I have been waiting on the phone for over two hours for a technician to call me. My computer was hacked, giving a group of hackers complete control, and I even provided my bank information, thinking they were Microsoft. After speaking with a lady claiming to be from Microsoft who provided me with a case number and verification code, I was put on hold to wait for a tech to call me back. Worried about losing my files, I called Microsoft again after waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes on hold. Despite requesting someone in billing, I was directed back to the tech department and have been on hold for over 2 hours now. This experience has left me very concerned and frustrated about the lack of assistance and the potential loss of my important files.

I am experiencing issues with my headset where both the audio and microphone are not functioning. Despite attempting online chat support, I have been directed to a 12-step troubleshooting guide without success. On my computer, the headphones are recognized as "Speakers (Realtek Audio)," but no sound is playing. I have exhausted all troubleshooting options on my own. I believe remote access to my PC is necessary for a professional to assess the problem directly. I am confident that it is not a hardware problem since the audio worked earlier today. However, I may have worsened the situation while adjusting microphone settings. I am hopeful that providing this context will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

Hello, I recently purchased a laptop with Windows 10 for schools. However, as I am not a student and do not require this version, I hoped to revert to the original Windows 7 Home Premium that came with the laptop. Unfortunately, I discovered that the product key had been used on another device, leaving me in need of assistance to rectify this licensing issue without incurring additional costs. Any help in recovering my original product key or guidance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support in addressing this concern. Best regards, Izabella

I'm having trouble with my boss's computer printing because of an issue with the print spooler. I've restarted it and the computer multiple times, checked for malware, spyware, and adware, but the problem persists. Despite being able to print a few items, it stops working after the 4th to 6th print. Is there a way to uninstall and reinstall the print spooler? I can't seem to find a print spool download anywhere.

About four months ago, following a Microsoft update, my laptop battery stopped fully charging. Despite trying various troubleshooting methods, including erasing battery drivers and fully draining the battery, the issue persists. Initially, the battery wasn't charging at all, and now it intermittently stops at 73%, 87%, or 35%, depending on the day. This ongoing problem has rendered my $[redacted] HP Spectre laptop practically unusable without being plugged in. To temporarily resolve the issue, I have to uninstall the battery drivers and completely drain the battery weekly. Since the initial update induced the problem, my laptop hasn't reached [redacted]% charge. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a Dell Isporon [redacted] a month ago. The font size on Windows that came with it is too small to read. I've spent hours on the phone with Dell for the past two days, but they claim the issue is on your end. I tried to adjust the font size and resolution in Office [redacted], but messages from you or in Dell's chat room are still barely readable due to the small size.

Subject: Assistance Needed with Account Recovery Dear Support Team, I am struggling to access my account associated with the email address [redacted] This account has become my primary Outlook account, and removing it would mean losing access to several other email accounts managed through Outlook. Despite trying multiple times to recover the account on www.accountlive.com, I have been unsuccessful. I have made multiple attempts to fill out and submit the recovery form, but the automated system keeps rejecting my request. I have received the security code on my alternate email address, [redacted], every time. I have provided all required information, including my full name, address, Skype username, details of my last Skype billing, credit card information, three Skype contacts, and details of three recent Skype calls. I am unsure of what additional verification criteria I need to meet. This situation has left my Outlook account inaccessible offline, limiting my ability to use certain features. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Magdi Salah El Deeb alias Michael Deeb

Hello Team, I am reaching out from Ford, a Microsoft Licensed company, with an issue we are encountering regarding an MS Excel file. We recently upgraded to Office [redacted] and are now generating an Excel file with hyperlinks. When clicking on the hyperlink, it should redirect to our internal website with key parameters. While this works smoothly on Internet Explorer, it is not functioning on other browsers like Chrome or Firefox. When using non-IE browsers as the default, the parameters in the hyperlinks seem to go missing, causing the application not to display the page correctly. This hiccup only started after migrating to ADFS in our application. We have verified that the issue does not lie within the application itself. Could you please provide assistance in resolving this MS Excel issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, ------------------------- ATA

We recently upgraded to Office [redacted]. Our software now generates Excel files with hyperlinks that are not working properly on browsers like Chrome and Firefox. The hyperlinks direct to an internal website with key parameters, requiring ADFS authentication. While the links work fine on Internet Explorer, the parameters go missing on non-IE browsers. As a result, the internal website fails to display the correct page. This issue arose after migrating to ADFS. Our application seems to be working fine. We would appreciate any assistance in resolving this Excel hyperlink problem. Thank you.

After updating my iMac, I encountered issues with accessing my Word, PowerPoint, and Excel apps as they seem to be outdated 32-bit versions. I'm looking to upgrade the apps to work on my new system. Additionally, I attempted to purchase Office [redacted] but encountered difficulties signing in or setting up my account due to flagged unusual activity. I am unable to recall my old Microsoft account sign-in details or alternate contact information associated with an outdated email address I no longer have access to. When I tried creating a new account, it prompted issues with my username and phone number. The system indicated that my existing name and phone number are already in use, but I do not wish to create additional user emails. I simply want to regain access to my original account with the name [redacted] Thanks for your help in restoring my old account.

