I went to the drive-through to order a frappe using my app. At the window, they asked me to wait because there was an important call. I requested to speak to the manager and informed them about the code. Despite this, they asked me to wait for 15 minutes, which I declined since I knew the manager could override app issues. Upon reaching the window, I was the only one in line. The manager seemed upset and asked me to wait longer for a medium frappe. I refused as frappes don't take long to make. While waiting, they made six other frappes for customers who arrived after me. When my order was finally ready, I questioned the manager about the delay. He mentioned it was due to previous orders being ahead in the system, although I was the first in line.

My order was incorrect. I ordered a Big Mac meal with fries and a sweet tea, but my burger was missing meat and the sauce. Additionally, my fries were cold. For the Double Quarter Pounder meal with a large sweet tea, it only had pickles. I ordered six McDoubles but only received three. I need my meals replaced today as my kids are hungry. Thank you.

I visited a McDonald's and used the pre-order device to pay, but it charged me incorrectly. When I approached the counter, the teenage staff seemed unaware and unhelpful. I explained the issue with my order, which turned out to be incorrect. The drink size was right, but the chips were small and cold instead of large. Additionally, the burger was smaller than what I had ordered, and I didn't receive the side salad. The service was lacking - many young and inexperienced employees were present, possibly due to inadequate training. I also observed several teenagers loitering at tables without ordering food. I placed an order on the app and paid for it along with ordering fries separately to redeem my reward points. When my son went to pick it up, he was refused the order, even though my card was charged, and my app points were deducted. The manager on duty embarrassed him, and he returned home empty-handed after wasting his gas. I contacted the manager, who mentioned a three-mile radius rule for pick up, which was news to me, especially after already paying for the food. It's frustrating and unfair.

I made an online order, paid for it, and it was being prepared. When I arrived at the location, I couldn't enter my curbside number on the app. Inside, the kiosk was also not functioning. Despite having my confirmation number and proof of payment, the two older female managers were unhelpful and impolite. This has not been the first problem I've encountered with them. On the positive side, the younger staff members were fantastic. After a long wait, I managed to get my order without having to pay again, which was vital as my elderly mother and her two dogs were waiting with me. The lack of concern and apology from the managers was disappointing. I appreciate the hard work of the younger employees, but the poor service from the managers makes me hesitant to return.

I arrived at the McDonald's in Marks, Mississippi, and unfortunately experienced a long wait to place my order. I sat in my truck for 10 to 14 minutes, causing it to overheat. When I drove around to the window, they still wouldn't take my order. The staff seemed lazy and uninterested in helping. When I expressed my frustration, one employee accused me of lying, called the police, and made me move my truck. It's disappointing that some workers don't value their jobs or customers. This lack of work ethic impacts everyone. In this particular instance, I hope that the employee involved faces consequences for her behavior, such as a pay cut or retraining. It's essential for businesses to uphold standards of customer service and professionalism.

I frequently visit the McDonald's on 8th Avenue in Garden City, Colorado, and I have consistently experienced slow service, rudeness, and incorrect orders. During my most recent visit, the service was unacceptably slow, and my order was once again incorrect. I am extremely disappointed as I have been a loyal customer, visiting this location at least twice a week for the past year. This experience has led me to decide not to return. I kindly request a refund or a gift card to make up for the poor service I have endured.

I shouldn't need to contact McDonald's for fresh pies only to receive ones made before I called, as I can see the freshness date. The manager lied about the sticker time, making it appear old on a computer-printed label. I had to pay for a trip there and shouldn't have to return due to purposely messed up food. A $7 order turned into a $20 trip.

I'm a 64-year-old man who recently bought my dream retirement vehicle, a Dodge Viper. After a week, I took it for a drive and stopped at an auto store near a McDonald's. I noticed someone blowing grass clippings from the McDonald's property onto my parked Viper. When I returned, my car was covered in grass clippings, and I discovered paint chips and a cracked windshield, which were not there before. I contacted McDonald's, and after several attempts, the lawn service owner offered $[redacted] as compensation. Despite this, I haven't received anything yet. I've called McDonald's multiple times, but they have not been helpful. When I called again, a manager threatened to involve the police, accusing me of harassment, which I find unfair. Every time I visit this Lansdowne PA [redacted] Avenue location, they always claim to be closing just as I arrive. Despite taking my money, they sometimes say they lack one-dollar bills or coins for change. This has happened to me three times now, and I find their actions sneaky and unfair. They even shut off lights while I'm there. It's truly frustrating and unacceptable. When I was at McDonald's recently, I heard the same "we're closed" excuse. This experience is troubling, and I'm disappointed. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly to help me remain calm.

