On Wednesday, May 17th, at 11:30 AM, a co-worker and I walked to the door of McDonald's on Camden Road in Pinebluff, Arkansas. We were not attended to during the entire time we were there. The manager walked by us, and despite us asking why we weren't being served, she said she would be back but never returned. Upon reviewing the camera footage, we observed a young, heavy-set lady who was unprofessional and disrespectful towards us. Due to her behavior, we left without ordering our lunch. The lady even followed us to our car and attempted to start a physical altercation. One of her coworkers intervened and stopped her. As a result, we returned to work late and faced consequences for our tardiness. This situation was unacceptable and could have resulted in harm to a customer. I recently visited McDonald’s hoping to redeem my rewards points for a free large frappe. Unfortunately, when I shared the code at the drive-through, they mentioned it didn't work. Surprisingly, my points also decreased from [redacted] to [redacted], indicating the deduction for the frappe without actually receiving it. The manager mentioned their limited control over the app, leaving me feeling frustrated as I lost points without getting the promised reward.

I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving at the store. Upon arrival, I waited at the cash register for 10 minutes before someone finally approached me. I mentioned my mobile order, but the employee walked away without helping. I lingered at the register for an additional 10 minutes without assistance. Eventually, I had to move to the drive-thru window and waited another 10 minutes to collect my order, which was unfortunately cold. The Paris, Arkansas location appears to be consistently understaffed with no one at the cash register. While there, I witnessed a situation where a customer received uncooked food, returned it, and had to wait for the correct order, which was still pending even after I left for about 10 minutes.

On my way to McDonald's in Everett, I placed my order at the drive-thru and was asked to wait. After waiting for 15 minutes, nothing happened. Another 20 minutes passed with no update, so I decided to go inside. Unfortunately, the manager had an attitude with me, brought out the wrong food, and even made me show my receipt to correct the order. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to finally receive my correct order which I initially waited for. It was frustrating to be treated this way and to not receive the service and food I paid for without any attitude.

As a DoorDash employee, I recently ordered a Large coke for $1.29, but to my surprise, I was charged $23.43 when I checked my bank statement. When I approached the store manager, hoping to resolve the issue, she responded aggressively and refused to cooperate. Despite providing the specific date and time of purchase and requesting to see the receipts, the manager refused to review any records. The situation escalated, with the manager using inappropriate language, threatening physical violence, and even involving another individual with a gun, leading me to involve the police. Despite contacting McDonald’s customer service, who promised a follow-up call, I am unsatisfied with the lack of immediate resolution to refund my money and address the manager’s unacceptable behavior. Due to the manager's unprofessionalism and the distressing experience, I am contemplating seeking legal assistance and sharing my video evidence on social media to ensure accountability.

I reside in an older residential area located behind the store in White Oak, TX. Every morning at 5AM, the music from the intercom system starts and plays continuously until midnight or closing time. The volume goes up and down, but it's persistent. This noise disrupts my outdoor gardening, sitting, and even sometimes disturbs me indoors. The vibrations are noticeable at times through the windows, and the bass can be felt in my bedroom. Could the outside speakers please be turned off entirely? The staff can listen to the music indoors if needed. There doesn't seem to be a valid reason for playing music outside when there are no customers other than those in cars. I appreciate having McDonald's nearby, but the constant noise is bothersome.

Two French fries were taken from my children and me, even though they were bought. We waited for several long minutes, and then a 17-year-old female employee tried to confront us instead of checking our bags when an argument ensued. I believe she should be dismissed for her behavior. Despite explaining to her earlier that it was my son's birthday and even showing her the receipt, she continued to be rude and disrespectful. Additionally, something seemed off with the manager's behavior when we talked to him.

I made a purchase on the McDonald's mobile app, but it was sent to the wrong location. I tried contacting the Grayson McDonald's to cancel and refund the order to my debit card, but they were unhelpful. I placed a small order which was mistakenly sent to the Grayson, KY McDonald's instead of the Sandy Hook, KY location I intended. When I contacted the Grayson McDonald's, they simply said it might be returned to my card in a few days if I don't pick it up completely, but I already paid for it with my debit card. Whether or not I physically collect the order, the payment has been processed, and I'm aware it won't be refunded just because I haven't picked it up yet.

