To Whom It May Concern, I am currently using Windows 10: G4GXM - N278W – XFHD8 – 69R36 – MKMK7 on a new MSI AMD motherboard, NVME hard drive, AMD Ryzen 5 CPU with 8GB of RAM. On October 12, [redacted], your company pushed the May [redacted] update to my computer, which resulted in corrupting the entire version of Windows 10 I had been using and causing the loss of important personal data. Following the update, I encountered a blue screen with the error code 0xc000021a. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue by following various suggestions, including attempting to repair the boot sector through command prompt, I was unsuccessful. I strongly believe your update was the root cause of the malfunction, as the same issue occurred when I reinstalled Windows and updated with the May [redacted] update again. I am frustrated by this experience and seek a satisfactory resolution to this problematic situation caused by your update. Sincerely, Peter Pav.

To the Microsoft Team, Hello, I am a Cyber Security student aiming to advance in the realm of information security, and I'm reaching out because of my interest in Microsoft products. Currently pursuing a Cyber Security Associates in Applied Science at Rowan Cabarrus Community College, I wish to dispel the misconception that Apple products are more secure and user-friendly than Microsoft. I'm keen on reviewing your Surface Pro to showcase its capabilities, especially relating to cyber security. Would it be possible for college students like me to receive complimentary products for professional reviews? I'd be grateful for the opportunity to assess the device thoroughly and share insights beneficial to both students and cyber security experts. Thank you for considering my request. Best regards, D.C.

My brother recently paid Nitrado via his Xbox account for a Pixark server. However, technical issues prevented him from setting it up. Despite several emails and calls to Nitrado, all he received was a promise of a few extra free days. When the server still didn't work after a week, he asked for a refund. Nitrado gave him conflicting information, ultimately claiming the refund had to come from Microsoft. When he approached Microsoft, they redirected him back to Nitrado. Now, both companies are refusing to refund him, accusing him of making up stories. He has documented proof of this runaround. As his sister, I'm appalled by Microsoft and Nitrado's behavior. My brother, who suffers from MS, should not be taken advantage of. If Nitrado can't deliver working servers, they should not be allowed on Xbox. I urge you to investigate and resolve this matter promptly to prevent others from being exploited. His gamer tag is PlaceboAmoebe63. Thank you, Hanna.

I recently received this unsettling email yesterday regarding a malicious malware infection on my computer. The individual claims to have accessed sensitive data and a compromising video through my webcam, threatening to share it unless I pay them $[redacted] in Bitcoin. The email goes on to instruct on how to obtain Bitcoin and provide the wallet address for the payment. It emphasizes the urgency of the situation and the consequences of non-compliance. They also suggest updating my browser to prevent future security breaches.

I received a disturbing message threatening to release compromising information if I don't transfer money via Bitcoin. The sender claims to have accessed my computer and recorded me through the webcam, demanding $[redacted] to keep it quiet. They provide a Bitcoin address and threaten to share the video with all my contacts if I don't comply. The message also warns about updating my browser to prevent malware. How should I report this?

My company recently switched to Office365, a program I am familiar with from a past job. I recently purchased a new laptop and installed the software on it. However, I am encountering difficulties downloading documents from my email to my laptop desktop. The process is overly complicated with numerous confusing prompts, making it frustrating to work on my documents. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to address this issue. When I attempted to use my company email as instructed, I received an error message stating it was not recognized. This has occurred multiple times, leading me to give up and wait until I can access the files in the office the next day. Despite being a long-time user of Microsoft products, I struggled to find a customer service contact. I understand that many companies are outsourcing customer service, adding to the frustration. I simply want to download files from my Outlook account without facing an onslaught of questions, password requests, and permission prompts. Can you provide assistance? I am willing to pay for a service contract to navigate this new system, which bears resemblance to Google Docs. Can you assist me promptly?

I recently visited the Microsoft Store to purchase a $99.99 pack of coins for Crossout. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered an issue where I pay for an item or pack but do not receive it. I am a dedicated player who spends a significant amount on this game. I am disappointed in the way the store is currently operating, as this problem persists. I am not interested in a refund; I simply want to receive the original pack I purchased. Microsoft, please assist us players who support your company. My details are as follows: phone number [redacted], gamertag: Pros at Work74, and the last four digits of the card used for purchase are [redacted]. Please send me the coins I paid for. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with unlocking my Microsoft account linked to [redacted] Even though I entered the correct password, my account is locked. The error message instructs me to verify my identity by sending a code to my phone number. I followed the prompts, but unfortunately, I did not receive the verification code on my phone with a Vietnamese number (+84). I cannot request another code until tomorrow due to limitations. I am concerned the same issue will persist tomorrow. If there are alternative ways to unlock my account, please contact me at [redacted] Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Gerald N.

I need assistance removing my credit card from my son's Xbox. When I log into Microsoft, I cannot find the credit card to remove, and it does not match my son's screen name. I have been charged double multiple times, and this occurs every month. I am unable to remove the credit card on the Xbox itself. Despite buying Xbox Live gift cards, I am still being charged $19.99 monthly. Please help me with this issue. Thank you.

