I need assistance since I updated my phone, making it impossible for me to access my Hotmail account due to a forgotten password. This email is solely used for Facebook, and I don't have it logged on my computer. I attempted to recover it through Microsoft and Facebook multiple times to no avail. The phone numbers linked to my account are outdated, and I no longer have access to them. My new number is [redacted]. I simply need my password to be resent. Thank you, Duncan.

When I search my name "Anna Cromarty" on Google, a Depop likes page appears that is not displaying items I like, which is embarrassing. I recall that at the time I was randomly liking items, while I had another account where I actually liked specific items I preferred. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the email associated with that account "anna9988" as I have several emails and I am unsure which one I used. Despite this, I attempted a password recovery on the Depop website. However, I am unsure which email the account is linked to. I tried my old email "[redacted]" with no success. Then, I attempted to log into another old account "[redacted]" but I cannot recall the password. When trying to reset, the system prompts me to send the recovery email to "[redacted]," but it appears as "[redacted]" with "con" instead of "com." It seems there is a typo. I urgently need access to my old Depop account to update the account name. Kindly respond promptly.

There are some hosts where the SCCM client installation push is failing. The ccmsetup.log shows a WINHTTP_CALLBACK_STATUS_SECURE_FAILURE. The dwStatusInformationLength is 4, lpvStatusInformation is 0x8, and WINHTTP_CALLBACK_STATUS_FLAG_INVALID_CA is set. The WinHttpSendRequest API failed with ErrorCode = 0x2f8f. I've checked TechNet for solutions, but none have worked thus far. Additionally, some PCs are facing issues with OSD, which seem to be connected to the SCCM client. I can share logs for this problem too.

After downloading a Microsoft Edge update, my internet browser keeps closing on its own whenever I try to use it. I attempted troubleshooting on my PC, but the desktop won't open the troubleshooter program. I also tried using SFC /scannow, but that didn't resolve the issue. Now, I am stuck at my desktop screen where all my game shortcuts are. Although my computer allows me to play games, it won't let me access the internet. Even regular Internet Explorer is not working. I am unsure what to do next.

I recently purchased a new personal copy of Windows 10 and Office for my computer in July [redacted]. I had them installed on my new computer, which I am now trying to use. However, I keep receiving a message in Word prompting me to log in with an old account "MaryWhite0856@" which seems incorrect. It states that my cached credentials have expired. I am frustrated because I spent money with Microsoft and now I can't use my computer as I please. My other Microsoft accounts are "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" Thank you, Mary N. White.

I am experiencing an issue with Microsoft products (Windows Store, Office) where I am receiving an error message stating that I am not connected to the internet, despite everything else working properly. The error code I am encountering is 0x800704cf. Upon further investigation, I attempted to ping microsoft.com using the command prompt and received a request time out for every packet. It seems that after moving from Europe to Japan, my internet connection may have been affected. Another problem I am facing is that my student license for Office expired when I switched from my bachelor's to master's program. Unfortunately, I am unable to activate the license within Office due to the lack of internet connection.

I am currently staying in Singapore for an extended period, and my devices have been shut down. I am unable to access or send emails due to my travel location, and Microsoft has blocked access for security reasons. I have also received an iPhone 11 while I am here. My permanent residence is in New Jersey, U.S. I kindly request to remove the security feature blocking my access. If this has been resolved, please contact me via email at [redacted]; if not, you can reach me via text at [redacted]3. Thank you, Claire.

I created my Microsoft account a while back. Although I remember the password, I'm now being prompted to go through identity verification. After submitting personal details, I got an email stating that my identity couldn't be verified, and now I'm locked out. One suggestion was to complete the verification on the same computer I used to sign up, but that computer was disposed of four years ago. I'm unsure how to proceed and can't locate a Microsoft contact number.

I transported my father's desktop PC from NY to TX and am struggling to connect it to the Ethernet outlet in the wall. Maintenance tested the port using their laptop, and it functioned properly. Suspecting a cable issue, I replaced it. However, troubleshooting reveals a faulty connection in the network adapter. After downloading new network adapters from the Intel website for Windows 8, saving them on a USB drive, and installing them on the PC, the problem persists. An error message persists suggesting a damaged cable. I'm unsure how to proceed.

