be a friend of Jakym. I refused, suspecting a scam, as the person never provided their real name. Despite denials, I remained wary and declined to share my account details. The individual insisted they were not a scammer, stating they were friends with Dizzy from school. I maintained my stance and expressed my distrust of scammers. The person eventually apologized for asking and I made it clear I did not want further contact. They tried to reason with me, but I stood firm in my decision not to engage. In the end, the conversation concluded with both parties acknowledging the situation.

I am in need of assistance to recover my email account at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign Campus. I was informed by CITES at the University that the account has been moved to the Cloud. Due to having it set up on my Surface Pro4 as a personal account, there are now two accounts associated with the same net ID ([redacted]), and I am unable to access either of them. After updating to iOS 13 on my phone, I encountered issues with deleting emails and, in attempting to resolve this, I inadvertently deleted the contents of all my folders, including sent mail. The account verification form requires specific emails with particular subject lines which I cannot provide, resulting in the automated system rejecting my form. I am unsure of the next steps to take at this moment. Retrieving my .edu account is crucial as it contains 15 years' worth of building information stored across various folders.

I received a phone call from a Microsoft representative stating that one of my "certifications" had expired and that someone would assist me with a "Log me in rescue." They mentioned that Microsoft would cover the costs because my husband and I are elderly. We are both on a fixed income, relying solely on Social Security. Believing their story, I purchased a $[redacted] Walmart gift card with the promise that Microsoft would reimburse me. Sadly, this was a scam. As a senior citizen, it is challenging for us to recover from this financial loss, especially after already seeking financial help for other expenses like repairing our air conditioner and covering medical transportation costs. Hackers prey on vulnerable individuals, and the experience has been distressing. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, S. Kelsey.

Subject: Urgent Help Needed to Unlock Microsoft Account
My account has been locked due to a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement. I talked to Christian from Microsoft and was then transferred to Ritu from India who suggested a remote session. However, Ritu seemed unfamiliar with computers, making it challenging to communicate effectively. I requested assistance from someone in the USA.
I am experiencing issues changing the attributes of downloaded files on my PC after a recent Windows update. The message "ACCESS IS DENIED, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE ADMINISTRATOR PERMISSION TO CHANGE THESE ATTRIBUTES" keeps appearing, causing a significant impact on my business operations costing $[redacted] daily. This problem only started after the update, and I urgently need Microsoft's help to restore my administrative rights.
Please assist me promptly as I have critical deadlines to meet in my business. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Respectfully,
Chris Gavin

On November 29, [redacted], at 10:22 AM CST, I spoke with Christian from Microsoft regarding my case # [redacted]. At 10:24 AM CST, I was transferred to Ritu from India who suggested a remote session. Unfortunately, Ritu seemed unfamiliar with computers and was difficult to understand due to her accent. Despite trying to unblock access, I receive an "ACCESS DENIED" message requiring administrator permission. This problem only arose after the update, and it is crucial for my business, costing me $[redacted] per day in lost access. I have urgent deadlines to meet in producing and distributing music across the USA. This ongoing issue with my PC's administrative rights is disrupting my operations, and I appreciate any assistance from Microsoft. Sincerely, Chris Gavin.

My Xbox controller recently disconnected when I got home. It no longer syncs with my Xbox even when using a wire. The flashing light indicates it's trying to connect, yet it doesn't. Pressing the sync button or trying to sync simultaneously hasn't resolved the issue, with the controller continuously blinking. A friend suggested the Bluetooth connectivity might be broken since it doesn't show up on my iPhone or laptop's Bluetooth list. I'm eager to resume playing Xbox with friends, especially after buying a gift card I can't currently use. Please contact me at [redacted] as soon as possible. Thank you.

Thank you,

On 11/23, I received an email indicating that my Home Office [redacted] account could not be charged and was being suspended. On 11/29, I spent 45 minutes speaking with a Microsoft representative at [redacted]6. Although there were language barriers, I managed to provide an alternative payment method. Subsequently, I received an email confirming that my account was reactivated on the same day. However, today I am unable to access my account and I am encountering an error message that says "can't connect." Despite receiving confirmation that my account is paid through 12/17 and having it restored yesterday, it is inaccessible today. There are important records on this account that I need to access daily. Please assist me with resolving this issue.

While researching a medical topic using Microsoft Edge, I encountered a large red square error message stating "Stop code: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED" alongside a tan screen from Window Security asking for my username and password. I am hesitant to provide this information without understanding the cause of this issue. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this major problem. Thank you, Brenda.

I am unable to access my email at [redacted] due to suspicious activity, and I'm locked out. The phone number linked to the account is my old Malaysian number [redacted]. Since I'm now in the US for studies, I have a new phone number. This is causing an issue as I can't receive the recovery code on my old Malaysian number. I've tried to fill out the form twice, but the information provided doesn't seem to be enough. I urgently need access to my email as I have a flight confirmation that I need to print. I've recently installed Windows 10, and now I'm having trouble getting Adobe Audition CS 5.5 to work. I keep receiving an error message stating that the sample rate doesn't match the input or output, even after attempting to adjust the sample rates. When I upgraded from Windows 7, I could usually troubleshoot these types of issues, but I'm unable to resolve it this time. I would appreciate it if someone could provide me with a phone call to guide me through the process. Thank you. - E.C.

Hello Microsoft, I am disappointed in your company's use of prison labor. This practice hinders inmates from improving their situations upon release, contributing to cycles of recidivism that disproportionately affect people of color and women. Your focus on profit over people perpetuates systemic issues and delays progress in America. Using underpaid or unpaid inmates for corporate gain perpetuates modern-day slavery and does not support reintegration efforts. I feel compelled to share this concern with others and will take my business elsewhere to support companies that prioritize ethical practices and social responsibility over profit margins. Thank you for addressing this issue. - Elena T.

I own Office [redacted] Professional, which was on my laptop that crashed. If that's not an option, could you provide me with step-by-step instructions on how to resolve this issue? I am 77 years old and not very tech-savvy. Thank you in advance for your help. Jim F.