I recently installed Microsoft Works, an older program, where I had created a personal address book in the past. However, I am now struggling to access my databases. I have a subscription starting from 10/20/19. I am seeking guidance on how to retrieve my personal address book from the database. Despite reinstalling Works before and it being available, I didn't print it out and now I'm unable to find it. I appreciate any help you can provide. I also have a new PC running Windows 10 that I haven't used yet. If I can retrieve the address book now and print it, I won't need to install Works on the new PC. Thank you in advance for your assistance. I would prefer direct support rather than waiting for a call from a service agent in 20 hours, as indicated by the automated system. I paid for the subscription with the expectation of quicker assistance, which doesn't seem to be the case. Thank you for your help, - BB

I got a new laptop and I can't remember if I registered an email on it or if it was automatically assigned. My tech guy at work set it up for me as [redacted] I'm trying to download Google Chrome, but it requires me to exit "S" mode, which I'm attempting to do. However, it's asking for my outlook email and password, which I don't recall creating. Without this information, it's requesting additional verification like my name and address. Another issue is it's asking for a password I've used, but since I haven't used outlook before, I don't have one. The system is also inquiring about whether I bought a Microsoft product and the card used. I used a Best Buy card for the purchase, and although I entered an expiration date suggested by Best Buy, it's not working. I urgently need Google Chrome for a ZOOM interview scheduled for Saturday and in January. I just need help recovering my account. Thank you.

I have had premium Microsoft support for a year. Despite a few issues, the support team was quick to act. Now, in the final class of my graduate program, my PC is acting up. I received a notice about my subscription expiring when I couldn't afford to renew it. Now I'm facing over [redacted] possible issues and can barely use my PC. I lack the funds to cover the costs, and I find it frustrating that I was warned one day and lost access the next. While I understand the need for paid services, this situation may jeopardize my graduation. I acknowledge this is my responsibility and not Microsoft's fault.

In the late '90s or early 2000s, I created a Hotmail account while living in Guwahati, Assam, India. I am uncertain about the exact year of opening this account. After creating it, I maintained the same password for many years. In [redacted], I linked this Hotmail account to my Facebook profile. Initially, I checked my Hotmail sporadically, but around [redacted], I stopped using it altogether. Recently, in [redacted], I noticed some changes regarding Hotmail accounts on a website. When I attempted to log in, I couldn't remember my password. I vaguely recall updating my password around [redacted]-15 but do not remember the new one. I now wish to regain access to my Hotmail account, but I've forgotten the password and the last email's subject line. Since it's linked to my active Facebook account, I'm hoping to recover my Hotmail account. Can anyone advise me on how to proceed?

Please add Michael Brenin Sayre to case number [redacted]5. I believe it is important for people to know about the LRAD device that bad individuals possess. This device can emit sound over a long range and can be very harmful. The FBI seems unsure about it, which is why I want to raise awareness. These individuals may try to manipulate the situation to make me look bad, but it is crucial for the public to understand the potential dangers associated with this LRAD device. Despite having evidence, these individuals seem to escape consequences. I urge you to spread the word through a website, an app, or any software available to ensure that the truth is known. It's essential to address this issue rather than ignore it.

I am looking to set up OneDrive on my Windows 10 Pro PC, but I am having trouble remembering the email address associated with my Microsoft purchase. I believe it might be ********@hotmail.com but I am not entirely sure. I bought Windows 10 with my VISA ending in ****[redacted] under the name JAMES B. SORENSON. Although my card's expiration date is currently 02/21, it might have been different at the time of purchase. I attempted to use the online account recovery option, but my answers did not work. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide based on the product and purchase details I have provided. I prefer not to create a new outlook.com account. Thank you for your help. Jim S.

Hello, I'm experiencing difficulties with my account. My father created the account [redacted] without consulting me years ago when we bought an HP desktop computer. He should have used my existing Hotmail email instead. He didn't save any details about it, so now I face issues when there's a sudden shutdown or if I need to look up a saved password, as it requires a password that I don't know. I'm attempting to reset my password, but the process is unsuccessful due to insufficient information about previous passwords and incorrect phone numbers linked to the account, leading to authentication failures. I'm unsure how to proceed. This is essential for my business desktop, and I have urgent tasks to complete. I would greatly appreciate prompt assistance.

Now, in case of an unexpected shutdown or when I try to access a saved password, the account requires a password that I do not have. This is causing significant issues for me. Yesterday, my account got hacked. I contacted customer service, and they initiated an account recovery service ticket. Today, my account is showing as blocked. After contacting them again, they requested me to complete ticket #[redacted]. I just received an email saying the case is closed, but my account remains compromised. The hacker has accessed my account details and made unauthorized credit card charges. Despite spending three hours on the phone with customer service, I've made no progress. I simply want my account and data restored without having to prove my innocence. I'm disappointed at how easily someone gained access to my account without any apparent concern from the company. I had to provide additional identifying information yesterday to confirm my identity, but I'm unsure what more I can do. I've invested significant funds and pay a monthly fee for this account. Please urgently address this matter! I'd appreciate speaking with a responsible party instead of being redirected.

I signed up for Microsoft Office [redacted] a while back, but my account login was linked to an old email address that is no longer active. After replacing my computer's hard drive, I attempted to re-install Office [redacted] but encountered errors while trying to log in due to the obsolete account credentials. The system prompts me to enter the outdated account ID that I can no longer access. What steps can I take to successfully reinstall Microsoft Office [redacted] on my computer?

On Monday, I purchased a new PC with Office Home & Student [redacted]. After installing Office, it worked initially but now I keep receiving an error message stating: "C:\windows\system32\v runtime [redacted].dll is either not designed for Windows or it contains an error. Try reinstalling the program using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for assistance." The error status is OxcOe90002. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall, but the same error persists. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