I am assisting a customer who is unable to access their Office365 account due to it being linked to a former employee's mailbox. They have requested to redirect the account to another employee who recently left, but we are unable to access that mailbox for administration. Despite attempting the recovery process for two days, the information provided was insufficient, leading to the account being locked due to multiple unsuccessful recovery attempts.

My first-generation Surface Laptop seems to be stuck on the Windows logo screen. I have tried rebooting and doing a hard reset multiple times, but it just won't progress past that point. Typically, when the UEFI screen appears, a hard reset solves the issue, but this time it keeps looping back to the same problem. I have already ensured there are no external devices connected, and the battery is fully charged. I'm at a loss for what else I can do, so any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I have had my email account since I was 24. A few months ago my iPhone got smashed, and I have been unable to access my email account ever since. I have attempted to recover it multiple times using the provided forms, but unfortunately, it keeps stating that it cannot recover my account. During Christmas, I usually receive an important email containing an e-transfer from a very generous family to help with the holiday season. This year, I am locked out and worried about not being able to receive their assistance. I am desperate to regain access to my account so I can provide my children with a good Christmas.

I have a Dell laptop with Microsoft Office Professional Plus [redacted] installed. I've always had the "dictate" red microphone button on the top right-hand side of the "home" tab in Word. However, yesterday morning, the option to dictate my voice into text disappeared. I have several research papers due soon and would really appreciate having this feature back to save time typing everything out. I've relied on this function for months and hope to get it working again. Thank you.

Hello everyone,
I am facing a challenging situation and need assistance. Recently, I replaced the hard drive on my laptop due to it being broken. While reinstalling Windows, I used my old phone number, [redacted], to register my Microsoft account. Since I no longer have access to that number for the past 2 years, I am unable to receive the activation code. Furthermore, I have forgotten the details of my Outlook email used during registration.
I am hoping for help in changing the old number to my current one, 0[redacted]07, on my email [redacted] settings. This way, I can receive the code to reset the password for my email and gain access to my PC. Without this change, I am locked out of my computer.
Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hello everyone,
I am facing a challenging situation that I am struggling to resolve. Recently, I had to reinstall Windows on a new hard drive since the one in my laptop was damaged. However, I encountered an issue with my Microsoft account as I had it registered with an old phone number, which I haven't used in two years. Furthermore, I cannot remember the details of my Outlook email account used during the Windows registration process.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this predicament. My suggestion is to update my old phone number ([redacted]) to my current number (0[redacted]07) in the settings of my email account [redacted] This way, I can receive the verification code on my new number to reset the password and regain access to my email. This is crucial for me to access my PC as I am currently locked out due to the password issue and the outdated phone number linked to my account. Your help would be truly valuable.

I encountered an issue trying to access my [redacted] account today due to a security concern. Upon selecting the "fix" option, I received multiple codes, none of which worked to restore my account. The subsequent security questions requested previous passwords (which I don't recall due to the account's longevity), the content of the last email sent or received (inaccessible without account access), and details of a purchase made through the account (stored within the email). The frequent password changes and account lockouts are becoming exasperating. Please, kindly restore my Hotmail account without further password modifications. The struggle to regain access and the continual password resets are becoming tiresome.

I recently received a survey request from Microsoft. I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback, though I found the character limit frustrating. After revising my response multiple times, I received an error message: "AN UNEXPECTED ERROR HAS OCCURRED." I was prompted to contact my system administrator with Exception ID: 388D7909. The survey link kept leading me back to the same page, making it difficult to complete. It's disappointing when companies ask for feedback but don't seem to value it. Hopefully, Microsoft can resolve these issues for a smoother user experience. Thank you.

I recently reset my phone and now it is requesting the Gmail password linked to my account. After numerous attempts with no success, I was locked out. When I tried to recover my last password, it indicated that it was changed three months ago. Despite trying all combinations, I have not been able to unlock it. I have submitted a reset request but have not received a response. I rely on my phone for work and feel restricted without it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. My email is [redacted] and the password previously used was annabelle58.

My ethernet connection works fine for browsing the internet, but none of the Microsoft apps can connect. My setup involves connecting via ethernet to a WiFi booster, which is wirelessly linked to my main WiFi hub. When I check the status tab, it shows that IPv4 has no internet access, IPv6 has no network access, and the media state is enabled. I confirmed that this setup works on a different laptop, so the problem seems to be with my computer. Any assistance in resolving this issue with Windows recognizing my connection would be highly valued.
