I recently purchased a pair of Apple AirPods online. Although the serial number appeared valid, I suspect the seller misrepresented them as new when they seem to be refurbished items. The packaging and the AirPods themselves were unclean, despite the box being sealed. To make matters worse, I have been unable to charge them effectively since I got them. I had initially left a positive rating for the seller, but now I am encountering these issues. I am uncertain about their authenticity as I have heard that serial numbers can be duplicated. I am looking to initiate a return process for this purchase.

Hello! I purchased an item from a seller on Mercari and completed the transaction by confirming that I received the item. The product was a 2-sided LP record. Unfortunately, when I played it on my record player, most of the songs skipped. I am hoping for either a replacement (if available, as the seller specializes in selling records) or a refund. I understand that sales are typically final, but I invested $65 in this purchase and the majority of the songs are skipping. I am currently waiting for a response from the seller. I have used this app for buying and selling without any previous problems.

I am eager to comply with any necessary steps to rectify this misunderstanding.

Hello, I have sent out several orders that were delivered to buyers a few days ago. The buyers bought multiple video games from me on the same day, so I decided to ship them together in one package rather than separately. I used the same tracking number for all the items, but it seems that the buyers can only review one item, leaving the others pending. I didn't realize I needed to create separate listings for bundled items as I'm new to Mercari. I asked one buyer to cancel their order so I could bundle it with other items, but they declined. Now, I am unsure how to proceed with the missing reviews for the other items.

I want to report a seller on Mercari, Sherris N., who consistently lists fake Fragrant Jewels Satin jewelry. The rings she sells are counterfeit and not part of the authentic Fragrant Jewels collection. She manipulates stones and uses bands that were never associated with Fragrant Jewels. Despite knowledgeable users flagging these items, Mercari allows her to continue selling these fraudulent products at inflated prices. This behavior is deceptive and violates the law. Mercari needs to enforce its policies and address this issue promptly.

I am writing to Mercari on behalf of my sister, Leonne V. She has been scammed on Mercari. She paid $[redacted] for a fake ring, then $[redacted] for a purse, and another $[redacted] for a ring she believes is also fake. She has been trying to contact Mercari by phone but there is no customer service to speak to. Can you please provide an email address for the website so she can explain the situation directly? She is very upset and has lost trust in Mercari. She has already contacted her bank to dispute all the charges. I was planning to purchase something from Mercari but have stopped due to this. Please assist her as she feels hopeless after 3 weeks of trying to get through with no response. The items she received are not as described, and the bank is waiting for Mercari's response to the dispute. If Mercari does not respond, she may lose all the money. She thought Mercari protected its customers, but now she feels let down. Mercari should ensure customers are happy before releasing payment to vendors.

Hello, I recently bought item number m[redacted]4 (Phone Soap-Pearl White) and unfortunately received it damaged. Despite being described as "like new" and in excellent condition, the item had scratches on the back, scuffs inside, and a broken bulb that cannot be replaced. Fortunately, I managed to locate them, and they have been successfully delivered to the buyers. However, due to a delay in scanning by USPS and UPS, the items were automatically cancelled in the Mercari App. As a result, I am now unable to receive payment for these items and cannot communicate with the buyers on the platform. I purchased an Ozark 16-person cabin tent on Mercari for $[redacted] plus $30 for shipping totaling $[redacted]. What I received today was a dome-shaped 8-person tent by Big Timberland, only sharing the same color. I am deeply disappointed as I was eagerly expecting the original tent. I recently purchased a pair of True Religion jeans in size 27 34 from your website. However, upon receiving them, I noticed they do not fit like a size 27 at all. They seem more like a size 30 30, which is way too big for me. These jeans are not the ones I ordered, as I am familiar with True Religion sizing and this pair is not authentic. I need assistance with returning a damaged package. Mercari provided a return label with an incorrect address, causing the package to be sent to the wrong location. The seller attempted to rectify the address issue with Mercari to no avail. USPS cannot reroute the package and referred me to the local post office, but I was unsuccessful in resolving the matter there. If the correct return address had been provided by Mercari, this situation could have been avoided. Although a customer service rep extended the return deadline, the current situation still poses a challenge. Mercari should reimburse both the seller and me for the stress and inconvenience caused, including shipping expenses. The item in question is identified by the item ID m[redacted]7.

Regarding item m[redacted]6, I never received the shipping label despite reaching out multiple times. Ambrose, the customer service agent I dealt with, did not fulfill their responsibilities. I have screenshots proving my attempts. I checked my inbox and spam folder for the label, even messaged Kendrick about it. Despite mailing the item at my own cost and providing a new tracking number, the one provided by Mercari was invalid. I shared evidence with Ambrose, but they failed to address the issue. I am upset about being charged for a returned item due to these issues. I demand a refund promptly.

I recently received the Under Armour shirt I purchased last week. Upon opening the package today, I noticed that the item, listed in "good" condition, has 3 holes and 2 stains at the bottom, which were not mentioned in the description. I am disappointed with the condition of the item and would like to return it for a refund so I can purchase a different shirt. I have been an active user of this app for over a year, both buying and selling items, and if this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have to reconsider my usage and recommendation of this platform. I have requested to return an item, and the seller has agreed to the return but suggested purchasing a new item instead. I was informed by their representative that they do not facilitate exchanges after reviewing our conversation. Despite us both agreeing on a return and purchase, they have refused to help, even though they offer a money-back guarantee. Their customer service has been extremely poor throughout this process.

I noticed a separate issue regarding an incorrect email address associated with my account, as I never received any notifications. Despite emailing Mercari about both matters, my messages are now not going through. During this time, I reported fraudulent charges to my bank, but the unauthorized transactions persisted. I suspect there may have been more unnoticed charges. I am unsure of the next steps to resolve this complicated situation.

I received a computer yesterday, and upon setting it up, I discovered that the monitor was damaged. I am attempting to return the item, but I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone at Mercari via their phone number. With only 3 days left to request a refund, I'm unsure of what steps to take next. I have already initiated a return and refrained from rating the seller, and the seller has agreed to the return. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to contact anyone by phone. It is frustrating that Mercari is not responding to calls, especially considering my genuine payment and the two-week wait only to receive a damaged item. I had to make multiple attempts to create an account and ended up being suspended for unintentionally having more than one account.