I believed I had two OneDrive accounts - one under [redacted] and another under [redacted] Last week, while transitioning from iCloud, I transferred files to the [redacted] account, thinking that I was copying them correctly. However, upon signing in to OneDrive with [redacted], I found that the files listed were the same as those in my [redacted] account, not the ones I had moved from iCloud. It appears that [redacted] is linked as a secondary email to my primary [redacted] account, allowing me to access both with either email address. I need assistance in resolving this issue because I'm unable to retrieve the files I transferred from iCloud to the [redacted] account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We recently got new laptops for our insurance agency, but we are having trouble logging into Microsoft Excel as it keeps asking us to activate it, and we have lost the original key. Despite purchasing Office [redacted] Home, we are unable to connect as it claims our account does not exist. Even when attempting to create a new account using our email [redacted], we are faced with the same message. We are at a loss here. Is there any way to retrieve our old product key?

Earlier this year, I encountered a similar issue with my computer's USB ports after a recent Windows update. Initially, all ports were functioning properly until the update was installed. Afterward, a couple of ports stopped working. Upon attempting to revert back to the set point, there was a nerve-wracking moment during the restart process. Eventually, one USB port remained non-functional. Prior to the update, all ports were in working order. Despite Windows repeatedly pushing for further updates, I am postponing them as I rely on these ports for various devices essential for my tutoring sessions. Additionally, I am experiencing difficulties with the "Get Human" service as I have not received the required code to my email address.

I'm looking to transfer information from our old computer to our new one. My wife works from home and I'm having trouble downloading Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business, personal OneDrive, and documents. I need help moving everything because my wife might have remote access from her job to our computer and I'm unsure how to do it myself. We have a Microsoft account, I'm not sure if it's the home or office version, but we pay a monthly subscription. My wife also pays for Norton Antivirus on the old computer. Our old computer is an all-in-one Lenovo, and our new one is an all-in-one HP.

Hello, I'm LeRoy R. and I need assistance transferring data between our old Lenovo all-in-one computer and our new HP all-in-one. My wife uses remote access for work, and we are unsure if our subscription is for the home or office version due to different software on each computer. The old computer has Skype for Business and OneDrive for Business, while my laptop only has the basic versions. Seeking tech support to remotely connect and help resolve these issues as this task is beyond my expertise. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I am experiencing recurring DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE BSOD errors on my GIGABYTE Sabre 15 laptop running Windows 10 Home 64-bit. These crashes occur during graphic-intensive tasks using Adobe software and design applications. The laptop's fans also run loudly before crashing. I have tried reinstalling the OS, updated the BIOS and all drivers, and ensured power and GPU settings are optimized. Even after running Windows memory diagnostics, the issue persists. System logs point to ntoskrnl.exe and ntkrnlmp.exe as potential causes. I have contacted Gigabyte for any known hardware issues but await a response. Any guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am using Windows 10, 64-bit, Home Edition, and I am experiencing issues with installing my Canon MG5650 printer. After completing the installation, I receive an error message "MP Drivers: New Port could not be created. :[redacted]." Despite clicking "OK," the setup completes and shows User Registration as successful. Canon Support (Query Number 1-[redacted]1) suggested it might be a Windows 10 problem, as other PCs on my LAN print successfully. I am unfamiliar with Ports and how to resolve this problem. Any assistance in simple terms would be appreciated. Please consider explaining as if I were 10 years old, although I am actually 76. Thank you. - Philip Hennessy, UK.

1. I am having trouble printing from Microsoft Word. The notification I am receiving indicates that Microsoft cannot confirm my Office [redacted] Student account, which was licensed for extended use without needing annual renewal. 2. I received a message instructing me to update Adobe Pro DC on my laptop. Do I need an Adobe subscription to print using Microsoft Student [redacted]? I am currently using my son's laptop, but I have my own email address, judithhesters46@gmail. His previous email address associated with the laptop was shestersvinetree.com. When I tried to check the license information for my Microsoft Office [redacted] Student account purchased earlier this year, I couldn't access it; my son's account details appeared instead. How can I access my account rather than my son's? Thank you for your assistance.

I recently discovered a fraudulent account has been created in my husband's name with your service. We do not have a Gmail account. The scammer is requesting money and iTunes cards for cancer patients using the name DanO, a nickname my husband uses. This is concerning because my husband, who was a chaplain in the military, has retired, and some people might fall for this scam due to his background. I request that you promptly suspend/block this account, as we are unable to even view it. Can you please send an email to all contacts associated with this account to warn them that previous emails are part of a scam? This situation has caused us distress as we have been receiving calls from various locations in the U.S. The email address being misused is [redacted] I have also left a voicemail for a call back, but your recorded message states a 20-hour response time, which is concerning. I appreciate your swift action on this matter. Thank you. Vanessa A. Ottaviano Please contact me via phone instead of email. [redacted]

I reached out to your technical support and received case number [redacted] for the activation of Windows 10 by Kavya. During the process, she requested a receipt for my new motherboard, accessed my email to copy it and went into my email settings. Following the disconnection, my email usage is disrupted - I can't exit or navigate emails, or send new ones. I seek assistance from Microsoft to resolve this issue. Moreover, extended wait times exceeding 10 minutes on phone calls and disconnections by Videsh add to the frustration and time wasted. The repetitive ads during calls are equally bothersome.
