I am submitting a complaint regarding the McDonald's restaurant on Blue Heron Boulevard in Riviera Beach, Florida. The sign indicates the restaurant opens at 6:00am, but for the past 2 months, the staff has been refusing to serve customers who visit the drive-thru. As a dedicated McDonald's customer with over 20 years of experience in the food service industry, I believe that all customers should have access to the inside of the restaurant during operating hours unless there is a safety concern. When I tried to address this issue with the manager on 06-21-[redacted], I encountered an unprofessional response from a staff member. I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration. I ordered the cheeseburger pack which should have had 2 cheeseburgers, 2 10-piece chicken nuggets, and 2 French fries. I added a large Sprite and a Spicy McChicken sandwich to the order. Unfortunately, I only received a Sprite initially without any tampering to the bag. Managed to arrange a redelivery through DoorDash but still didn't get the 2 10-piece chicken nuggets. I attempted to call but couldn't reach anyone. Requesting for my order to be fully replaced. Location: McDonald’s on Prienlake Rd, Lake Charles, LA [redacted].

I recently visited a McDonald's on Bath Road at Heathrow with my family, including my 5-year-old daughter who enjoys playing games inside while we eat. After our visit, I received a car park fine from Met Services Limited stating I overstayed by 15 minutes. Upon appealing the fine, they upheld it citing their 60-minute limit. I find this rule inconvenient for families like ours who need time to park, enter the restaurant, order, and eat. I'm a frequent customer for both business and family outings and have never encountered this issue before. The incident has been stressful, considering the total cost of our visit with food at £32.50 and the parking fine at £60, making it £92.50 in total. I'm unsure about returning due to the strict time limit. Please be aware that the 60-minute parking restriction begins upon entry and ends when you exit the car park. I visited the McDonald's on Lafayette Street in Marianna, Florida today, June 28th, and once again, the ice cream machine was out of order. This has been an issue for three weeks now. I was informed they were waiting for a part to fix it. I understand that getting parts can take time, but as a large corporation, it seems like this repair process could be expedited. It's frustrating as this is the second time I've encountered this problem when trying to order the new Grimace Happy Birthday Meal with shakes that require the ice cream machine. It's disappointing when kids are looking forward to ice cream treats and they're unavailable. I suggest McDonald's inform customers about the issue with a sign or notify them before ordering. I previously spoke to the manager, but couldn't follow up due to illness. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly. Thank you.

I visited the drive-thru in Forney, TX off Hwy 80 at 10:15 a.m. The employee on the speaker told me to "Give me a second." I waited for 5 minutes, then he asked for my order. I requested a medium hot coffee, but was told they weren't serving coffee that day. Since it was breakfast time at McDonald's, I was surprised they weren't serving coffee. The employee could have handled the situation better by asking for a moment to take my order, especially after the wait. I'm curious why McDonald's wasn't serving coffee. Thank you.

I had an upsetting experience at McDonald's in Orpington involving the manager, Millie, and another person named David who wrongly accused me of making threats. Despite me never accusing David, he and his friends have been harassing me whenever I visit the store. Now, I have a letter from David's lawyer summoning me to court. I am struggling with various health issues, feeling isolated with no support, and facing unjust accusations. I have been through a difficult life of poverty and homelessness, despite my efforts to help others as a Christian. I hope for justice and some relief from this distressing situation.

I attempted to contact the local McDonald's in Knoxville, Tennessee regarding an issue with their Grimace shakes. My sons have been unable to get these shakes due to syrup shortages at other locations, so I visited the McDonald's at [redacted] Maynardville Hwy., [redacted], to inquire. A staff member mentioned they were expecting a delivery today, July 7th, and suggested I return after 12:00 pm. To avoid another trip, I wanted to call and confirm if they could make the shakes now. I am unable to find the Grimace milkshake near me in the Philadelphia suburbs. None of the locations I visited had the item despite it being advertised on their windows, drive-thru boards, and television commercials. It's disappointing to explain to my 6-year-old that it's not available. This marketing gimmick seems more like a money-making scheme that didn't pan out. As a result, I have chosen to avoid McDonald's for my child and opt for fast-food establishments with better practices.

I had a disappointing experience with the McDonald's in Churchhill, TN [redacted] recently. The fries were cold and greasy, the buns were stale, and it took them 20 minutes to prepare my order, which was similar to my previous visit. The employees, particularly the kids, seemed to lack work ethic as they were lazy and on their phones, while even the manager seemed indifferent. I do not suggest anyone dine there due to the poor quality of service and food.