I frequently visit the McDonald's at [redacted] Bankhead Hwy, Carrollton, GA, between 10:00 pm and 2:00 am for a Large Caramel Frappe with 2 shots of espresso. I want to commend an employee named "Ms. Tina" for her exceptional service. Despite being understaffed and busy, she remained kind, smiling, and polite. Even during a hectic night with long waits, Ms. Tina ensured my order was accurate and fresh. I believe she deserves recognition for her hard work in managing a busy drive-thru with lots of customers. Thank you, Tammy Payton.

I am a regular customer at the McDonald's inside Walmart in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Today, like always, I ordered a large fry, a large iced tea, and a four-piece nugget from the south side. The manager left the fries in the fryer for about 20 minutes while doing prep for closing. When I informed her that the fries were cold, she insisted it wasn't possible. Despite my insistence, she wouldn't acknowledge the issue. This manager consistently gives me attitude, and every time she's working, my order ends up incorrect or cold. It's frustrating having to return to the drive-thru for missing items, only to find my replacement fries are also cold. I hope this matter can be addressed. Thank you.

I informed the manager and the employee at the front counter about the extremely dirty condition of the women's restroom. Despite my complaint, they both seemed indifferent. I even mentioned having evidence (photos) that needed attention for the store's cleanliness. This morning, I observed the crew smoking weed outside in their uniforms, giving the impression they were casually hanging out. This behavior is unacceptable, and I suspect drug testing should be conducted as soon as possible. Shockingly, the male manager appeared to be involved in selling weed by boasting about having high-quality products. This situation needs to be addressed and resolved promptly.

Today, I went to McDonald's at 3:30 pm on Armory Drive in Franklin, Virginia [redacted]. I placed my order but forgot to add a soda. When I tried to pay, a light-skinned thin boy told me they don't do add-ons. I was surprised, as I've never experienced that at McDonald's before. The manager overheard the conversation and came to the window. Fortunately, I was able to buy a soda. I was upset and considered calling the police because the boy's behavior made McDonald's look bad. He should be trained to follow McDonald's standards and provide better customer service.

On 11/5/23, I visited the McDonald's located at [redacted] Maple St in Holyoke, MA. I have a concern regarding the employees' appearance at this store. It seems they are not using hair coverings, which may lead to potential food contamination. Additionally, some employees have a habit of wearing pants low, revealing their underwear. It would be beneficial to implement a stricter dress code to maintain professionalism in the work environment.

I have three concerns to address. Firstly, the free Wi-Fi at the McDonald's on 52nd Street in Kenosha, WI has been unavailable for roughly six months. Instead, only a page for McDonald's employees appears. Secondly, I utilized the 30% off mobile order promotion but did not receive the discount despite having proof in the form of screenshots. When I raised the issue with the staff member who delivered my food, she shrugged and left. Lastly, during a recent breakfast order, I discovered it was missing hash browns and contained the wrong sandwich upon returning home.

I visited store location in Clarksville, New Albany, Indiana - Store #[redacted] located at [redacted] Charlestown Road, New Albany, IN [redacted]. Around 12:59 pm, my wife and I placed our order using the self-service screens. After waiting for an extended period and noticing others being served before us, my wife politely inquired about our order's status. Regrettably, the manager responded rudely, causing us discomfort. We requested a refund. Although initially denied, after explaining my background in management, we were eventually refunded. However, the refund did not reflect on my card immediately. I believe the conduct of the manager was unprofessional, and I would like to see appropriate action taken. I demand a refund to my card and some form of compensation. I had a negative experience at McDonald’s in Lake Placid, NY last night. The card system crashed, falsely indicating that both my card and my friend's card were declined. After a minute, my bank statement showed that the transactions were actually approved. The staff refused to accept this and were rude, insisting they needed a receipt. We were left waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes until we were allowed to speak to the manager over the phone. The manager was unhelpful and yelled at us, telling us it was our problem to resolve with the bank. Despite our attempts to pay again or receive a refund, they refused and charged us three times. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and aggressive throughout the entire interaction.

I recently purchased a ten-piece McNugget meal from the Richland MI location. My order included cold McNuggets, completely unfried French fries, a wrong drink, and was missing a straw and napkins. When trying to contact the restaurant to address these issues, the voicemail system did not even mention the business's name and just asked to leave a message. This lack of response makes it seem like they are avoiding customer complaints. It's baffling how serving uncooked French fries could be considered acceptable. The management's excuse of being understaffed feels outdated and unacceptable for a continual issue over the past five years. This lack of responsibility falls on the management team.
