Despite reaching out to support multiple times and verifying my account through different methods, I have received no response. I have offered to do the government ID verification to resolve the issue but have not heard back. My fiancé and I have separate accounts but share payment methods unknowingly. I previously spoke to support about this, and they advised me it was okay to continue using her card for payments. However, I am now facing this account limitation with no way to reach Mercari through the provided phone numbers in my region. Any help or guidance on how to resolve this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a silicone doll at the listed price yesterday, and the payment was processed. The seller has not taken down the listing. The seller's name is Rheagan Galilea. I noticed the same doll is still listed on Mercari under "Reborn full body silicone Cub baby doll" but at a higher price with different sellers. Both listings have identical photos, descriptions, and details, leading me to believe it's the same doll. I really want the doll but I'm concerned about potential fraud. Despite trying to reach out to the seller multiple times, I haven't received any responses. I trust that if there were any illegal activities on this platform, they would have been addressed. I bought an item but within 24 hours, I wanted to cancel the order since my husband had already purchased it for me. The seller messaged me but I didn't see it immediately. When I confirmed the cancellation, the seller informed me that the item had already been shipped. I'm confused as to why they would ship it after I had requested to cancel.

I am facing an issue with Mercari where a buyer claimed the item was the wrong color and posted photos of a different item, which was not the one I sent. Despite my detailed listing with accurate color description, Mercari approved the return. I am concerned that the buyer might swap the items and return a different one. I'm concerned about the return process for the 17 boxes of Polaroid film. The app states that returns should be shipped back within 3 days, which is the same time frame I had to send the items initially. However, I noticed that the buyer has been given until the 26th of September [redacted] to return the items. I purchased a Taylor Swift cassette from a seller and promptly requested to cancel the order upon realizing the item was not authentic merchandise. I suspect it's a scam, as the seller was allegedly selling something that was never legitimately issued. Despite a cassette possibly arriving, without real authenticity, it seems like a recording hastily made on a tape deck. Frustratingly, after being away and unable to inspect the package, I discovered it mysteriously vanished from my account. The tracking showed it was delivered with no waiting period, which raised suspicion. Upon contacting the seller, they insisted I provide my Venmo details and then implied reluctance to refund to evade a low rating on Mercari. I am concerned they might not reimburse me, and I feel their ratings should reflect their fraudulent behavior.

Hello, I'm in the process of returning a damaged item that was approved for return. I mistakenly thought I had 3 Business Days but now see it might be 3 calendar days. I was unable to return it due to pet sitting on the other side of the city. Could you kindly make an exception this time? I plan to send it via FedEx tonight, uncertain if it meets the deadline. I am having an issue. I shipped a purse to a customer who bought it, but UPS lost it. UPS compensated me by sending a check to Mercari Inc. I am trying to locate my payment and understand how to receive it. The purse was not Charles', and I did not sell it through Mercari. I believe I am entitled to my payment as I am now without the purse and my money, which seems unfair.

I purchased a pair of shoes on Mercari listed in "like new condition." The photos only displayed the left shoe which looked slightly worn. Upon arrival, the right shoe had significant damage. I reached out to customer service, but they mentioned that I had already reviewed the item, limiting their ability to assist. They offered a mere 10% discount on a future purchase. I believe the seller engaged in false advertising by not showing both shoes and claiming they were like new. We are looking for a partial refund or preferably, the option to return the shoes for a full refund.

I sold a Samsung S21 5G phone, but the buyer claimed to receive batteries instead. Mercari sided with the buyer, causing me to lose both the phone and my money. Determined to resolve this, I tracked the phone using the IMEI number which pinpointed its location in New Jersey, where the buyer resides, while I am in Texas. I want my refund, not the batteries Mercari is suggesting I take back. I have three witnesses who saw me package and ship the phone at the UPS store.

I signed up for a Vimeo trial subscription, but I didn't like it and now I have been billed for a subscription I don't want. I attempted to log in to Mercari using my desktop computer. I tried two different browsers, but I kept receiving error messages stating that either my password or email address was incorrect, which was not the case. Despite changing my password three times and successfully logging in each time, the website continued to claim my login credentials were wrong. I eventually accessed my account through the app without any issues. However, I prefer shopping online on my computer for the larger screen. It is frustrating that I am unable to login to the site via my desktop computer.

I purchased a subwoofer from a seller who was unresponsive for 2 or 3 days. After requesting a cancellation, the seller claimed to have shipped it, but the tracking information never updated. The seller then mentioned she wasn't going to send it and would wait for Mercari to cancel the order rather than doing it herself. It has now been over a week, and customer service informed me that they would cancel it if there are no updates to the tracking information.