I want to share my experience at the McDonald's located at 12 and Hayes in Roseville, Michigan while picking up a DoorDash order. When I arrived, I couldn't find the order bag on the shelf designated for delivery pickups. Politely, I asked a lady (who appeared to be a manager) for assistance, but she was distracted by her phone. Despite my attempts to get her attention, she seemed dismissive. After pointing out the importance of not being on the phone when assisting customers, she responded defensively, escalating the situation. The fact that she is a manager made her behavior even more disappointing. I requested to speak to a higher authority but was unable to get contact information. I intend to reach out to corporate about the incident. It's crucial for employees, especially managers, to handle such situations professionally and with respect. During my vacation, I placed an online order through the app with the order code ZH35 for almost $40 worth of food. Upon arriving at the location, the drive-thru attendant rudely informed me that they were closed and refused to provide my order despite it being confirmed. I am shocked by the service I received. I requested a partial refund for my order at the McDonald's located at [redacted] E Fry Blvd. I ordered a 20-piece chicken nugget, 2 large fries, a large slush, and a large Dr Pepper. While the slush, chicken nuggets, and one large fry were fine, the second large fry was missing, and the "Dr Pepper" seemed to be tea. Unfortunately, their printer wasn't working, so I couldn't get a receipt. When I returned to the store to address the missing items and inaccurate drink, I was informed that without a receipt, they couldn't provide a refund or correct the mistake. I'm disappointed and unsure of how to proceed, as I feel like I've been treated unfairly.

I ordered the mobile app and received my reward for a large frappuccino. Upon arrival, I waited curbside for six minutes only to encounter a very rude crew member. I am disabled with limited use of my right arm. The young lady serving me carelessly tossed the drink towards me, causing it to spill over me and my truck. She callously laughed and walked away when I tried to reach for it. When I went inside to address the issue with her manager, she claimed to be the manager herself. Despite my simple request for a remake of my drink and to speak with the actual manager, she defensively argued that she didn't throw the drink but attempted to hand it to me. This unsatisfactory response left me seeking a solution. This incident took place on July 20, [redacted], around 7:35 pm at the West March Lane location in Stockton, California.

I recently visited your Lantana and I95 store and unfortunately, an item was missing from my order. When inquiring about it at the window, I was informed that the slurpee machine was not working and the manager's response was highly inappropriate. Despite trying to address it inside and request a refund, the manager was uncooperative. I even obtained a picture of the manager so I could report this incident. Beyond a refund, it's crucial that proper action is taken regarding this behavior towards a customer.

I am seeking a refund for my recent mobile orders. The cookies I received were burnt, and the general manager was rude. I ordered two regular-sized McFlurys but was given snack sizes that were not even made correctly. This particular McDonald's location, on Capital Boulevard next to Exxon, needs to be addressed. The behavior of the general manager towards customers is unacceptable. He laughed at me when I mentioned the customer is always right, which was inappropriate given the presence of other customers.

I have been wrongly accused of something in the restroom at the McDonald's near Disneyland. All I was doing was using the restroom due to constipation. I make noises when I push, and on top of it, the manager is racist towards white people. This manager acted without even checking with me if everything was okay, and I feel unfairly targeted. I want this situation addressed appropriately, otherwise, I will take further action against him.

I have been a regular customer at a nearby McDonald's for over a year now, mainly because of its convenience. My favorite is the Sausage Cheese McGriddle, but the folded egg in it doesn't sit well with my stomach, so I always request a round egg as a substitute, which has never been a problem. However, today, the drive-through attendant informed me they couldn't accommodate this change, despite doing it for me countless times before. After involving the manager, they finally made the substitution, but when I got home, I found my sandwich covered in a suspicious wet substance. Upon closer inspection, it appeared to be thick and slimy, leading me to believe it was saliva or mucus. It seems like a deliberate act of retaliation for my order modification. I will not be returning to this location and advise others to steer clear unless they are comfortable risking having their food tampered with. I attempted to report this incident on the app, but encountered technical difficulties preventing my complaint from being submitted. It's disheartening that some individuals would resort to such actions.

I urgently need to speak to someone regarding my recent experience at a McDonald's in Knightstown, Indiana. Last night, while exhausted and on my way home with my two granddaughters, I stopped for food. The drive-thru order included two Frappuccinos, a cheeseburger with fries, and a chicken sandwich with fries. Upon reaching home, we discovered a bite had been taken out of one of the sandwiches. At first, I thought the girls were joking, but their serious faces made me realize it was true. It upset me greatly to think someone would do this to a child.