I paid for my mobile food app order at 2:46 a.m. to cover a $40 cab ride to pick it up, only to be turned away because the staff couldn't locate my paid account without me showing my online order. They advised me to contact customer service. This was a disappointing experience as I spent money on food and transportation while trying to work on my home. I have never encountered issues with McDonald's until now. It's truly disheartening.

I waited in the first line for about 7 minutes, but the person taking orders skipped over me and took 3 orders from the second line before mine. When I finally got to the window to order 2 drinks, the lady said I couldn't order there and had to go back through the drive-thru. I tried to explain that she skipped me and took orders from the second line, but she insisted she was only taking orders from one line at a time. This happened at the McDonald's drive-thru on University Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas. The lady taking orders was extremely rude, which was disappointing.

I placed a mobile order for pickup and selected the park and pick up option. Upon arrival, I found the parking lot was being renovated with no designated pick-up area. I proceeded through the drive-thru instead, providing my order number. Unfortunately, my order was not prepared, necessitating me to reorder everything. The burger I received was incorrect with extra pickles despite requesting none, my nugget sauces were missing, and the bag given to me was torn open. The entire process, from ordering at home to receiving the incorrect items in a damaged bag, took an hour. I kindly request a refund for the inconvenience.

I frequently visit the drive-through two or three times a day. On Friday, 2/6/23, I noticed that they were overcharging me without my consent. When I pointed this out to the cashier, he explained that the extra 63 cents was a default donation charge. Around 6:22 pm, the same situation occurred, with an additional charge of 63 cents on my bill. I spoke to the manager, Juan, who claimed it was a nationwide policy enforced by a higher authority named Lety. I expressed my frustration as the donations should be optional, not forced upon customers. It's concerning that this practice could potentially result in significant profit from hundreds of cars passing through the drive-thru daily. McDonald's location #[redacted] on [redacted] Slauson Avenue in Los Angeles, California, should reconsider this policy for the sake of transparency and customer satisfaction.

I went to my local McDonald's with my family for dinner, but they closed the lobby 20 minutes earlier than their listed closing time. It was disappointing for my children, ages 8 and 11, who missed out on the Happy Meals their father had promised. I was surprised to find that I was charged for apple juice when ordering a kids' meal. In my previous experiences at McDonald's, I have never been charged for the apple slices included with the kids' meal. At store #[redacted], they are now charging for the apple option. I have already reached out to corporate and included the CEO in my email. If this is the new policy at your establishment, I will have to escalate this matter further, potentially involving the BBB. On June 10, [redacted], at approximately 2:30 p.m., I visited the store located at 4480w Huntington Dr. Monrovia CA [redacted]. I ordered two 20-piece chicken nuggets, totaling 40 pieces. Upon returning home, I discovered I only received 20 pieces (two 10-piece boxes). When I returned to the store and addressed the same staff member, I was immediately labeled as "A Liar" in front of others. I felt extremely upset and discriminated against by McDonald's. I explained the mistake in my order, having to drive the 7-mile distance back to the restaurant. The response from the staff was disappointingly lacking in any apology or acknowledgment of their error. It's crucial for McDonald's to thoroughly investigate this incident to prevent such mistreatment of customers in the future.

I'm inquiring about McDonald's continuing to serve the McGriddle on their breakfast menu. The McDonald's on South Mount Juliet Road in Mount Juliet, Tennessee claimed they no longer carry McGriddles. I want to clarify if this change only applies to that specific location or if McDonald's as a whole has stopped offering them. If it's only that branch, I will consider visiting another McDonald's, but if the region still serves McGriddles, I'd like to file a complaint against the South Mount Juliet Road store for discontinuing them. The staff were impolite when my wife asked about it, and I am having difficulty reaching the manager by phone. I am writing to share my disappointing experience at a McDonald's location in West Monroe, Louisiana, on Thomas Road. My wife and I visited for a late-night snack and were shocked at the unprofessionalism we encountered. Employees were chatting and goofing off in the kitchen, with no one manning the register. After waiting for 3 to 5 minutes, I had to approach a staff member to ask for assistance, only to be told to use the kiosk to place my order. This has happened to us twice now, and each time other customers have also left due to the poor service. The restaurant appears to be severely mismanaged, and it is evident that it has lost a lot of business over the past few months. I recommend bringing in new management or considering closing the location as it is clear there are significant issues that need to be addressed. I will not be returning to the Thomas Road McDonald's due to these ongoing problems.
